   Good was exceptional. Bar service was slow and service seemed to be stretched with not enough help.

   Delicious food. The server was nice and on top of things, and it wasn't too loud. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be returning

   HI! The food and service is always great here at Black Angus! But, the building, interior and exterior needs a full renovation! The bathrooms are really, really yucky, they were vacuuming during dinner, the booths have ripped fabric...I really think there's mold and other gross dirt in a lot of places, I'm actually truly surprised that this place passes inspection?! Please, please refurbish your building/restaurant and then it will truly be 5 stars!!! I think we may only do take-out from now on, due to the unsanitary, unsightly looks and run down, dirty inside (especially the bathrooms!!)

   We love this spot. Their non alcoholic specialty drinks are the deal of the century, their service is great and food so yummy.

   The flavor of their beef has changed significantly. My Ribeye was flavorless and tough. Missing the fat marbleization that gives it flavor. My husbands Filet was bland and not fork tender as in the past. We will move along to another Steakhouse and bid farewell for now BA. I grew up in Washington where Stuart Anderson’s Black Angus got their start. I’ve watched the changes especially over the past 20 years. Some positive, others negative. Beef quality was prime, not now.

    Just so so. Service was poor, no drink refill, had to ask for bread, etc. Pricey for blah food that is overcooked. Husband had salmon which he described as tough. I had grilled shrimp, flavorless. Salads are simply just lettuce.
