Amazing food, amazing service! Will definitely come back! 😊❤️
Sunday brunch and service was excellent. Couldn’t ask for better.
Went to Nolah for a date. Pretty small restaurant, but it makes for a very cozy and romantic scene. At night, the lighting is romantically dark, with candles and warm wooden decor. Service was great, as the waitress that we had was very nice and made great recommendations about the menu and about the specials that they had. As for food, it was absolutely spectacular. It had a simple and concise menu which consisted of classic creole and cajun food. The seafood was on point and they have really good specials that change weekly. Overall, it's a small cozy place to eat that has good food and service all while being fairly casual.
Have been to New Orleans, this place serves up the real deal at a very reasonable price. We sat at the bar purposely and were well taken care of. Highly recommend it!
My friend and I went to Nolah to catch-up over lunch! It was great in every respect!!
A really great Gem of a place hidden away in the West Island. If this Restaurant was in the Plateau, it would get more respect but the food was great and the services and price were totally fair. If I had to make one suggestions, I would say the restaurant manager needs to turn the lights up 10%... was pretty dark, to the point at time it was hard to see what I was eating. But everything i put in my mouth was stellar!
Food was good. Service was very slow. Made a special birthday request that never came.
The food was excellent but service very slow and the noise level was almost intolerable.
We could not hear each other talk for most of our meal.
Limited menu at lunch
The food is good but the fried chicken is too salty, that is my only complaint.
Been awhile since we returned to have brunch here but it was worth the wait👍👍. We started with a dark and stormy alcoholic drink -very tasty but could have used more ginger. I took the Le Jose special of day -I x catfish taco; their potatoes; and fried chicken piece on challah bread French toast. Delicious and filling . My friend took the Benedictine special -smoke salmon eggs Benedict. Was also yummy I was told ( as I don’t like salmon so didn’t try). Coffee delicious as always. Service impeccable and always around for refills on coffee and water without having to ask! Recommend Nolah’s !!! Bon appetit!
La nourriture est excellente. Le service est impécable, par contre, meme si le restau est petit, c est tres bruyant. A part cela, parfait!!
Excellent food. Good ambiance and very well knowledgable staff. Perfect dining pleasure.
The food was excellent. My only complaint was that it was very noisy. Will probably go again in the summer when we can sit outside.
Merci pour cette belle découverte ! Nous y retournerons pour essayer la belle terrasse et le brunch!
Always excellent, we often go at lunch. The pain perdu for dessert is a must try! Mac and chorizo is one of my favorite ever! A little place worth discovering with colleagues or friends!
Great service and authentic cuisine. My husband loved it! We chose Nolah’s to celebrate his birthday.
Good food great service. I had the blackened catfish and it was great. Well cooked and spiced. Shelley had the braised short ribs which were delicious.
Was fantastic as usual!!! Great food and ambience!
Awesome!!! Nuff said.
Excellent service. Helpful staff with choosing wine.
Duck was a little chewy
Excellent meal and excellent service from Matthew!! Have never been disappointed and are always welcomed warmly!!
Evening marred by an unpleasant maître d. Despite the restaurant being practically empty we were given the choice of exactly one table. So much for accommodating a client! And we were reminded at least twice while being seated that we had no more than two hours during which to enjoy our meal, as the restaurant was flipping the table. Talk about treating your clients like cattle. The food was good, if a bit over the top in spice. But the elephant in the room is the poor service. A bit of success seems to have gone to their heads.
All our dishes (5) were wonderful, but the best item was the grits - very smooth, creamy, tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The decor/ambiance is cozy, romantic, comfortable.
Quite surprised by Nolah. I've been to New Orleans on multiple occasions and was very pleased with the quality of the food. We'll be back.
What a great discovery!!! And in my backyard.
Thoroughly enjoyed by our party of 4. Three had never been there before and loved it. We’ll all be back.
The food was amazing with great service. The only negative, and in my opinion a big negative, is that you are only allowed to sit for 2 hours. The was NOT indicated on the reservation website. We were celebrating a special birthday and is was quite unfortunate that we had to rush.
First time but certainly not the last. Opted for 2 entrées: crab cakes and scallop ceviche. Both were excellent. The best was my dessert! The beignets (warm small fried dough squares covered in icing sugar, served with a sweet/savoury cinnamon sauce :)
Great service, and I was pleased with the wine selection by the glass.
Was pleasantly surprised with this eatery. The food was very flavorful and staff friendly. I enjoyed my evening and I have to say that the deserts were out of this world! The music was a little too loud for my liking as it is a small pace so it was overpowering. I have already recommended this little gem to my friends.
The restaurant was spotlessly clean. the waiter was EXCELLENT extremely helpful and very very pleasant. The food was EXTREMELY WONDERFUL everything we had was fresh and delicious. I am so glad I was told to try it out. I certainly will be back. Also the prices are great.
We went for brunch. The Food was great. I kind of expected the chicken (from my French toast and fri d chicken plate) to have a bit of heat but it was still delicious.
Servers were courteous and pleasant but never came back to offer more coffee or water.
We have been to Nolah twice before. Absolutely loved the food and our experience both times. This was our first time trying brunch and once again Nolah did not disappoint.
Nolah is quickly becoming our go to spot for anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions.
To my taste, one of the best table in the west Island!! Great food and great service!! Will for sure be back
We had an amazing dinner, the food was so flavorful and original. The service was very attentive and professional. Thank you
Great ambiance, great food! And when a good friend is part of the staff, you're in for a good time!
We love this restaurant and it is definitely one that we frequent. Never disappoints on food or service, the staff is always so nice and knowledgable. We went for Valentine's Day and they had a set menu which was delicious with every last bite.
We Went for Valentines Day -fixed menu with delicious offerings ! Started with chorizo and shrimp brochette; I had cheese ravioli with lobster in consommé and date had duck confit taco; main meal we both chose horseradish crusted cod on top of sweet potatoe purée and seasonal veggies; dessert we both chose deep fried bread pudding with jack Daniels sauce . Very delicious meal thruout and service impressive! Only glitch was tables to close to one another which made it very tight .
Everything is amazing on the menu including the cocktails. Sunday brunch is a must.
It was an awesome experience as always. Nolah is by far my favourite restaurant.
