Always amazing! You will not be disappointed one of the best restaurants in Durham Region.
everything was very good, the food and service.I would have to say what surprised me was the price of drinks. The selection was very limited which was ok,and the beer and wine were local, again ok but they charge you as if they are premium.2 x6oz classes of wine for 24$.2xcan beer for 22$.seemed a bit much.
We loved it and will be returning
The food was soooo amazing! The service was warm, friendly, and inviting. We've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed!
Dinner at Bistro67 was terrific. The farm-to-table vegetables were delicious, and we really appreciated the vegan and gluten-free choices - I wish there were more. Our meals were yummy, and the service was attentive without being too much. Overall, a great experience!
Amazing dining experience and view from the dining room. Dinner was so flavourful and delicious. Caitlin, our waitress was attentive, wonderful personality. Will definitely be back.
The food was delicious and the presentation was incredible.
All of the staff went out of their way to make our visit memorable.
Bristo 67 was recommended to us and will definitely be back again.
Selection for mixed drinks was disappointing. The pork tomahawk was so overdone it was dry and chewy. Disappointing value at that price point. Glad we checked it out but will not be back.
Amanda, I'm very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with us. Having been closed for so long we are still getting everything back to full capacity and our bar service is currently in that process. I have passed on your comments to the Chef and we will ensure we are better with cooking temperatures going forward. Thanks for the feedback we appreciate it all and use it constantly improve and of course learn. Thanks, Bistro 67
Lovely dinner and such great value! Amazing to support students
Thanks for visiting Linda, we look forward to seeing you very soon.
Went for our first time, 28th Anniversary. Love the concept, everything is grown right there. Food was fabulous. Staff were on top of everything (Amanda). Definitely 5 star!
Thank you for visiting and we are delighted that you enjoyed your experience with us. Amanda is great and we will pass on your remarks to her. Happy belated anniversary. We will see you same time next year. (and before)
Simply fabulous. Great food, great portions, service, drinks, everything!
Thanks for the kind comments, we appreciate them, See you again soon, Bistro 67
Best dining experience and always looking to come back! The field to fork concept is very evident here where you can taste how fresh the ingredients are with most of it coming right from the gardens and orchards you dine beside. Our servers, Tiala and Amanda were extremely attentive and gave great recommendations. The food was outstanding. We had the mussels, flank steak, pasta and the apple cake. Though literally everything was tasty and cooked to perfection, the sourdough that was served with the mussels is literally the best bread I have ever had in my life. Excited to come back and try other items on the menu. Beautiful dining space with great music and elegant ambiance.
Thanks you for these amazing comments, we are so lucky to have ingredients grown right outside our door and from the rest of the province. Please come back anytime, we'd love to see you again, Bistro 67 team
Food is fantastic with large portion sizes. This has become our go-to restaurant. Amazing service and menu is based on local produce. Never disappointed!
I had reserved the patio but then was notified hours prior that they had closed the patio. It was not weather related. Then when we got there security requested proof of vaccination which I was not prepared for since this is not a legal requirement as of yet. Lastly, the available menu seemed smaller than it had been on the patio over the summer which was already small enough.
Field to fork thoughtful food that is well prepared and very tasty.
Nice patio experience surrounded by gardens of fresh grown food. Local wine that rivals international selections.
A great dining experience.
Always great food. One of the best for sure inDurham region.
The food was fantastic! Our server was delightful!
Outstanding farm to table food. Patio overlooking the very fields that are feeding you! Sells organicly grown produce as well. This is a hidden gem.
We were rained out, and staff were friendly and quickly set us up with take-out food that was as delicious as it was nourishing.
Enjoyed the permaculture field to fork environment and we found staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable (staff attended us in the rain until it was clear it would not pass quickly). Great food!
Beautiful outdoor setting. Service was wonderful and food was outstanding. Limited selection but everything was fresh from the gardens and soooo tasty!
We were not expecting the food as delicious as it was - simply, wow. The taste, texture, and flavour were abundant and so mouthwatering.
Farm Fresh delicious food with excellent service among organic farms
Went with daughters, and was received with a very kind, sweet hostess. Always attentive myself and daughters needs or questions. Food was fresh, and tastefully done. Great place to take family.
Sean, Thanks for visiting us and sharing this positive feedback, we love being able to serve this fresh produce grown right here in our fields. We look forward to seeing you and your daughters again soon. Regards, Patrick
I brought my son to celebrate his graduation. We sat on the patio since the dining room is not open yet. Unfortunately, our table was mostly in the sun as were all of the other tables. This seems to be the norm these days.
