    We wanted a nice meal after church but didn't have a great deal of time before another activity was scheduled to start. Having found Black Angus to meet this need we made reservations and were seated immediately. Our order was taken quickly and food began to arrive before the bread could be buttered. The only problem we encountered was with the soup. We were so early the veggies were still crunchie and it was warm, not hot. I guess that's what happens when you arrive before noon. Everything else was cooked as requested and was delicious.

    Service staff had too many tables to deal with - there needed to be more people on the floor to at least keep drinks filled. Wait was longer than usual to get food - but there were some large parties on the floor so that may have been part of the issue. Food was great as usual.

    We had a great family dinner last night. Our server was great. Seemed like a busy night, so our dinners took a while to be served. I enjoyed the servers’ Happy Birthday song and complimentary cookie & ice cream.

    The BOGO deal was fantastic. All our dinners were cooked to order and were delicious. Our first server was rather rude, like we were taking up his time. When he left the next server was pleasant, but totally overwhelmed with 3 large groups. Then the other guy came back to finish up. Our reservations were ready, the food was great. One grumpy waiter won't keep us away.

    The food was good, great waitress, a couple  beside up made us leave before we wanted to, didn’t finish are dinner, this lady had so much perfume on , it effected the taste of are food and gave us a headaches 🥺

    Mgr needs to wake up smell the coffee. made reservation on line 6:00pm. Promptly seated. Waitress took drink orders. came back few later and took dinner order. Dropped off an old loaf of stale bread! Ask for more bread and got the sam old stale and tough bread. my spouse ordered a salad. The table ordered a sampler platter. Drink fro bar finally arrived! Waited and waited on sampler platter. Finally asked waitress fro spouse salad. Then asked for sampler platter, salad sampler platter and dinner all arrived at the same time! HaHaHaHa. Our waitress best descibed as lacadasical at best. Could have cared less. Dinner was also so so. Son ordered ribs abd they were overcooked and mushhy. Chix was dried out. Spouse ordered prine rib, mediun, got a rare still mooooooing! asked waitress and only hekp offered was to take it back and put on grill. Waited so ling for dinner, took it homr for dog!!!! Also Black Angus web page offers "buy one-get one free". HahHaHa on that one. Ordered and was told it ony applies to regular menu items....No restrictions on web page. We have eaten at Black Angus for 30 years and hopefully they will read this and get back to 4 or 5 stars!

    Everything was on the 'Meh side.' Server was good, busy, on a night with not many customers. I'm sure they are understaffed. Steak house... could not cook a ribeye to the right temp. Not even close. Wasn't worth complaining. I wouldn't recommend, but wouldn't tell people not to go either.

    I asked for the basic celebration package on Open Tble, even called and they said I didn't need to do anything but we didn't have balloons or a card, just the cookie that comes with all bday's. Also, very slow to get food, actually about 45 minutes but it was delicious. The drinks were about 30 minutes, we had the comment that maybe the bartender quit. Overall, my daughter enjoyed her meal, it just took a lot longer than a 6 year old wanted to.

    It was my first dining with Black Angus b & It took our server 12 minutes to finally come over to the table. We were completely ready to order even dessert!! She never came back to check in with us, steaks were well done and tough when we requested medium cook. Drinks were ok, complimentary bread was warm. Probably won’t be back for a while.

    We had a very good time; we were seated upstairs in a booth. Each of us ordered something different--salmon, chicken, and steak-- and we were all very pleased. Two of us had dessert--chocolate cake with ice cream, and spicy carrot cake. I ate every drop of everything; it was wonderful.

    Both my spouse and I ordered the 6oz filet mignon, medium well. The meat arrived with a topping we did not order. As it turns out we would have been better off of it has not been on our steaks as it was loaded with raw minced onion. The ordered sides were fantastic, as usual.

    Seated early (4:30) perfect booth. Was able to hear our conversation with each other in our "private like " booth. Service was wonderful and the specials that were offered made it very affordable with quality items.

    The name says Steakhouse in it so you would hope the steak is awesome. That was not the case with my 16oz Ribeye. While it was cooked to medium as requested the steak had mostly no flavor. It was gray and looked like they threw it in an oven on a pan. Did i eat it all? Yes, it wasnt horrible but was not good either. I had not been here in a few years but will definitely not be going back any time in the next few years again. Only upside was the price was only about $37 for the steak and two sides. Service was excellent from Tori and another gentleman though so experience in general was good. Disappointed in the steak still after a few days already.
