Bistro Verde - Nordstrom Pacific Centre

Easily one of my favourite downtown restaurants and I love the views! The tomato soup is outstanding.

Birthday lunch for gal friends! Ordered the Halibut Tacos with an additional taco ordered so we could share! No issues, every request we had was accommodated with a positive response! Absolutely tasty... love love their cilantro lime salad dressing! They should bottle that! The battered halibut was done to perfection! So delightful & the view is interesting as well!

First time at Bistro Verde - and very impressed by quality and taste of the meals. A hidden gem on the third floor of Nordstrom’s.

Love this place the view food and service the best in the city

The service was very good. Attentive but not overwhelming. We had tomatoes soup (OK), chicken pasta (Bland) and calamari (fine). We had reservations but I don't think that matters and were put in the middle of the room instead of the window side. Felt like in a big food court. Overall, it's a one time experience.

We love it here! We have been on many occasions as it’s one of our favourite restaurants :)
I did want to ask if my dessert, chocolate sorbetto was vegan?

I understand that there are restrictions around Covid, but I have to say that I felt the service and quality of food to be slipping. Portions are smaller and the food presentation did not look appealing. The chicken tacos were not as good as they have been in the past and reminded me of something from somewhere like Taco Bell. Our calamari was made incorrectly and when it was fixed, the new serving was much smaller than the first one. The halibut tacos were missing flavor and for the price they should have been outstanding. It was a rare lunch out (we haven’t been out for lunch in months) and we were quite disappointed.

First time that we have had a lunch at Bistro Verde but won't be the last. Excellent food and good, friendly service

Thanks so much! It was great. 1 thing. Definitely talk to your Debit/Credit vendor about making tap a mandatory, no compromise option, considering the times we are in.

Service wasn’t great. Wasn’t busy and food took forever to arrive. No follow up after we received our food. Priced too high.

Bistro Verde is a welcoming restaurant with very good food for lunch for 2. The social distancing was excellent and in compliance with COVID 19 rules. The menu and wines available gave us adequate choice. The meal itself was enjoyed and tasty. I loved the hot salmon over the Nicoise salad and my guest enjoyed her burger. The booth seats by the windows are comfortable with natural lighting and pleasing colour.

We had a nice and quiet business lunch. They maintained proper distance between tables. The food was good.

Food was excellent, next time I’m trying the French dip.

Marieanne (sp?) is an excellent server. Very attentive and accurate. Friendly too

This place always delivers! I love going there with my daughter. This time I had the cilantro lime shrimp salad and it was so fresh and scrumptious!

This is a central place to eat in the downtown shopping area, unless you want the foods fair in the mall.
The food is tasty and affordable. The restaurant is very bright and airy with a nice view.

Very quiet. Not a lot of patrons due to covid. Good food.

This place has never disappointed. When full it can be a bit noisy but during covid it's perfect ! Lovely food and service.

We arrived close to closing time (Covid Time) and our server ( who was also working the bar) made us feel really welcome and encouraged us to take our time once we had placed our order ( the kitchen was closing). He checked in several times and when we offered to hurry, he encouraged us to relax, take our time, enjoy the view and the meal. It made all the difference.

Lovely view from window table. Food was excellent but pricey for lunch. A bit disappointed in lack of BC wines on list. Service was very good allow lots of time for 2 old friends to get caught up on the all the news.
