Perfect - I mean, perfect. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, and the food is delicious. The duck melts in your mouth! The atmosphere is romantic, and with the doors open on a warm spring evening, you feel transported.

Amazing restaurant with an incredible ambiance! Food, staff, and wine was exceptional and would 10/10 recommended for anyone looking to try new creative food.

Food was excellent.

The service was outstanding and the meals were incredibly delicious! We had the charcuterie board, duck and a chocolate soufflé. It was such a nice treat and we will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous time! Had dinner upstairs and then finished with a couple extra drinks at the bar on the first floor. Highly recommend. The food was unbelievable and the staff is wonderful!

Bistro du Midi is such a perfect place to dine for lunch or dinner! It is charming; excellent service and delicious food! Our waiter, Carlos was superb as were all of the servers who attended to us. Great location and also has a nice outside dining area looking across to the public garden.

Fabulous! Great meal and great service. The wine steward, Andrew, was excellent in his recommendation and service.

Beautiful interior - really feels like a French bistro. We ate on first level and loved being able to look out the big windows onto the park. Service was attentive and polite and never rushed. Food presentation was thoughtful and each item we had was delicious. Can't wait to go back sometime soon.

Food was amazing as usually. We were just disappointed in the fact that the sides came in after the meal and the excuse was because they gave our side to a different table. That would not have been an issue but then the same thing happened with the desert it came in way after my husband finished his coffee and there was no one came to us to explain the mistakes . We will still go because over all the food is amazing.

Nicely decorated bistro area overlooking Boston common. Food quality was good, but needed more flavor to make it pop. Octopus was cooked well, nice & tender. The tuna tartare was good quality, but the sauce lacked in flavor. The mussels w/fries was ok. The first 2 mussels I ate weren’t probably cleaned out, so I felt like I was chewing on rocks, the rest were fine. The sauce again needed to stand out with flavor.
The service was good, they checked on us a few times and were genuinely trying to do their best.
Would go back for dinner.

As always, bistro du midi delivered as one of the best restaurants in the city. It’s everything you remember and more! If you’ve never been, it’s a must try location, and if you are a returning guest, you will be pleasantly surprised with the new layout

Very slow service, food was not as good as we remembered.

We have been dining at Bistro for as long as they have operated; it is a classy place upstairs for dinners, and bright and charming downstairs for lunch. We have never been disappointed and so glad they are back after the corona shutdown.

Service was amazing, this was our first time here (ever) and we will definitely be back. The manager who brought us to our table, unfortunately I forgot her name, was amazing and very welcoming.

As in the past, well prepared and presented plates by friendly staff. Excellent selection of courses and wines. So very glad this restaurant is back!!

It was restaurant week, and we expected a crowd, but The Virus cut off much of the usual crowd. Instead we had an attentive and pleasant Server. Our food was simply exemplary. The venison tartine was delicious, but the chicken was perfectly cooked and delightful—crunching fresh skin, and the meat was moist, tasty, and just what chicken should taste like. the panna cotta was just light, gently flavored, and the perfect ! to our dinner. Usually this restaurant is noisy and very crowded. This night there were about 6 people. nad it was a near perfect dinner.

The food was outstanding. The restaurant accommodated our request to be seated at a table instead of at the bar which is where my wife and I had chosen to sit when we made reservations. Service was excellent if a little overly enthusiastic at times. Bistro du Midi is not a restaurant for bargain hunters, but we were happy with the overall experience even after factoring in the cost.

Food was very good. Server did not understand my joke but it's ok, still great service!

The food was really great, especially for it being Dine Out Boston season. The location and ambiance was also very causally-fancy. Great for a girlfriend lunch date.
