First visit early lunch at 11:00 a.m. so very quiet, great service and yummy food! I had to customize for plant based salad but server and kitchen accommadated the request.

I went with my husband and two teenage children, we had reservations and had to wait an additional20 minutes before being seated. The menu was geared more towards adults and the snacks/ appetizers were appealing to teenagers however Was not offered as a dinner portion. The pear ginger cocktail is a must to try. Prices were pricey for fine dining. wouldn’t have mind the bill if i was down the street at Fleming’s not above a market. It’s a different type of atmosphere, worth a try but not in a rush to run back, possibly after work for happy hour.

Great food nice service. Had to wait a bit for our reserved table-front desk area a little chaotic. Found it quite loud-we we’re a party of 5 and had to almost yell a few times....still love the place though

Been wanting to check out Joe's for the longest! A friend and I went for brunch. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was lively and the service was fantastic. I loved being able to sit on the covered patio on a sunny winter day. I would definitely recommend and will be going back!

The Bloody Mary bar was absolutely the greatest ever!

Seated at 8:30 for an 8:00 reservation. Literally over an hour before the food came out. They were nice enough to bring a free appetizer out with our main courses. 3 of 4 were good. The tuna ordered rare was hammered. The second try was cooked properly but had no flavor. Disappointing.

Totally dysfunctional. Hostess stand was confused about everything. Then we were seated in the area facing Woodward. The heat lamps were too hot and there always cold air coming in the windows. And then......drops of water started falling on us and our food

Quite a Valentines Day!

Had a very nice dinner at Bistro Joes. They never disappoint. It was very loud and crowded due to Valentine's day but the food was great as always.

Waitress was fine but it took forever for our entree to arrive. Over an hour. Not her fault.

Not very customer service oriented. Waiter not attentive or helpful. Had a vegan in our group and they made no effort to suggest options. Not veg friendly at all. Had to send a kale salad back twice—it lacked anything other than kale.

The food was good but the waiter seemed annoyed. He spilled our drinks and didn’t offer to wipe up the table, leaving it sticky. When he brought out our food he shoved a hot plate in my hands.

First choice from menu was no longer available, and backup item was bland at best. One member of our party received their order well after the rest of us (despite being scones!) and then they were not the ones requested, plus were still cold / frozen in the middle. . Another item was never served. Not nearly up to the expectations. (Two other members were pleased with their meals, but 50% isn’t quite worthy of a recommendation.)

When is a reservation not a reservation? When it’s the time they give you to arrive so you can join a long queue. Their hostess told us they had overbooked so we had to wait for more than 20 mins for our table. That kind of thing frustrates me so much. Don’t take reservations if you want to leave people to queue for a long time after their arrival. It was Birmingham restaurant week so they were super busy but they clearly didn’t know how to manage it. On the plus side, our server was great - she was moving fast and trying to cover a lot of ground. The food was ok but not as good as prior times, likely due to them being busy.
