This Black Angus always delivers the best service, and food. It is our fist choice when going out for a great meal.
The service was TERRIBLE at first. We seemed liked we were a bother rather than paying clients. I asked to speak to the manager who went above and beyond, finally. Because I had to go to him and he personally took care of us is why my service rating is low
Although we had reservations we still had to wait at least 30 minutes before being seated.
It was great until we got to the end and the service slowed way down.
Love this place, steaks are excellent and the chicken wing appetizers are the best. Service was friendly and attentive, desert was yummy.

This was a celebration for my guys 77 birthday. I invited a good friend who had recently lost his wife . We all had a good time and the service was outstanding. I had the stake/prawns meal, Meat was overdone, my fault I asked for well should have asked for med-well, The pranws were awful and ugly looking. The prime rib was half fat. We go here for special occasions and will continue to . Dispite the negitives, we had a wonderfull time.
Been going to black angus for a long time now. Time to update do a deep cleaning. Also you have changed your salad from a fairly good salad to weeds absolutely do not enjoy your salad anymore one item I used to look foward to the most. Used to loved the chilled plates, forks and the fresh salad. Now you get served weeds on a warm plate really disappointed.
The usual good food, good service and ample quantities.
We waited a little longer until a waitress came to take our order. Also, they forgot to bring napkins and utensils and I have to ask for it. I asked for medium well meat and they brought me an over cooked meat. The waitress noticed I wasn’t happy with my meal, so she took my plate and told the chef about the problem. Food was good the only thing is that they should take care of customer service, so people can leave completely satisfied with the service.

I arrived on time for my 7:15pm booking. They did not seat me for 40 minutes l. I left the restaurant at 7:55pm almost 8:00pm without being seated. Extremely upset due to my mom driving 4 hours so I can take her to valentines dinner

I came in for my "birthday" dinner and enjoyed a wonderful meal that really hit the spot. The drink, the steak and lobster, the service, everything was spot on. So glad they give a generous yearly gift to members.
Dad wanted steak and lobster for his birthday and suggested Black Angus. Service was OK. I feel like BA is a place where the young come to get experience while still learning to serve and bartend - they gotta start some where!
The food was good and the dinner salads are always great (love the bleu cheese). The drinks could have been better. The first old fashioned was served in a martini glass and was told if we wanted a low-ball glass we would have to order over ice. We ordered the next one over ice and it was horrible, way too much bitters. Mom and Dad's vodka gimlets were good.
Our server wasn't on top of clearing our used dishes before the next dishes were served. So we piled them up at the end of the table and they sat there until we asked her to clear them. I'm sure it's just a learning curve but it's the one thing I wish the inexperienced servers were taught. Otherwise, they sang happy birthday to my dad and served him a large delicious chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and 4 spoons - the best part!
We dine here regularly perhaps once or twice a month. This last visit was particularly good. The service was good-but it always is. the food was cooked just right, the timing of delivery was great, and it made a nice chance for a relaxing dinner. Sometimes the potatoes au gratin have way too much pepper for me; this time as once before, it was muted and just right. They endlessly offer coupons for various specials--be sure to look. The campfire feast is often on special, and a great buy for two, particularly if you include the sampler appitizer.
Food was great, price is reasonable, service was above excellence... Thank you Tali for making this meal perfect.
I would to say I’ve had plenty of waiters but I must say the water a had this evening was excellent.

The ratings I gave was accurate to our experience that night. However, even though our overall experience could have been better, I wanted to mention a few positives. The hostess was professional and on top of it even though the area around the host stand was overrun with waiting guests. The artichoke I had was flavorful, great tasting and the value was good. Now for a couple tougher things to mention. Our server was having an overly rough night, some of it was from his end and some came from the kitchen. For example two guests had the campfire feast and both ordered ribeye steaks. One was what you would expect the other was overrun with fat. A birthday dessert of a chocolate chip cookie in a pan with ice cream was only cooked around the edge and the rest was completely raw. Not soft from ice cream it was raw. I hope they can get these issues under control.
Steak was over cooked and had to be remade. Waiter charged for more drinks then what we had. He didn’t want to correct the problem.
The quality of the food has dropped from its previously high quality to just mediocre.
The last two visits, we have been served three sirloin steaks that were tough and 20 to 30% inedible gristle. They previously served sirloin steaks that were lean but ender and for the most part completely edible.
For the last nine years this restaurant has been my favorite go to dinner steak place, but no longer. It will be a while before we will consider coming back.
Kudos to the Service staff, they continue to do a great job.
