crispy rings and tentacles, marinara sauce
angel hair, penne, rigatoni, spaghetti, linguine
Spaghetti with Meatballs
house-made meatballs, fresh marinara
Quality Italian cooking at a reasonable price. Wine by the glass a bit limited.
We have had dinner at Bistro 57 several times and never disappointed. Great food, good wine and excellent service from a friendly outgoing staff.
Good food. Waiter wasn't very attentive. He never came to see how the food was. Had to wait awhile for a refill. Good was really good.
Great service! Such a clean & quiet environment! Nice ambiance! Reasonable Italiano food with great taste!
The entrees were great, but the dessert was not good.
I had the Lemon Chiffon Cake, but it was actually a sponge cake.
Screaming children whose parents wouldn’t take them out of the restaurant really ruined the night.
Some changes in menu items and pricing (salmon-26.50!) from pre pandemic times but the food quality and excellent service made up for it. It was our wedding anniversary and we were gifted with an excellent slice of cheesecake at the end of it. The coffee wasn't so good but who would go there for coffee anyway? A very good experience and I would highly recommend it.
The food was outstanding. I highly recommend the meatballs - so good. Nice wine selection at reasonable prices.
The menu has less choices than before the closure, and the prices are much higher. But my husband loves the new chicken parm dish. The happy hour appetizers look really good.
Excellent service, amazing meatballs appetizers and eggplant parm entree. Great portions and reasonable prices.
The appetizers were very good, but the main dishes were awful! The pasta was over cooked and the sauces tasted old.
Our server was very rude and impatient, her name was Mercedes, so if you ever go there, at least get another server because she made our experience very unpleasant. We like to try different restaurantes around the world and it’s crazy how in Vegas servers are so rude and poorly trained. The service is definitely poor. If you want to eat in a good restaurant at Aliante, eat at their steakhouse.
Ps: they do not have any sparkling water which is crazy for a any bistro.
Service was excellent. Waiter was attentive and very accommodating. My wife had the chicken Marsala and unfortunately the chicken was a little overcooked but she didn’t want to send it back as we were with another couple and she didn’t want to delay everyone’s dinner.
So happy Bistro 57 reopened after the pandemic. The "new" Bistro 57 has a variety of dishes that will satisfy everyone's appetite. A great local Italian restaurant!
A little slow. Capresse appetizer was missing the balsamic glaze. Food took awhile. Drinks came after our appetizer and bread basket after that. Meal took awhile and service slow. Meal was good but my seafood pasta fra Diablo was short on seafood as described on the menu and pasta was subbed for angel hair pasta but not relayed to us ahead of time.
Most beautiful restaurant in town.
Bistro 57 is even better than it was before COVID-19! The hostess immediately found our reservation and was extremely accommodating. She took us to a booth and made sure we were comfortable there since the open tables (our preference) were full. The food was prepared perfectly and my only complaint(?) was I thought the portions were too large. Table service was exceptional and we will definitely be going back.
Staff was super polite - special compliments to their parents for raising them right.
Came in for Chicken Parmesan.
This is the description on the menu...
Chicken Parmesan Pizzaiola
chopped chicken breast coated with bread crumbs, fresh marinara whole milk mozzarella, angel hair, alfredo cream
First, I have an issue with the fact that the chicken is chopped verses a full breast.
When I asked the server about this, he told me that it was not white meat. He said they use thigh and leg meat and press it together.
We have been to this restaurant several times before it closed.
We went back after they re-opened and were very disappointed.
Probably won’t go back.
Waited almost 15 months to get back into the Bistro 57 only to find out the took the two best dishes off the menu. No more veal dishes.
Their Tomahawk Veal Parmesan was the Very Best. The Veal Osso Buco was Amazing. Both Gone. SO SAD
Now salad or soup is a $3 add on. Used to be included.
They changed their bread again. Still not to my liking.
They stopped using the good Bourbon for the Manhattan's. Back to basic JD
My Chicken Pizza thing was good.
The Staff is still Amazing! Wonderful people!
