For a 6 pm reservation, we were seated in the patio area. Newly arriving guests were annoyingly loud, so the wait staff promptly and graciously relocated us to more subdued table. The food (sole meuniere, scallops, bouillabaisse) was outstanding. A wonderful outing overall.

Always delightful especially on a lovely day sitting outside. 4 people dining and all had different dishes and all found the food delicious.

Always delicious, never disappointing. Favorite restaurant in Menlo Park. Great classic French dishes, friendly service, and nice outdoor dining. You can't go wrong with any dish. Warm delicious and free bread too! Don't you hate it when restaurants charge you for their bread??? Great drinks too! Good for dates, special occasions, or just because you fee like going out. Treat yourself to a night out in Menlo Parks French quarter at Bistro Vida!

Extensive lunch menu; lots of reasonable wines by the glass options; and a very pleasant outdoor setting make this place a winner. Lots of traditional brasserie fare well prepared and presented. Solid service throughout.
