We were a little geographically bound without a car and flying out of Logan the next morning but there are alternatives. We chose Bisuteki because of the menu. We were not disappointed. Ordered several appetizers and sushi and it was plenty. The seaweed salad is particularly good here. Also the sushi was fresh and tasty. It was a bit slow as it was packed that night. We were a party of 2 so they sat us in the bar area which was fine. The bartender serviced our table and everyone else getting drink and did yeoman's duty there. He was friendly and on top of everything we needed. It took so extra time to get the food because of the number of customers and the bar area is a bit cold with AC blowing down your neck and sitting on metal chair. That is my the 4-star rating for ambience. It is definitely worth a try even if you are a vegetarian. There a plenty of options meat and non-meat.

Great night! Great food. We had a reservation so we were seated right away, but we didn’t fill the table do we had to wait a little, but all in all it was a good time.

Granted it was New Year’s Eve, however, we had a reservation for 7:15 and were not seated until after 8:30. Continued to wait another 15 minutes for drinks to be served and entree orders to be taken. Why take reservations if your establishment is not able to manage them effectively? This is my second such experience at this particular location; the first time was not on a holiday. Thinking this is a pattern rather than an isolated incident. Won’t be back to this location again.

The food is always great. First time ever going with a reservation and having to wait over an hour to get seated also over a half hour before getting out drinks. It must have been under staffed but the waitress didn’t apologize for anything

Took almost an hour for our chef to come to our table after ordering. People sitting at the same hibachi were ready to leave. My food was good, but tasted someone else's scallops and they were not that good. Drinks were great. Very loud and annoying when they sing happy birthday with the gong. Too small a room for that.
