Sadly we learned that Bistro les Amis was closing two days after we were there. We have been coming there, especially for special occasions, for 10 years. We were saddened to hear the news.

The service was excellent, friendly and professional. The cocktails we ordered were not what we expected. My Caesar salad had bacon in it, which is not good for a vegetarian, as I had to pick the bacon bits out.

This is one of New York's gems! Delicious food, the most gracious and attentive staff, with authentic French decor and vibe.--elegant but not too slick! The restaurant continues to earn its fine pedigree! One of our favorites.

It’s a gem of a place!!! Second time dining there and both times every dish was a perfection. Heard same comments from all tables around. Will be going back for sure!

Everything was perfect on the evening we had dinner at this lovely place. I’ve been coming here for at least the last 25 yrs. It’s never disappointing. The drinks and food were all outstanding.
