The martini experience was excellent. I’ve gone to some of the whiskey experiences and they’re all excellent. I highly recommend them.

As we were eating the server kept returning stating would you like carry out boxes. We thought how rude & insensitive we are still eating literally ( fork to mouth). We felt rushed and that we were an inconvenience. I finally inquired about closing time. He shared his shift was ending in 10 mins and wanted to close out ticket. And that we could stay, we didn't have to leave. I felt like he wanted us to finish our meal and dessert from the to go box. This type of rush service, created a negative experience.

Restaurant seemed understaffed - it took close to 10 minutes after being seated for our waitress to come to our table. After ordering a drink, we saw it made and sitting at the bar top for several minutes before finally being picked up and delivered, ice already melting and watering it down. Our appetizers arrived the same time as our entrees. The food was solid, as it usually is, but the subpar, slow service ruins the whole vibe and makes me less likely to bring the family here. Management needs to be aware of this and address it. It wasn't just our table as we had a good view of the entire room and saw multiple tables experiencing the same issue.
