   This was our first time at the Bistro. We had heard wonderful things about it and were not disappointed in our food. Our reservation was at 11:45. Everything went well until we had finished our entree. Our servers had vanished. There were three servers in the dining room and they all seemed to be waiting on other tables. No one checked on us to see if we needed anything. After quite a long wait I finally flagged down a young man man at the register. He removed our plates and someone brought us dessert. She sat the dessert down and walked away without any comment. I had to call them back to ask for coffee for two of our party. No one ever came back to ask if we needed more coffee or anything else. I would have loved a second glass of water,

   We are fortunate to have this training facility in our community. My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. This was my guest first visit and she said she would definitely return.

   Always professional and always done in a top notch manner. The students at the school are learning so much about how the world operates by being able to be a part of this element of life. The care and effort put into my meal and experience is always better than I could have hoped to have.

   As always, Bistro at The Oaks gets a thumbs up, way up! Students and teachers planning, preparing and serving people in the community. This is such a great place. Bravo!