We had the BBQ Bowl and Empanadas. Both were delicious. Brought 1/2 of the empanadas home. There were 10 in the order. The menu seems to be mostly very large appetizers to share. It would be wise to order a variety and share with the table and skip ordering individual meals altogether. The Bourbon Creme Brûlée was amazing as well. We will definitely be coming back.
This was our first time trying Bistro 67 and had an amazing time. Our server Miranda was so friendly and attentive. We ordered some of the appetizers and were so impressed with the flavours as well as the portions. We were all full (4 adults) sharing their charcuterie board, tandoori cauliflower lettuce wraps and smoked chicken wontons. We had a little room for fresh grown strawberries and whipped cream. Everything was delicious. Chef Peter came out to introduce himself and to check how the food was. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Will be going back.
Thanks for visiting us Louie, I'm delighted to hear that you got to enjoy so many of our most popular dishes, you cant beat fresh produce for taste and goodness. Miranda and Chef Peter are valuable parts of our great team here and we appreciate their enthusiasm and customer service. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. (We'll pick the strawberries when we see you arrive!) Regards, Patrick
Our patio lunch was wonderful. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. We shared the Charcuterie board. The cheeses and in house made charcuterie selection were great and a perfect pairing for our chosen wine. There was plenty of food for us both, servings are always very ample. We shared a dessert of fresh strawberries ( grown at the restaurant) fresh whipped cream and meringues. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Can’t wait to go back! Loved shopping at their in house vegetable and fruit Farmers kiosk before lunch.
The patio at Bistro 67 is a wonderful place for quiet dining. The pared down menu has a number of choices for starters and mains. The service is very good and the staff are attentive. A great evening out.
Always great. We love going there. We had a new server, Miranda, and she did a wonderful job. Staff is always so attentive and the food is always delicious. It was raining but we were still able to sit on the patio and enjoy the evening.
Despite the inclement weather, it was a fabulous experience. We’re weren’t going to let Mother Natures plans spoil our date!
The food was impressive, albeit the snap peas weren’t peeled and the strings got tangled in my teeth, but the aioli made me look past that.
I would definitely came back again and again and have recommended your facility to my family and friends. 😃
Always fresh good food
We always love the food, missed the lemon rosemary cake (might be the best dessert we've ever eaten).
The tempura vegetables were perfect, the best choice for a starter for sure
We look forward to supporting our local business, especially the natural gardens, interaction with wildlife and working farm.
Excellent job during difficult times. Service was great, very professional staff, had a very enjoyable time.
Nice cute spot, food is fresh but the salad and dessert could’ve used more umph. Ambiance was cute and romantic
Nice restaurant, nice ambience, and view. Very good food.
A great place to go! The food is fantastic and came out quickly. The chef even came to our table to ask how the food was just so he could hear some customer feedback personally. Plus they grow their own produce on site so everything is very fresh.
The music was a bit too loud. The restaurant has windows near all the tables so the setting was quite nice. However, I think they can improve in the lighting, a bit too dark.
Food was good and service just right, not overly attentive.
Overall a very pleasant evening.
Love that they make their food right from the farm/field right outside. However, when the main chef is on vacation, the quality of food is seen. My fries were hard, and the server might have been overwhelmed due to being understaffed so they forgot some of our orders. Just keep these things in mind if you plan to attend. Great ambiance and amazing attitude from our server.
This place is amazing! The food is incredible and such a great value. The service is great and they're very accommodating for any dietary needs. Highly recommend!
This was a very pleasant bistro with terrific though slightly limited offerings which we thoroughly enjoyed. Service was gold star standard. We were warmly welcomed, served quite quickly and well looked after. We enjoyed the daily special soup, beef pate, and the daily special confit of duck followed by orange cake and hazelnut torte and coffee. It was all wonderful and complemented by wonderful bread baked on site. We bought a loaf to take home. Noteworthy were the gardens surrounding the facility where much of the produce used is grown in conjunction with an academic program on the hospitality industry. My only tiny criticisms are that I found the lighting to be a little low for older eyes: table top tea lights would help and I found the chairs a little hard for aging bones over an hour and a half. But it is a super place and deserves full marks and lots of support.
Everything was absolutely wonderful. From the second we entered the restaurant and were greeted to when we said goodbye. The food was outstanding hubby and I both had the Steak as Poivre. We were celebrating our 41 st wedding anniversary. He started with the butternut squash soup and I saved my appetite for dessert. I have many food allergies and they always have gluten-free/dairy free /vegan desserts. Believe me the orange sponge cake with berry sorbet did not disappoint. Our choice of a South African Syrah wine rounded the whole meal to perfection. Thank you Bistro 67 for another delicious evening! So looking forward to our next visit!
