We had a nice evening. The service and wine selection was excellent. Unfortunately the food was subpar, burnt chicken and a dry, flavorless beef tenderloin. We should have said something but honestly we were just happy to be out on a date.

Lovely gorgeous dinner in relaxing atmosphere. Ivan was exceptional taking care of us. Beautiful setting, social distancing being utilized, as well as masks. So glad we dined there!

Bistro remains one of our favorite restaurants, however there was quite a long wait past our reservation time for our table and table service was slower than usual.

Our server Ivan really made us feel like we were celebrating, he was wonderful. There were some wonderful culinary creations we will definitely be back to try; this night was just a burger night-which was great and the parmesan fries were so tasty! Great atmosphere, great service, great food

Ambiance was good once they switched from pop music that didn’t jive with the atmosphere to jazz. I learned when market price is listed asK what the market price is , or better yet the server should mention it! No steak is worth 85$.. They adjusted the price since I wasn’t told which was very nice. But I’m turned off by the pretentious up scale dining that just adds a huge price tag to everything they serve. By paying 3 times more it usually isn’t 3 times better!

It was a Christmas Eve dinner!! The food and service was fabulous!!

The scallop appetizer was very mediocre. Our ceasar salads came all but undressed. Our server brought us dressing & the dressing was excellent, but when you eat at a fine dining expensive restuarant - a mediocre appetizer followed by undressed salads really brings you down. I had a cosmopolitan to drink - it had too much of the orange liquer and not enough vodka - I find it insulting when restuarants cheapen my Cosmo & think i won’t realize they did it. I did not complain b/c I did not want to be a complainer in my party& was trying to keep up beat about this fancy expensive dinner experience. I had the salmon which was very good and it was a special dining experience. My husband had the porkchop which he described as only okay. My mother-in-law & daughter had the fettucine which they both enjoyed. The bread was very good. The lighting and ambiance is lovely. They did very good with social distancing.

I live in North Carolina and travel to the Knoxville area a couple of times a year. This is one of my favorite restaurants . . . ever . . . and I always dine there.

Overall great experience. Food, service, ambiance. Everything was fantastic. Very reasonable prices for the quality of food.

Overall a very nice experience. However, the bar area was crowded with unmasked patrons and the booth in which the host planned to seat us would have put one of us within two or three feet of the person in the adjacent booth. That appeared to be the only open table inside, but we were able to have a table outside instead (which was very pleasant). Had we had only the choice of that booth, we would have been unable to stay.

Bistro is one of Knoxville's finest establishments. There is little excuse for their somewhat careless approach to distancing.

BBTT is my go-to place for special occasions, such as my birthday. The food is always delicious, the wait staff is friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the calm, relaxed atmosphere, especially compared with so many restaurants that are noisy and almost feel compelled to bombard you with intrusive music, regardless of genre.

One of the best venues for a quiet gathering in Knoxville. Food and staff are amazing and the cuisine is always top notch. The wine menu is incredible as well. Can’t go wrong with this establishment!!

Bistro is a perinneal favorite for my us. Atmosphere is chic and mellow. Food is always delicious and service was wonderful.
