Our steaks are U.S.D.A. PRIME, (including our Filet Mignon), and are Dry-Aged in House. U.S.D.A. Prime Beef makes up less than 3% of ALL Beef produced in the United States. We offer the Freshest of Seasonal Seafood, including Wild Caught Salmon, Chilean Sea Bass & Lobster. Our Italian Selections are all made in house, from 'scratch'.

Finally got out to try this little gem out in the country! It was so worth the drive! My husband and I had an amazing steak that you would expect out of big cities like New York or Chicago! The service was fabulous and I am so in love with the wine list! We will definitely be back!
My husband and I celebrated Valentine's Day at Bistro 90. They had a fixed menu. The food was outstanding! My husband had the sea bass which he loved. I had the filet which was cooked to perfection. Todd was our server and was excellent as usual with explaining the menu in detail. I have some dietary restrictions and he made sure that my restrictions were met. Will definitely return to this restaurant.
I have a difficult time finding steak at a restaurant that is as good as I prepare at home. This restaurant came very close. Next time I am in the mood for steak and don't want to cook I will be there. Our server, Shawn, was knowledgeable and attentive. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
The pricing is a little steep, but one does pay for quality. Expect to pay between $60 and $90 per person. We are local residents in the Myrtle Beach area. I have been to higher priced restaurants that were not as good as the Bistro.
So, if you are vacationing here I would highly recommend the Hwy 90 Bistro for that special night out. We will go again for sure.
We are from the Hudson Valley and travel often to our second home in Conway - needed a place to enjoy a nice dinner for New Year’s Eve, and we found this place in Open Table. Our experience from beginning to end was exceptional in every way!!! We love it here in Conway - but we had not found a place that would meet our high expectations when it comes to a great meal. Being from the Hudson Valley makes spoils you when it comes to a nice meal especially when it come to great food and service, and lucky us, here in Bistro 90 we found our favorite place to spend a great evening near to our new home!

Bistro 90 is a very nice place and has great food, albeit overpriced. We were there for New Year's Eve and they had a fixed price menu - four courses for $125+ tax per person. The ambiance is great and the service is first class, but absolutely wasn't worth the price. As if $125 wasn't steep enough, they even charged him $3 for a soda. You would think that would have been included in the price. Will only go back for a regular menu night.
Great dining here on a Saturday night. Make sure you make some reservations as it seems to be at capacity during the evening hours. Steaks were excellent, perfectly cooked and melt in your mouth. Duck was also very tasty. If you are into discount steak, this is not your place, but if you crave a good quality aged piece of beef, give this place a try.
Restaurant is on the upscale side, service was great - waiter was very attentive. The ambiance was welcoming as well. Our waiter took the time to show us food selection options and explain preparation methods. I did think the prices were on the pricier side as compared to other "special " occasions restaurants that I have frequented. Even so the company and conversation was my main focus for this evening and the evening was enjoyable.
Good service and great food as always. Wine list is very good and reasonably priced compared with several other local restaurants and in particular Ruth's Chris where the wine mark ups are totally out of order (I never go there now as a result).
My wife and I tend to alternate between Bistro 90 and another restaurant in the area for our special occasions.
The only minor criticism it that they do not serve any bubbly by the glass apart from a sweet Italian moscato, but that would never stop us from dining there.
We ate here last year and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. This year we just had to come back and it was our first choice for dining. I highly recommend this restaurant which is a little off the beaten trail but worth the ride. As indicated, it is a little pricey.
We enjoyed the atmosphere the food was good. Time before this the food was great. There were 3 of us and indicated to the waitress WE were going to split two entrees. When the food came out they split for us which we didn't realize it would cost $17 to split two meals. Owner explained about the side and salads etc. We would like to have still split ourselves so we could see the presentation of both meals and not just split in 3rds. One of us would have liked more steak than the other meal. Owner said they didn't allow splitting at the table. Maybe will go back but not too soon.
We were away from Home for Thanksgiving. Bistro 90 just became my favorite place to dine and only a 15-20 minute drive from Myrtle Beach. ( well worth the drive) The service was outstanding the food was amazing. Thank you Bistro 90 for the outstanding food and service.
Oh my goodness!!! What a find!!! We have a beach house in North Myrtle Beach, so we come to the beach multiple times during the year. We have developed favorite places to eat, but this was our first time at Bistro 90. It is slightly off the beaten path, but very close to town and easy access. We decided to try so
Our first time dining here though we had heard much about it. Food was outstanding and service was very good. We were lucky enough to have somewhat private seating but if we had been in the middle of the floor it wouldn't have been nearly as nice ambiance-wise. Looking forward to our next visit here.
Bistro 90 was fabulous. We went for our anniversary, and they treated like old friends even though it was our first visit. We were greeted with a Happy Anniversary card from the staff and a complimentary half bottle of champagne. The service was impeccable. Our server Amanda was super attentive, and Roland (manager/owner?) was always there to follow up to make sure everything was perfect. Our food was great as well. We stared with the shrimp and crab cocktail, which was delicious, and we had great steaks for our main course. I had the Deckle, the top 1 1/2” inches of the ribeye, and it was a real treat. No room for dessert, but I’m sure they are superb.
