Bistro 60 Ratings and Reviews
The Chicken Marsala had zero Marsala in it and the Chicken Picatta was not -- it did not have any lemon in the sauce and may not have had capers in it. The salad dressing was somewhat sweeet as though they had put sugar in the dressing.
The pasta under the so called Chicken Marsala was good.
The deserts, which we really did not want, were good.
I love the Bistro 60 for a night out. I adore their pizzas. The crust and sauce are great and I alway order my favorite toppings (of course with anchovies on the side) the Caesar Salad was delicious especially when you ask for anchovies. Everything I've tasted there is good.
The staff is so friendly. It's a pleasure every time we eat there. We had Steve as our server. He was so kind an friendly. When he was busy, the other staff would jump in to make sure we were being cared.
The food here is SO good - MUCH better than every other La Quinta restaurant we have been to, at lower prices! When do you ever see Salad and Dessert included in the Entree price? The Prime Rib on Friday and Saturday evenings is outstanding. Every time we visit, my husband insists we go to dinner here so he can have their prime rib! The wedge salad was delicous, my pork loin dinner yummy and the flourless chocolate cake is divine!
Our food was good, but the other couple counted on their Friday night prime rib......sold out at 6:30!!!!!! Sorry, but was a big disappointment since they had never been there before and we knew they would have a great experience. We could not believe that in the last 5 months the remodel had not been finished. What the heck??? We won't be back until we know it is done.
Our first dinner there. A very nice surprise, even though the restaurant came recommended. For $25-$30 per person for a 3 course meal, the price was right. But more importantly the food was delicious, the prime rib and baked potato, jumbo shrimp and risotto, cheesecake and apple streudel were wonderful. The restaurant is otherwise located on a golf course, which makes for a nice view. We enjoyed our time there. Definitely recommend.
Manny served us on Saturday night. We enjoyed our experience so much we returned Sunday. The restarurant sits on the golf course at Trilogy and has inside and outside seating. It was too hot to sit outside so we sat in. Sunday, we enjoyed beautiful Bolivian guitar music. Saturday had live music too that we did not enjoy as much. The food is plentiful and delicious. Over both nights we had the chop salad, chicken , hamburgers and chocolate flourless cake. All were well prepared. Manny served us with humor, style and professionalism - ensuring a rating of a 5 for the Bistro.
We are regulars at Bistro 60, and come here mostly for dinner. The staff are friendly and happy to orchestrate special requests. We usually order a fixed price three coarse dinner (There are three levels based on the entree chosen priced from very comfortable to comfortable. I had the prime rib dinner from the higher priced group and was very pleased with the meal.
