   The service was great and the food top notch. Our steaks were done perfectly.

   The flavor of their beef has changed significantly. My Ribeye was flavorless and tough. Missing the fat marbleization that gives it flavor. My husbands Filet was bland and not fork tender as in the past. We will move along to another Steakhouse and bid farewell for now BA. I grew up in Washington where Stuart Anderson’s Black Angus got their start. I’ve watched the changes especially over the past 20 years. Some positive, others negative. Beef quality was prime, not now.

   Just so so. Service was poor, no drink refill, had to ask for bread, etc. Pricey for blah food that is overcooked. Husband had salmon which he described as tough. I had grilled shrimp, flavorless. Salads are simply just lettuce.

   Manager, Shawn O'Bray was exceptional. Took time to help us with some coupons at end of dinner. Definitely will be back. Nicole, our server was most pleasant and helpful in understanding the menu.

   We have not been to the Arrowhead Black Angus in many years. The last time we were there, the steak was very tough. We decided to try them again for the steak, lobster and shrimp trio. The steak could have been a little more tender. The shrimp was good. Howeve, the lobster was so overcooked it was flakey and tasteless Eztremely disappointed. Will be going back to Goodyear restaurant from now on.

   I found everything excellent, but was shocked by the new prices. The price of ice tea for over 3.00 is ridicules. All others were reasonable.

    We like Black Angus because it's quiet as compared with most other restaurants. Not this time. We were seated near the restrooms and across the aisle from a large party of 10 or more, including younger children. VERY noisy. The booth was comfortable, but we could barely hear our dinner companions during normal conversation. It also seemed quite warm (temperature). Our server was Deanna. She was pleasant enough...checked in periodically. Did her best to take care of us, but she also was server for the large party, and so she struggled a bit to keep up. That said, our food was good (3 had steak, one had prime rib), was served hot and to order. Salads were fresh and crisp. Upon learning that this was sort of a farewell dinner, and after the boisterous party left, Deanna thoughtfully offered our guests a warm chocolate chip cookie to take home. We appreciated the gesture, and tipped accordingly, despite the disappointing noise level during the meal, which certainly was not her fault. We still like the restaurant and will return....hopefully, with a better seating location next time.
