Bistro Don Giovanni offers a warm and inviting experience with all the personality of a Mediterranean hideaway. Chef Scott Warner's rustic fare incorporates local fruits, vegetables, meat and fowl into traditional, fresh Italian dishes with her signature, creative flair.     You are slipping, or maybe it was just being Friday night. we felt a little underserved. one of our entrees arrived to cold to enjoy. this is not the Don Giovanni I have come to know and love.

    It's always a great experience at Bistro don Giovanni. On a pleasant afternoon the al fresco dining for lunch was magical. Our server let us chat and was attentive without being pushy. Always one of my favorite spots to bring new friends!

    The worst ever. Food did not arrive for over an hour. Manager said that the kitchen lost our order. When it came out the pork chop was WAY over cooked. Meal was inedible. Manager wanted to comp us our glass of house wine. Our waiter took matters into his own hands and comped our meal. The waiter was the only decent part of the evening. They lost us as customers. I think expanding thier outside seating to be able to seat so many more people has ruined this restaraunt.

    In our many years coming to Bistro, we have never been disappointed. Sure we have our favorites (Fritti Misto calamari, Insalada Mista, Scottish salmon come to mind), but no matter what we order, the Bistro experience cannot be equaled. That’s why it’s our (and so many other Valley people’s) restaurant of choice for birthdays, anniversaries or just a special treat. We LOVE you guys!!!

    I ordered a Margherita pizza and it wasn’t fresh. It was evident that the pizza was frozen. That was Very disappointing. Service was outstanding.

We do hand make our pizza dough every morning and cook each pizza in our wood fire oven. Next time you come visit feel free to check it out!     We sat outside for lunch and the patio was lovely - shady and cool. The staff was attentive and accommodating and the food was delicious. We shared the grilled octopus salad, pork chop and gnocchi. So much food half the gnocchi came home with us. Would definitely go back.

    Our favorite restaurant to celebrate birthdays at! The new outdoor seating area is beautiful and the food was amazing, as always. I recommend ordering the lemon zest ravioli. Our server Tony was great! Thank you for a great night!

    I love Bistro Giovani. But it was very special in that our waiter took very good care of us and although very busy he was so helpful and so pleasant. I always try to eat there when visiting Napa because I can count on a fantastic meal. ❤️

    I've been enjoying Don Giovanni's food since it opened, many years ago. There have been some rough patches (especially after Dona Scala died) but now they've hit their stride. The new outdoor area is so comforting and wonderful, and three times the size of the indoor space. But expansion has not dulled the cuisine. We enjoyed the fresh gazpacho followed by the superb frito misto and the petrale in lemon-caper butter, it was an incredible meal and I'm already planning my return!

    I ordered a salad and wanted the dressing on the side. No only was the salad covered with dressing but it tasted like the dressing went on the day before. The lettuce was wilted and somewhat slimy. I was disappointed because I always had such good meals in the past.

    we were so looking forward to our dinner but it was disappointing because 3 dinners came out and we waited and waited for my wife's dinner 10 minutes...15 minutes finally we didn't see our server so we asked someone about Gloria's dinner and they came back and said it was coming...(we think her order was never placed) not good

    A friend who lives in Napa told us this was one of his favorite restaurants and I can see why! Great food and ambience. They have a beautiful patio with a fountain and they’re very dog friendly which is what we needed. The portions are ample and the prices are very fair for the quality. We were staying at the Senza Hotel which is within walking distance. We celebrated our anniversary and went back for a second time. I would highly recommend Bistro Don Giovanni.
