Bistro By The Tracks
Amazing food, atmosphere and service. Wide selection Of alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails and wines. Best meal I’ve had in a while!
Great meal, great service. Nice selection of wine and drinks. Patio was nice although it just overlooked a road and parking lot, so the ambience could have been better, but overall well worth it.
Great meal, great ambiance and great service! Bistro by the Tracks always is a hit!
This was our first visit to Bistro By The Tracks and it was for brunch on Easter. We couldn't have been happier with our experience as it exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We'll be sure to visit again!
The drinks from the bar were terrible. So heavy liquor tasting. I could not finish mine. Food took forever to arrive. Service was slow and it did not seem like their normal staff was working. Might have just been an off day, but they should have been better prepared for Easter brunch.
Having looked at the online menu for brunch, we were disappointed to find that the items in which we were most interested we’re not on the menu in the restaurant.
My beef tenderloin was excellent. As were the fries.
Food was excellent! Didn’t give five stars on service only because it was a little slow. Took too long to receive our drinks and refills. Overall an excellent experience.
For the price point a little underwhelming.
I’m glad to see local restaurants opening back up and glad to be able to catch last minute reservation through Open Table! Walking into Bistro by the tracks we were greeted quickly with a smile and seated. Our very friendly service continued from our waiter. He was available to provide welcoming conversation and suggestions for our experience. The charcuterie board was a great paired experience as a starter and we were excited for our main courses.
Then everything turned over cooked, New York Strip steak that was requested mid-rare, was well over medium. We leaned on what appeared to be a great suggestion from our waiter with the Chef’s pasta, add salmon, sounds delish!
Well that spring dish was yesterday’s mute reheated pasta topped with over cooked salmon.
Salmon can be difficult to deliver, when you want to provide a crispy exterior and this was a miss.
I hope you have better luck …
Awesome as isual
We were able to be seated on a Saturday night without a reservation. Everything we ordered, from cocktails to dessert, was wonderful! Especially enjoyed the charcuterie plate and Delmonico steak with marsala mushrooms. Server was attentive without being intrusive. Great atmosphere for a romantic dinner or an evening out with friends.
The food was not as good as we had hoped -- to be sure, it's not bad, but not outstanding, hence our 3-star review. My husband's steak was dry, my hamburger uninspired. The cauliflower soup was the highlight of the meal, as was the duck confit appetizer. The kitchen needs some fresh ideas perhaps. Nice ambience in the restaurant, though, although the banquette we were seated on was mighty uncomfortable. Next time we'll ask to sit at a table with chairs!
Everything about this restaurant is great! Also, the bartender is fantastic!
Great team! Always stellar cuisine & service.
Great food, great service, and fabulous ambiance. Highly recommend!
Still one of our favorite go-to restaurants! Food was amazing as always, and the service was spot-on.
We had a nice evening. The service and wine selection was excellent. Unfortunately the food was subpar, burnt chicken and a dry, flavorless beef tenderloin. We should have said something but honestly we were just happy to be out on a date.
Lovely gorgeous dinner in relaxing atmosphere. Ivan was exceptional taking care of us. Beautiful setting, social distancing being utilized, as well as masks. So glad we dined there!
Great service and food as always
Food was great, atmosphere was great. Enjoyed our valentines date!
The food is excellent and the waitstaff are the best. Great selection of wines and spirits. My favorite restaurant.
Will def. Be back!!!
One of the best restaurants in Knoxville! Great dining experience!
Early Valentines dinner. Food was amazing! Server was busy and not very attentive. But overall, great dining experience!
My favorite restaurant that I was able to share with friends from South Carolina. Excellent as always. My thanks to Jerry, the best!
Halibut was a little bland but overall a nice dinner. Would definitely dine here again.
Great food with outstanding service! Always a pleasure.
We were there for birthday. Our waiter Michael made everything very enjoyable.
Bistro remains one of our favorite restaurants, however there was quite a long wait past our reservation time for our table and table service was slower than usual.
Our server Ivan really made us feel like we were celebrating, he was wonderful. There were some wonderful culinary creations we will definitely be back to try; this night was just a burger night-which was great and the parmesan fries were so tasty! Great atmosphere, great service, great food
Business dinner. Wine room. Perfect in every way.
Outstanding food with a varied menu. Attentive but unobtrusive service. An outstanding choice for fine dining in west Knoxville.
Service took too long, however the food was outstanding.
Always a pleasurable meal. The service and ambience were superb. Can't wait to go back
Ambiance was good once they switched from pop music that didn’t jive with the atmosphere to jazz. I learned when market price is listed asK what the market price is , or better yet the server should mention it! No steak is worth 85$.. They adjusted the price since I wasn’t told which was very nice. But I’m turned off by the pretentious up scale dining that just adds a huge price tag to everything they serve. By paying 3 times more it usually isn’t 3 times better!
I wasn’t impressed with the salmon.
Wonderful food and the chocolate beer is the best! Staff is always friendly and professional.
It was a Christmas Eve dinner!! The food and service was fabulous!!
The scallop appetizer was very mediocre. Our ceasar salads came all but undressed. Our server brought us dressing & the dressing was excellent, but when you eat at a fine dining expensive restuarant - a mediocre appetizer followed by undressed salads really brings you down. I had a cosmopolitan to drink - it had too much of the orange liquer and not enough vodka - I find it insulting when restuarants cheapen my Cosmo & think i won’t realize they did it. I did not complain b/c I did not want to be a complainer in my party& was trying to keep up beat about this fancy expensive dinner experience. I had the salmon which was very good and it was a special dining experience. My husband had the porkchop which he described as only okay. My mother-in-law & daughter had the fettucine which they both enjoyed. The bread was very good. The lighting and ambiance is lovely. They did very good with social distancing.
