Bistro 7
Great food and excellent service. The carnitas tacos were tasty - a nice twist on an old favorite. Bean soup with ham had plenty of meat in every bite. We enjoy getting back here.
Server was very attentive; menu was varied and food was delicious. Their mud pie is outstanding.
We had a great time! My piccata over zoodles was amazing! The only reason that I didn’t give everything 5 stars was because my boyfriend’s sea bass was significantly undercooked. They refired it and it was still undercooked. But we will go back and he can’t wait to order the piccata for himself!
Amazing as always, sea bass is the best in town. Service always on point
This was our second time at Bistro 7 and we will keep coming back. The food and service are great! Money well spent.
Bday dinner was Great!! The food was AMAZING!!! And the service was also Great!!! Definitely recommend
Bistro 7 is my family's favorite local restaurant. The quality and variety of entrees is enough for all of us to enjoy something different every time. For the younger kids, there are pizza, burger and sandwich options while the adults enjoy delicious steaks or seafood. My FAVORITE is the sea bass -- always perfectly cooked with a delicious sweet miso sauce and forbidden rice. Our favorite appetizers are the green beans, calamari and brie potstickers. The bar is fantastic with all of our favorites, from beers to cocktails. Service is always professional and friendly.
We sat in the bar area so was a little louder but we like that atmosphere. Our server was amazing and the food delicious. We will definitely be back!!
After being away for over a year we were so pleased with the quality of the food. We stayed with old favorites - burger and a pizza. Both were excellent and service was friendly and professional.
Good vegetarian options like battered green beans, edamame, vegetable pasta, vegetarian pizza.
loved this place. more on the fancy side but great vibe. food was excellent and drinks were the bomb!
Fabulous, great waiter and service!
Rebecca our server was excellent each day we went
Lunch time experience was great! Diverse menu offerings and able to go at our own pace. They also have a good happy hour!
Two previous dining experiences were excellent. This one not so much. It was a special occasion-- never received a booth no matter how early I reserve. Table was sticky, location noisy by the door. Unfortunately, dinner entrees not as well prepared as previous times. Disappointed.
My husband and I chose Bistro 7 for our first walk-in restaurant lunch in over a year due to the virus. We had dined there in the past and anticipated it to be just as good as ever--and it was! Service was impeccable, food and drink was outstanding, and the recommendation for dessert (butterscotch pudding) was just as good as we were told it would be. A great place to go for lunch or dinner.
food was great and the service was superb. we will be back in the near future.
Have have been to Bistro 7 many times. My first experience was amazing. The last couple experiences, not so much. When we arrived (with a reservation), we were told that a larger party came in before us and the staff used our table to accommodate them. Then we were told we can sit in another area, but we would be limited to 1 hour 15 minutes because they had another reservation coming in. We went ahead and sat in the bar. When we ordered, we could clearly tell that the waiter was new, he was very nervous but also very polite. When ordering, we were told they were out of Zoodles. Due to my diet, that was very disappointing, but I ordered a steak instead. I decided to order steamed vegetables for my side. When my meal came out, I had 3 large asparagus. Not a big deal...
My husband ordered the Cobb Salad and asked for no vinaigrette and ranch on the side. When his meal came out, the vinaigrette was in the salad and the salad was also very small compared to previous visits. My mother in law ordered the Chilean Crusted Seabass. She said it was the driest fish she has ever had. She also ordered hers with steamed vegetables and also reached some very large asparagus. My father in law order a medium-steak. Instead, he received a steak that was rare on one end and well on the other. Drinks were never kept up either.
As we are leaving, who I assume is the manager, gave us $50 in gift cards to compensate for the error with the reservation. I did not speak with anyone about the overall experience. At the end, I was over it and wanted to leave.
Overall, for the price we paid, I expected better quality food. Seems like they have a new chef... The atmosphere and the staff were nice. They seemed to be out of vegetables, except for asparagus.
Marc was an awesome waiter with extremely accurate size descriptions and perfect recommendations. Trisha is a master of mixology! They are both true assets to the establishment.
Awesome as usual.
Great restaurant really enjoy the grilled salmon. Staff is attentive and friendly.
Had a great time. Great service and menu. Will be going again soon.
B7 never disappoints!!
When seated we were presented with a daily special menu, problem was, it was the previous weeks menu. I found this out after ordering from this menu and being told they were not making that dish this week. After having to re-order, the filet mignon and the ribeye both came out medium well instead of the ordered medium rare. The mashed potatoes we’re bland with a citrus taste to them? The broccoli was under cooked and all three dishes at the table had the exact same sides. The only highlight of the dinner was the cedar planked pesto salmon. Perfectly cooked and would definitely order again. Unfortunately it came with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Loved it here when my girlfriend and I went, very good service and food. 10/10 would recommend.
Every meal was great and on time. Service and feel were great. One of the best places to eat in Reno.
Valentine’s Day
Always a delightful dining experience at Bistro 7. They are very compliant with cvcid regulations. The calamari and miso sea bass are just amazing!
Haven’t been here in a while absolutely Loved it ! Will be returning again!
Absolutely amazing! Meaghan was the kindest waitress. The food was amazing and the restaurant had such a nice vibe. Will definitely come back.
I made reservations for a party of 4 well in advance for the date I wanted. We arrived, exactly on time, we were taken to the outdoor covered facility where it was very chilly. Not the cozy indoor table I was hoping for. I resorted to having dinner wearing my coat. The food was mediocre to say the least. My son's fillet was just tough and taste-less. My daughter opted for the tacos, which were also tasteless and unseasoned. Upon recommendation, I ordered the rib eye which arrived overcooked and gristly. But our waitress was amazing and gave us very good service. Overall the service was good but the food was disappointing and overpriced for what you get.
Great food and quiet. Ran out of their limited vegetarian options, think twice if vegetarian. Cocktail was wonderful, as was the service.
Great spot for some amazing drinks and appetizers! The wife and I had a quick afternoon date and it was great. Highly recommend the pork nachos!
Nice lunch with my daughter and everything tasted great. Will for sure return!
Went for our anniversary. The food and service were great. Felt comfortable with safety guidelines. Will definitely be coming back.
Everything was perfect!
Expensive for quality of food. It's average at best.
Great food, easy to reserve a table. Enjoy the rib eye.
Dinner was yummy! We sat in he outside area. Was plenty warm and the fire was a nice ambiance.
Delicious food and excellent service
