Fantastic dinner as always. Food & service are awesome.
Beautiful views from the Scene. The food was so scrumptious and the fact that we could actually carry on a conversation with our dinner mates (just quiet music in the background) was a nice change. We will be back and definitely recommend it.
Irving is absolutely the best server! He’s, efficient, fun and remembers all the little things that make your dining experience wonderful.
Sunday brunch was terrific. Varied menu so there was something for everyone. Beautiful view from the patio.
The only problem with the restaurant is the location. You have to live near there otherwise it is a long drive with no lights at night.
We arrived at 7:00 for a new years eve dinner. We had to wait half an hour just to order drinks. A bus boy waited on the four of us. By the time we ordered dinner (7:30) they were out of steaks! Awfully early for new years eve & terrible management. I had to order fish but then they never brought my sauce. A total fiasco along with terrible acoustics. Never never again!
We had planned to meet a group of friends for dinner at “The Scene” on a Sunday night. I booked the reservation through open table for 6 people but when we got there we were seated in the Irons Club. Turns out the Scene is closed on Sundays but there was no indication on the reservation of a change of venue. The menus between both venues are quite different and we were disappointed with the more casual cuisine available in the bar. Perhaps Bistro 60 should advise patrons of such seating changes so ad to avoid this in the future.
They keep improving their menu of food choices and at a great value. Worth the drive out.
Excellent service, together with great food and drink, makes for a fine evening!
The food and service was excellent. This new cheap is fantastic. Their 3 course meal for $35 is a bargain.
Very good food at very reasonable prices. We dine at Bistro 60 at least once a month.
We had a great date night. All the food was good, the staff was great!
The service, ambiance and food was outstanding and a great value when you order the 3 course meal for $35.
We had an amazing meal at Bistro 60 and I must say the best ever and we have lived in Trilogy for 10 years. The chef they have now is creative and wonderful. I had the halibut and it was Alaskan delicious and im from BC and it was right up there with halibut fresh from the west coast. We had the 35.00 pick any 3 courses and it was all excellent. The butternut squash soup was so tasty. 2 others had the prime rib which was excellent and very tasty and one had the short rib which was also delicious. Service was very attentive , the manager came table to table to check on the meals. Good job Trilogy in creating such a wonderful dining experience for us lucky folks in Trilogy and all our friends and neighbours in the area. We are coming back on Wednesday it was so good. Keep up the good work. Cheers Leslie and Jim Titus
We went for happy hour and sat outside on the patio. Our server Irving was very sweet and was a friendly server. The $3 cocktails were fabulous and not watered down and the appetizers were excellent.
All in all, a wonderful way to spend the evening.
Fantastic dinner. The new chef is doing an amazing job!
The newly renovated restaurant is very nice.
The summer menu has adequate choices.
The food and service were good.
Great happy hour specials and a Taco Tuesday as the sports bar or in the restaurant.
We bring all our out of town guests here. Brought our family in from LA they loved the food. They practically licked the plates. They are big foodies. The salmon had a relish that complimented the salmon with lots of flavor. The jidori chicken very juicy and tender. My halibut relish was with pineapple and a vegetable medley delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection. Plus to top the evening we had the banana dessert which was excellent. We highly recommend Bistro 60
Great service, very good food and special on 3 course dinner was a nice surprise. Good ambiance as well.
Great Food, Ambiance & Service ! Live music and a beautiful view off the back patio. We’ll definitely be back !
Had breakfast. Made pancakes thin by request
The restaurant was out of one of the only two chardonnays on the menu, and they did not have the prime rib available, which was the Saturday night special, even though we were seated at 6:45pm
We love coming here. So glad this restaurant is in our neighborhood! Always a great meal & service!
Food was very good and excellent value. Outside patio was wonderful with excellent weather and scenery. Highly recommend Bistro 60.
The best thing I could suggest for this establishment to succeed is to get a good marketing person involved. In this area of La Quinta it is off the beaten path. No marketing is being done, not even in adjoining neighborhoods like Trilogy.
Using Mothers day as an example, a M. D. Brunch with free champagne would have packed the place, instead it was only a third full at best. Good cocktails well poured with a charismatic bar tender would enhance chances of success.
Would recommend, BUT only if you can sit outside on the patio which overlooks the golf course.
We find the inside dining space too crowded with tables far too close together.
The limited space and tall brocade booths are reminiscent of dining in a train's dining car.
we always enjoy the Bistro!
We eat there maybe 3 times a week.
LOVE Debby! And Noel! Well, actually all of the service is top notch!
The variety of the meals is awesome, especially cuz we eat there often.
The food is often very unique! We like that. But then we like the standbys, like the tuna melt.
Looking forward to the Market!!! Sure hope I can get my daily mocha frappecino there!!!!
A hidden gem in the neighborhood. Service is always great and food is consistently fresh and tasty. Good variety on the menu. Very reasonable prices.
They have changed their menu since the last time we were there. Use to have three course options with really great salads and desserts. Now there is a two course option, main course and dessert. For the first time ever, our service was very SLOW, and it was a Monday night and they were not crowded.
Good food, reasonably priced and great outdoor seating.
Easter Brunch. Traditional Eggs Benedict disappointing ....potatoes cold. Excellent Bloody Marys though.
It was a nice surprise with a musician playing a variety of horns. Our main course somehow got forgotten in the kitchen, but the server upon realizing it, expedited and then gave us a dessert to make up for it. We had a nice time and will come back.
The service is sometimes slow in spite of the fact that it was not very busy. In general the food amakes up for it, although it may need some new variety with the summer coming up.
Very disappointing that they changed their menu. Really miss the three course menu and the yummy desserts.
Wonderful food, beautiful location overlooking the course. Have recommended Bistro 60 to friends.
My favorite place to hang out - great food, great people and great value.