We enjoyed our meal and the service
First night of reopening to public , food was great and the service was excellent. Most the the staff was vaccinated those that weren't had masks.
We had the best server ever. I think his name was Rob.
Wow! We’re glad you had such a wonderful experience. We'd love to have you visit again, soon!
Not me! Spam email
Love the service, food, bar, and dining area. A great option for date night with hubby and friends.
Very nice setting and the prices were very reasonable and affordable. Absolute recommendation to anyone I talk to about restaurants in North Las Vegas.
I am editing my original review because the restaurant manager at the Aliante Casino did me a solid along with the wait staff because they understood and had no good explanation why Valentines Day reservations were so unorganized and over-booked and clearly the kitchen was in disarray.
They all proved to me by their apologies, extra efforts, and "consolation prizes" that this was not the normal. After I received a letter with a no excuses apology and a $60 toward my next meal at any restaurant in the casino, I am convinced that this day was a exception for them in the negative.
So my wife and I returned Friday to "try again".. This time we chose the seafood restaurant the Market. Just as it was at Bistro 57 the food was a delight. Atmosphere very pleasant (except the canned music over the PA conflicted with the live music, and they said they couldn't turn it off ... strange). The waiter, just like those at the Bistro, was very cordial. When he realized my wife and I were going to split everything, he kindly offered to split everything for us. We had the lobster bites.. they were great (but should be called lobster morsels). The lobster bisque was to die for. My shrimp scampi noodles were delish. Even the baked potato was perfectly baked and large.
I will return to both restaurants, and you'd do well to pay them a visit (just wouldn't recommend a holiday :)
Even tho we had a resvn they were short-staffed and overbooked and it was nearly 30min before we were seated. The hostess was very friendly and tried to accommodate everyone as quickly as she could. The server was so good-I just think they were overwhelmed. We were crunched for time (catching a show) and never got our salads and the calamari tasted odd. They offered dessert in lieu of the salad and that was not very good (tiramisu). They did not charge for the desert or coffee but there were 2 salads that never made it to our table
Service was a bit chaos. Not sure if they are used to that many people in one night but the food was great.
The Chicken Parm was good, but the risotto I would not recommend. Service was excellent.
My sister & brother in law in town. Great place to take them.
Service was terrible. It was a good 15 min before we were even offered drinks, another 10 min wait for 3 glasses of wine to come from the bar. The caesar salad was limp and tasted old, breadsticks were hard and crunchy, and the chicken parmesan left much to be desired. Our server was pacing around like a stressed out pigeon waiting for us to settle our bill, that was actually the most attentive she'd been all evening. We weren't even offered dessert. I really wanted to love this place but I don't think we'll be going back.
Pretty good place to go.
Slow service and the wait staff made us feel rushed like they had somewhere else to be. The place was half empty and the service was unbearably slow. Service took 2.5 hours and they started flickering the lights to get us to leave
Special holiday menu was excellent and their full menu was also available. Service was excellent and the food was great.
We had the Christmas Special which was wonderful. Every this was done to our requests. A simple salad ,steak and scallops with carrots and asparagus in a lobster sauce and for desert a Italian cake with Caramel sauce and cinnamon ice cream. Service was great and unimposing.
I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable."
If you are looking for something amazing, this is not the place. Food was ok, just not amazing. Good portion sizes and service was good. Beautiful restaurant that will make you expect more for the food.
My husband and I both got sick after our dinner. This is the first time we have had this happen. Very disappointed.
Low low quality and poor service. Go to the buffet for more than half the price and you will eat better food and have better service.
We are local North Las Vegas residents and have been to Bistro 57 several times. All of the restaurants in Aliante are good; however, when looking for a place to enjoy a a little something special that includes good food, ambiance, and service, Bistro 57 wins!!
The food was good but the service not so much. Took a long time to take our drink orders. Then our drinks sat at the bar for quite a while. I almost went and got them myself. When our meals came we weren’t offered grated cheese we had to ask for it. My second drink again sat at the bar. We never got breadsticks. I would go back because the food was good but do not want the same waitress.
