Bistro at the Oaks is a contemporary bistro-style restaurant. Every dish on the seasonally influenced menu is prepared fresh on site. The restaurant uses high quality ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible. Each week, a new menu is made up, highlighting the most popular and freshest ingredients available in the region at the time. As the menus change, so do the cultures the food is inspired by, from French to German to American classics and everything in-between. Follow Bistro at the Oaks and take a culinary journey around the world in just a few months. Bistro at the Oaks is part of the LCCA, where students of the culinary arts and hospitality make up the staff and are able to showcase their skills. The bistro is managed by Chef Chris Mitas, who is also the students' instructor.

This was our first time at the Bistro. We had heard wonderful things about it and were not disappointed in our food. Our reservation was at 11:45. Everything went well until we had finished our entree. Our servers had vanished. There were three servers in the dining room and they all seemed to be waiting on other tables. No one checked on us to see if we needed anything. After quite a long wait I finally flagged down a young man man at the register. He removed our plates and someone brought us dessert. She sat the dessert down and walked away without any comment. I had to call them back to ask for coffee for two of our party. No one ever came back to ask if we needed more coffee or anything else. I would have loved a second glass of water,

We are fortunate to have this training facility in our community. My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. This was my guest first visit and she said she would definitely return.

Always professional and always done in a top notch manner. The students at the school are learning so much about how the world operates by being able to be a part of this element of life. The care and effort put into my meal and experience is always better than I could have hoped to have.
