I went to dinner with a friend. We both ordered the Halibut special. It was delicious. One if the best fish dinners I’ve had, even at much pricier seafood restaurants. Although it was a busy Saturday night we didn’t feel rushed.

Great halibut.Creamed spinach was fabulous. Asparagus was very fresh. Mashed potatoes were great comfort food. Sit by the windows if you want a more quiet dinner. I also love their burgers. If you're dining alone, eating at the bar is good. Service was great. Restaurant isn't cheap but it is well worth the price. Great neighborhood place.

Returned to this local French restaurant after staying away for years. Bottom line, the lunches are great with great service, descent food and reasonable service. Hope it continues and we will continue returning and tipping well too.

We were very disappointed in how we were treated at Bistro Le Steak. The waitstaff was fine. However, the manager who was greeting people at every other table and giving the women a red rose (it was Valentine's day) completely ignored us. We were a party of 2 women. In addition, my dining companion had to order her steak well done under instructions from her doctor as she is on chemotherapy. This apparently offended the chef who sent out a steak that had obviously been completely charred on purpose. It was actually burnt all the way through and was inedible. In addition her frites were burned, even though those at the next table looked very tasty. She chose not to say anything at the time, but we won't go there again.
