Bistro Niko Ratings and Reviews
Bistro Niko came highly recommended and we went to celebrate my son's Nico's birthday. The food certainly was very good. But our waiter really was not up to par. He had difficulty taking our order, had to come back twice to clarify, and then still got things wrong. Service was slow, my wife was served the wrong dish, and we were not served the wine we ordered. Bottom line, this was our last and only visit to Bistro Niko.
Some of the best food I ever had in my life. Pretty pricey but value is price by quality and I was blown away by the service and by the quality of the food. Gonna be hard for me to eat steak that isn't as good again. Had a wait even tho I had a reservation but it only bugged me because I was starving and had stopped by a bar before going there. I'm am awaiting the next time I do go.
This was our first visit to Bistro Niko. I am surprised it took us this long to find this place. The menu had plenty of great gluten-free options. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional. It was a fantastic experience and it made our Valentine's celebration one we will always remember.
Having gone to the other restaurants owned by the same company I was expecting the best and I was not disappointed. We were given the option of the main room (loud and energetic) or the smaller room across from kitchen. As this was Valentines, we chose the quiet room and nice corner table. Wait staff was that perfect blend of attentive and allowing you your space. Our apps and entrees were fantastic. Hard to choose and for that reason, we be back again and again!
Way too loud from the bar noise. However, we found out at the end of the dinner that we could have sat in the Salon , which was much, much quieter.
we probably will come back but ONLY if we can have a much quieter dining experience.
The waiter, was amazing and EXCELLENT. Forgot his first name but his last name was Cash. he was simply AWSOME!
My family gathered to celebrate a special occasion. The group was multi-generational, so the needs were varied. My requests were followed exactly. Nick was our server and he was exceptional. His attention to detail was perfect. As always, the food was delicious! Thank you Bistro Niko for a lovely event!
Let me start off by saying this is a so called “French restaurant” that served mostly French fries for fine dining.
Upon arriving, I received a very warm and inviting welcome.
Sat down and started the process of reviewing the menu for my order. Let me just say my waitress does not understand French which is weird because the menu is in French. I had to physically point out my order on the menu.
The bread came was cold, the butter was frozen. (Like come on!)
Took a while to get the attention of another waiter, because ours was Mia.
It took 6 more mins to get warm bread.
my meal came out tasting horrible.
Had to reorder another entree (green beans were really great!)
Because of the experience they offered free ice cream which was appreciated.
Overall it was a disappointing experience especially since I was expecting wayyyy better for the type of restaurant it is.
Every experience we've had at Bistro Niko has been as good as the time(s) before. They offer consistently good food, classic French dishes, a few specials, a fine wine list, great cocktails and exceptional service by professional waiters. If you want to see or be seen, the large, classically "Bistro" dining room and bar area are for you. If you want a slightly quieter and more intimate space, the dining room across from the kitchen would be my recommendation.
