This is the third or fourth time we've been to this restaurant -- the first time at their new location, just across the street from the old one. We loved the new place. The food is wonderful, the service and staff is attentive and helpful, and the new owner is a joy. When we told him we were going to be in Paris he gave us some recommendations for restaurants we would enjoy. We will definitely go back. FYI: the onion soup is "to die for." A great place for a relaxing dinner.

My daughter and I came to this restaurant was horrible service was was so un organized..the only good thing was the nice guy pouring the champagne..They also told us what we should tip ..they just added it to the bill...and we already tipped them..We also felt sick later that day and night till following morning diaharea and chills...the food was laying out all over with no ice under it! Sorry to be honest!

We had a Groupon for lobster tail dinner for two, house salad and shared dessert ($42 regular price; $21 Groupon price). We started by ordering wine for my wife and a cosmo for me. The cosmo was presented in a large wine glass with a straw and ice cubes??? The taste was OK, but not used to drinking a martini out of a wine glass with a straw??? When we ordered, my wife asked what the vegetable came with the dinner. She was told is was squash and zucchini which she cannot stand. We asked if we could substitute something else and our server said no substitutions were allowed given how busy they were (I would estimate 2/3 of the tables were empty??). The food was good, however, the lobster tails were the smallest I have ever eaten (a couple of ounces at most). Had to ask for drawn butter. On the positive side, I spoke to the owner regarding what we felt were "service deviations" and he comped a 2nd martini for me and a cup of coffee for my wife. Another extenuating circumstance was that this restaurant had recently moved and had only been open for 4 days and apparently were still working out some of the kinks!

We have been going to Bistro 1902 for many years, we were a little surprised when the location changed. I reserved online and thought maybe I should have been notified. The food was excellent as usual. Not sure if it was because they had just moved to the new location but I found the service so so. All in all, it was good

Unfortunately the place is going down in quality, only a special menu with a few overpriced items, no wine list, I believe the owner would be better off to shut the place down then having purely quality food, no credit card accepted although we have been there many time before and we could pay with a credit card, fortunately my wife and I we could manage to pay in cash.
Maybe this situation will work in France but not in the US,
Good Luck!

Service was great, food was very good; they have a pretty good offer online for a 4 person meal but no everything is included so if you select a plate that is more expensive than the one on the offer you have to pay the difference. They charge 18% service regardless of the party size and tax on top, and they do not have credit card machine so you have to pay via paypal or go to the nearest ATM. At the end we ended up paying over $150 for 4 people.

This restaurant is good, but not at $150 level for a party of 4.

Brunch was great! They kept the bottomless mimosas topped off and the chef making omlettes and crepes was superb! Only wish some of the people eating in there were more respectful of buffet lines and waiting their turn!

We used a "gift certificate" that we purchased wherein we got $80 of food for $40. For two of us, we ended up spending a little over $100 before tax/tip. The food was good, the service was average, and the restaurant needed a thorough cleaning and some repairs. Basically, for this price point, the restaurant should have been in better condition --- in our opinion. I gave it a "value" of 3 stars if using a discount, but I would rate it lower if paying full price.
