Located at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola at Eagle’s Nest, this fresh and inspiring restaurant provides fine dining with a casual, family-friendly twist.
Take it to the top for an incredible dining experience at Bistro Fourteen.
The service was phenomenal. The restaurant was very kid friendly. We had a wonderful experience.
We Loved it! High Altitude Cooking at it's Bests! FYI The Desserts are not sharable.
We stopped in for drinks and appetizers. We ordered the burrata. It was delicious. Wish were also there for dessert because I know the desserts are awesome.
Good food, great staff. Awesome location at the top of Vail mt.
Great place to eat on the mountain and hit the slopes before and after lunch—. Wait staff is always friendly especially Sydney
I found that the other patrons where more demanding. Our waitress was overwhelmed with how demanding they became. We felt we where left in the wind.
Highly recommend this for lunch while skiing Vail! A bit costly but well worth it. Went twice.
Thanks for a wonderful evening overlooking the slopes. Our server was so nice and both food and wine were delicious. We did also order 3 petite desserts and they were just perfect. Our servers recommendations suited our tastes so well. We will definitely come again and suggest this restaurant to our friends.
A great and friendly place for lunch. I liked that after lunch, we could put on our skis and take a run down the mountain. The lobster roll was delicious.
Great and attentive
Fun experience to ride the gondola in the dark to the top of the mountain. Great views of the town. We even lucked out with it being a two for one entree night without us knowing (Thursday’s)
Fun apres ski dinner with night ride up on gondole
Unique location pretty good food. Salmon could use a bit more flavor. Reasonable price for Vail. I would definitely go back
Service quick and friendly. On a Thursday night we were surprised with a two for one special for entrees. Kid menu was broad. Wine and beer not pushed too hard since the altitude is a factor, but the list is extensive.
Great experience without the steeper price of Game Creek. And the Gondola ride is fun and beautiful. Highly recommend for families.
Don’t even look at the menu. Get the chicken pot pie.
Great place to warm up on the Mountain! We found that you didn't really need a reservation at 1:45pm when we showed up. There were lots of empty tables... Good food! Little expensive but it is on the Mountain...
I enjoyed the excursion to the top of the mountain. Just remember you need a lift ticket or a scenic ride pass on the Eagle Bahn gondola to get up there.
Great view and very nice and responsive service. Ambience is like a cafeteria.
Very accommodating, excellent meal and great value on 2 entree for the price of one on Thursday’s.
Cena despedida de Ski Week en familia
The menu is limited. The food was good. I really like that the desserts are mini. It was just enough.
Decent service, good food and a very nice setting.
Gondola ride up at night gave beautiful views of vail lit up st night.
Food was awful especially considering the price.
Our server, Mariana, was wonderful. We had a great dining experience at Bistro Fourteen.
great views of the mountain for lunch or a snack. Biggest chicken pot pie i ever had!!
We took our family of six to dinner here the other night. My gnocchi were wonderful and everyone else loved their food, with the exception of one dish- the turkey pot pie was not a hit. The desserts were pretty good though tiny, but we were full by then. The gondola ride to the top added to the fun experience. Overall, would definitely come back here.
The food was terrible, the service worse and the worst thing about it was that the managers didn’t even care. Food comes whenever with no order and it is totally overpriced
Very slow service but good food
Very mediocre food. But as you are a captive audience at the mountain top there aren’t a lot of choices. Avoid the French onion soup. Absolutely terrible and barely a quarter bowl full.
Great views of the mountain.
Overpriced for average food.
I ordered salmon which came with asparagus and wild rice. Way too salty.
Could be more mountain-style. Great service and friendly.
Great atmosphere and service.
The food was excellent! The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The location in the mid mountain lodge is breathtaking. Desserts were gluten free and amazing! We went for dinner at 7pm and were seated immediately and offered drinks and apps. Full bar with specialty drinks- yummy!
Great if you are stuck up on the mountain or hungry. Food was ok- bar quality. However the petite sweet brownie hazelnut sundae was the bomb and I would hike back up Berry Picker to get that again!
Service & food were good but $6.25 for a kids glass of milk is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Overall a very disappointing experience. The mixed drinks were terrible and undrinkable. I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes which was not edible. The mashed potatoes were cold, hard and chunky but the salmon was even worse. It was mushy and the consistency of it tasted like it had been cooked the day before and reheated in the microwave. I did not eat any of my food and the server did not come back over to check on us so ended up skipping dinner that night. I would never go back even if the meal was free.
Always a great meal!!!
Great view and sunset! Worth the ride up the mountain.
Our favorite spot on the mountain. The staff is great, very friendly and prompt. Menu is a little limited but everything is tasty. Highly recommended.
