   Good food at a moderate price point. The server had way too many tables assigned to him which made it somewhat difficult to deliver quality service to each. A recurring issue with this particular Black Angus is the pacing of food delivery. We ordered the Campfire special electing to have the Wagon Wheel Sampler appetizer plate followed by soup, the entrees and ending with dessert. The soup was delivered before we had even gotten a quarter of the way through the appetizer so I had to tell the server to take it back until we were finished the appetizer. The entrees arrived just as we finished the soup. The timing was such that we felt rushed. Dessert was however delivered pretty much at the right time. This pacing problem was NOT a one-off. We have had this same issue on several prior visits. Although this is what I deem a moderately priced restaurant it isn't inexpensive either. At this price point I expect the pacing to be much better and more consistent.

    This was a Mother’s Day early dinner for my daughter and I . She treated me to a delicious prime rib meal . This is always a special occasion to being together every year. The waiter was great ! Made the whole experience fun and relaxing.

    Our dinners were cooked to perfection, exactly as we ordered. Service was prompt and attentive. All made for an excellent meal and enjoyable evening out. Thank you, BA and our server, Edin. It is always an additional treat when manager drops by the table to inquire about your experience.

    We have never been to Black Angus. We ordered the Rib Eye Medium Rare and was cooked to perfection. We upgraded 1 of our 2 side choices to the Wedge Salad and had a the Baked Potato. My ONLY complaint is the Baked Potato was just warm. This will not stop us from going back. Service: Trey was a very busy waiter but, was very good for how busy he was.

    First time there. I got the h steakhouse cheeseburger and it had good flavor. My boyfriend got the two lobster tails and prim rib. It was not worth the price it was. Taste quality of both was not good. For a steakhouse I was disappointed.

    The steak had no seer and lacked flavor. Disappointed in the steak since it’s a steak house. I should have known as I was offered steak sauce when the Ribeye was brought to the table. Red flag in a steak house.

    The place was sooooo noisy, we could hardly have a conversation. I suppose they can't fix the noise level however. I have never seen the place so busy. My only complaint is this. My loaded baked potato was cold. Other then the cold potato everything was great.

    Ordered the bone in ribeye and filet. Both were cooked to perfection. Meat quality is so-so, certainly not prime but tasty. Wife complained her filett tasted gamey. They redid the order and she said it was much better. Server said another had the same compliment Service was excellent. Wish I knew our servers name to compliment directly.

    Thanks to our reservation through OpenTable, we were seated promptly upon arrival (though there were a lot of people waiting). We both ordered filet mignon and the steaks were delicious. Sadly, we didn't have room for desert.

    This is one of my favorite steak houses. The seating area is upscale, comfortable, and quiet. Workers are nice and service is always quick. Everything is good except steak cooking issue. The restaurant does not know how to cook steaks based on customer's requests. Many times, steaks were way under cooked or way over cooked. On my last visit, I ordered two medium filet mignons, but got two rare ones. I had to return them to reheat.

    The Manager's name is Jennifer, she is awesome. Wonderful staff. Our server's name was Maria, she was thorough and so kind. As I look around I see how organized the staff/servers are. Food is delicious. We had a special discount for an entree. My rib eye was cooked exactly like I wanted it. My wife had the filet mignon. She loved it. Sides are always delicious.     I ordered the lobster tails. The menu did not say they were petite lobster tails. Each one was about three bites. It was not a good value at all. I usually don’t eat very much anyway, but I had to fill up with bread.

    Made reservation via Opentable when I arrived at that place. It only took them few minutes to check the reservation and I was seated immediately on that busy night. I received the weekend special via email a $35 value coupon. Which made it great value because I usually don't go to steakhouses too often. Anyway I ordered 2 filet mignon for me and a friend. For sides we had the salad and french fries. For drinks one berry red sangria and black berry ginger ale. The salad tasted fresh and the romaine lettuce had a nice crisp to it. Onto the main entre the filet mignon was cooked medium rare it was delicious and tender. French Fries were done crispy which I liked. Both drinks the berry red sangria and ginger also were refreshing. Would come back again especially if I get that special coupon again.

    Was looking for a moderate steakhouse. Interesting that they require only a 10 minute whole time but it took us over 20 minutes for us to even be recognized after we were seated. Finally a manager came over and took our order. Our drinks arrived with our dinner, the waitress showed up once or twice sparingly and cleared the plate while I was still eating. I should have listened to the Yelp rating as opposed to the OpenTable rating

    Caretta is an outstanding server and Jennifer is great as the manager. The servers recognize us and come by and say hello, even if they’re not serving us that night, and Jennifer almost always comes by our table to greet us. The tall backs of the booths make it a great place for us to have dinner and be able to talk to each other without the noise in the background, drowning us out. As a person hard of hearing I really appreciate the ambience that allows us to hear each other.
