We had the best server ever. I think his name was Rob.
Wow! We’re glad you had such a wonderful experience. We'd love to have you visit again, soon!

Love the service, food, bar, and dining area. A great option for date night with hubby and friends.
Very nice setting and the prices were very reasonable and affordable. Absolute recommendation to anyone I talk to about restaurants in North Las Vegas.
I am editing my original review because the restaurant manager at the Aliante Casino did me a solid along with the wait staff because they understood and had no good explanation why Valentines Day reservations were so unorganized and over-booked and clearly the kitchen was in disarray.
They all proved to me by their apologies, extra efforts, and "consolation prizes" that this was not the normal. After I received a letter with a no excuses apology and a $60 toward my next meal at any restaurant in the casino, I am convinced that this day was a exception for them in the negative.
So my wife and I returned Friday to "try again".. This time we chose the seafood restaurant the Market. Just as it was at Bistro 57 the food was a delight. Atmosphere very pleasant (except the canned music over the PA conflicted with the live music, and they said they couldn't turn it off ... strange). The waiter, just like those at the Bistro, was very cordial. When he realized my wife and I were going to split everything, he kindly offered to split everything for us. We had the lobster bites.. they were great (but should be called lobster morsels). The lobster bisque was to die for. My shrimp scampi noodles were delish. Even the baked potato was perfectly baked and large.
I will return to both restaurants, and you'd do well to pay them a visit (just wouldn't recommend a holiday :)
Even tho we had a resvn they were short-staffed and overbooked and it was nearly 30min before we were seated. The hostess was very friendly and tried to accommodate everyone as quickly as she could. The server was so good-I just think they were overwhelmed. We were crunched for time (catching a show) and never got our salads and the calamari tasted odd. They offered dessert in lieu of the salad and that was not very good (tiramisu). They did not charge for the desert or coffee but there were 2 salads that never made it to our table
Service was a bit chaos. Not sure if they are used to that many people in one night but the food was great.
The Chicken Parm was good, but the risotto I would not recommend. Service was excellent.
My sister & brother in law in town. Great place to take them.
Service was terrible. It was a good 15 min before we were even offered drinks, another 10 min wait for 3 glasses of wine to come from the bar. The caesar salad was limp and tasted old, breadsticks were hard and crunchy, and the chicken parmesan left much to be desired. Our server was pacing around like a stressed out pigeon waiting for us to settle our bill, that was actually the most attentive she'd been all evening. We weren't even offered dessert. I really wanted to love this place but I don't think we'll be going back.
Pretty good place to go.
Slow service and the wait staff made us feel rushed like they had somewhere else to be. The place was half empty and the service was unbearably slow. Service took 2.5 hours and they started flickering the lights to get us to leave
Special holiday menu was excellent and their full menu was also available. Service was excellent and the food was great.
We had the Christmas Special which was wonderful. Every this was done to our requests. A simple salad ,steak and scallops with carrots and asparagus in a lobster sauce and for desert a Italian cake with Caramel sauce and cinnamon ice cream. Service was great and unimposing.
I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable."
If you are looking for something amazing, this is not the place. Food was ok, just not amazing. Good portion sizes and service was good. Beautiful restaurant that will make you expect more for the food.
My husband and I both got sick after our dinner. This is the first time we have had this happen. Very disappointed.
Low low quality and poor service. Go to the buffet for more than half the price and you will eat better food and have better service.
We are local North Las Vegas residents and have been to Bistro 57 several times. All of the restaurants in Aliante are good; however, when looking for a place to enjoy a a little something special that includes good food, ambiance, and service, Bistro 57 wins!!
The food was good but the service not so much. Took a long time to take our drink orders. Then our drinks sat at the bar for quite a while. I almost went and got them myself. When our meals came we weren’t offered grated cheese we had to ask for it. My second drink again sat at the bar. We never got breadsticks. I would go back because the food was good but do not want the same waitress.
service a little slow,varied menue,deserts priced ok
I made these reservations and wrote that we were celebrating our friends 60th Anniversary. When I arrived I again told them we were celebrating our friends Anniversary never asking me if we would like even a cupcake at the end of our meal. Any other restaurant that I’ve told them ahead helped to make the occasion a little special. I wouldn’t recommend telling them about a special day. Food okay and service was okay.
The food is good, historically the service not so much. Food served out of order. Seemed to be chaos amongst the servers. Who had what table, who was supposed to bring bread, Why was food delivered out of order? And why do they insist on squeezing all patrons to one side of the restaurant without enough servers?
The service took awhile to kick in, we sat for over 10 minutes before someone finally acknowledged us. They weren’t busy at all, it was great. Eventually the young man who noticed us brought us drinks and then just took over our table was wonderful.
Prices were a little high, but the food was excellent and we definitely will be return guest.
Wonderful time . I really enjoyed myself and the staff was great
The hostess was busy but polite and friendly..greeted us by name. We were sat and our server came over right away. Drinks were delicious. The garlic bread app could have been a tad warmer but still good. My son and I shared a pizza. My mom had the lasagna which she loved and my husband got the all you can eat pasta and he never has an issue. We come here often so it’s always a pleasure. To bad I had my kids with me cause I would have gotten the cannoli 🤣 we will be back for our anniversary
Great prices. Pretty good food. Our server was totally awesome! Definitely going back
I am a regular at Bistro 57 usually 2 - 3 times a week. Whether I'm dining with friends or my significant other, the result is always the same; i.e. great food in a relaxed atmosphere. If you have specific requests, the staff will make every effort to accommodate your needs. From the moment you arrive until the time you leave, you feel special. My recommendation is to try this great neighborhood restaurant and bring your friends!
The service was excellent. The food had good flavor but the portions were small for the prices.
We chose to build our own pizza, sausage, onion, mushroom and basil. Extremely disappointing! I've heard of thin crust, but this restaurant takes that to a whole new level, it was so thin it was none existent! No exaggeration here, it's almost like a huge chip. Unfortunately, the flavor was also lacking, could only taste the sausage and basil, even though the basil looked as though it was over a week old. The cheesy garlic bread was ok, but again very, very light on the garlic.
The other thing was that I felt rushed by our wait staff, I felt like it was a case of get them in, get them out.
The actual restaurant is lovely, almost peaceful, the decor is great, and all the staff are friendly and nice. I will go back but I will never order the pizza or cheesy garlic bread again, not unless they change it.
Great food and service. I have been coming here for eight years and have never been disappointed.
It was very nice and the food was very good but the spaghetti could have cooked a little longer. Everything else was excellent
Good service. Pleasant ambience, suitable for a business meeting or get together for family or friends. A good humber of choices. Italian cuydihe, prepared well. Good value, especially the all you can eat pasta with sauce, for $10, with a meat additional $5 or $6.
The atmosphere and service was awesome! I got the shrimp scampi plate and for $16 and it was a small portion. It was not what I was expecting it to be for 4-star restaurant. Overall it was a good experience.
My salad was delivered partially falling out of its bowl, with a salad fork just dropped in the middle of it.
I had to ask twice for my initial bread, and still didn’t get it when my main course was delivered.
Steaks were cooked to perfection. Service was great. We will look forward to our next visit to Bistro 57.
Food was good, I ordered the a shrimp Scampi which had too much sauce. The pasta was swimming in it.
Food was average at best. Server was very nice but knew very little about the menu and couldn’t even pronounce many of the dishes.
Service a little slow, small salad but big dessert, overal tasty food at a reasonable price
For a more casual meal this place is great!!!!!
