We enjoyed a wonderful Anniversary dinner. Wait staff was exceptional and our waitress went all out. We are grateful for superior service.

We decided to come for dinner after receiving the free lobster tail offer.
Unfortunately the lobster was the worst part of our meal...cold, soggy, flavorless.
Our server went to the kitchen & came back with new tails. Sorry to say they weren’t much better. Disappointing especially since we usually come for the steak & was excited to try something different. My wife’s filet mignon was very good but mine had a lot of fatty gristle which I never find with a filet mignon. After the lobster exchange I didn’t feel like mentioning the poor cut of steak.

The menu selection has a nice variety of food/drinks. The steak and lobster dinners were delicious. The manager, Tom, was highly visible and friendly. Our server, James, was outstanding. We highly recommend you request James. There are plenty of sides from which to order. It was a great and enjoyable dining experience.

Black Angus has been a go to choice for many years. Good good options, comfortable seating and they take reservations. Our waiter this time was not very attentive to our drink needs. My wife had to ask for refills and when he did hers he neglected to do mine as well. Very odd.

It was a good pre-theater dinner choice. This was definitely a go to neighborhood choice.

Dined there as was my birthday and their coupon provided for such was too much to pass up. Its not a Morton's and not advertised that way. However they are still a top notch place to go to from the quality of their food to the quality of their service. Always good and never disappointing IMHO. Have been a loyal customer for the last several years and will continue to be so going forward as well. Thanks!

Management or who ever is in charge of reading special requests didn't read that we wanted a booth and not by the kitchen, first thing they tried to seat us by the kitchen, then they put us in a booth by the servers, not much better, they stand there and look at everyone while they are eating. They didn't' even know it was for my sisters 25th wedding anniversary which was put on the notes for the reservation. We told the server it was my sisters 25th anniversary so they came and sang and one of the servers sang Happy Birthday, not good. I guess they really don't care or they are to busy.
The server was good but the overall experience was disappointing, even the manager on duty said they should read the comments on their reservations.

I have enjoyed every (of many) visits to the Black Angus in Arrowhead, except last Thanksgiving.
Every one of our six people thought the meal was terrible. Even the pie.
THIS meal, my wife's birthday, was also an exception. Her filet was excellent, as always.
I ordered the half-rack of lamb. Puny, crappy chops compared to the picture on the menu.
Taste-wise, the second-worst I have ever had, of MANY experiences with lamb chops or the rack.

I went for lunch with my two adult sons, my brother and my mother. We had exceptional service and we had such a wonderful time (approx 2 hrs) we all left together and got into the car and my mother realized she left her purse in the restaurant we had to go back in and giggle about it. Well now our story gets better we were on our way home driving down the 101 and realized we never paid the bill!! We panicked called Sean the manager and told him what happened "we forgot to pay our bill and told him we will be right back to pay the bill. We arrived back to the restaurant and laughed about it and said this is what happens when service and food and atmosphere is so amazing. Thank you Black Angus your the best.

Our server was terrific! I was disappointed that I couldn’t use my coupon for steak and lobster because it was a holiday. Unfortunately I didn’t read the very fine print! I ordered medium rare prime rib and it came out very rare. I did not send it back as I was hungry. The flavor was OK. My spouse ordered a full rack of ribs. The meat had very little flavor if you ate a piece that did not have sauce on it. That was disappointing.

We have never had a bad meal at BA on Bell Rd. The service was great also. Our waitress, Taryn was excellent!!!

We celebrated Easter and the meal and service couldn’t have been better. Our server was very attentive and respectful . We do not visit Black Angus often but when we do they always make it special.

Steaks, prime rib, lobster, shrimp, salads, baked potatoes--what more can you want? Molasses bread--the best part. My son says mac & cheese is good, too. Way easier than cooking.

The food was great. We had steak and ribs and they were fixed the way we asked them to be fixed. The salad was huge and would have been enough without the entree. The warm molasses bread is always a hit. Always a great place for any celebration. The waitress was very attentive.

Black Angus has always been a favorite. Arrowhead has good food and great service. Reservation time waws on time. Servicequick and friendly. Food was prepared well and on time. Always an enjoyment.

Generally it is easy to get into, the food is moderately priced and there are typically some specials. The service is always good and the booths provide some privacy.

Enjoyed the Atmosphere and the service was great. Steak was tasty and cooked as ordered however 2 out of the 3 lobster tails we ordered were tiny but left room to finish the Sky High Mud Pie Overall decent value for dinner out

Very accommodating wait staff and management. They really work to make diners feel welcome and comfortable. Great selection of appetizers, entrees, sides, and deserts.

We go to this restaurant regularly. This visit was less than ideal. Our server was continually distracted and came back to question our order, since he couldn't read his own notes. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were small and mangled. My NY strip had too much gristle and overall this was a disappointing experience.

Steak was a little tough, but still full of flavor,cooked just right.Service was wonderful.

Black Angus is our go-to restaurant for a good hot meal, tasty and fresh. They take good care of us whether we are a party of 8 or just two of us. Your glass is never empty. Reservations are recommended but not required. Try the Sampler Platter for an appetizer, follow with a steak cooked just right, fresh, hot sides, cold salad served with a cold fork! Desserts are marvelous!

The Arrowhead store has never let us down except Thanksgiving 2017.
That meal was terrible for the 6 of us, three different kinds of entrees.
Every other time, 10-12 visits, it has been excellent.

The food and service was excellent! We enjoyed ourselves.

This was our first visit and can see us going back in the future.

We have been several times- mostly for special occasions, and have enjoyed it very much. We usually get the “Campfire Feast”, which is a very good value. The salmon is very good. This time we brought our friends who were visiting from out of state. Our friend initially wanted to try the “tri tip”, but was talked out of it by the waitress because of the potential of being tough. Three of our party ended up ordering the fillet. The two who ordered it “medium” were very happy. The friend who had been talked out of the other cut ordered it medium rare. It was awful. The waitress took it off the bill, and the manager came by to apologize and both offered an alternative meal. Unfortunately, we were taking them to the airport right after dinner, so that wasn’t possible. Nor could they accept an offered additional dessert to bring with them. Both the waitress and manager tried their best to “make it right”, which we all appreciated. It won’t stop us from dining there again, but we may be hesitant to bring friends again.

Our server Haley, was outstanding. She was attentive, but not obtrusive , and we had a great dining experience because of her.
Our food was very good and served in a timely manner.

Wait time was a little longer than expected as they were not that busy. It was a little annoying that we got sat right by the check in desk even though the restaurant wasn't that busy. Server was great but the length in the time the food came out was not great.

Great food with a fabulous waitress! Very comfortable atmosphere!
