We loved our experience at Bistecca by II Mulino so much that we went 2 days in a row. The service provided by Eric was excellent. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the menu and offer suggestions. His suggestions were delicious. He was also attentive to my food allergies and made sure to double check all our selections were safe for me. We enjoyed chatting with him during our meals. We tried the chicken parm, and it definitely didn’t disappoint at all. The bread was baked hot and fresh, and we loved the sea salt flakes. The watermelon salad was refreshing especially on a hot day. Eric was even kind enough to have the kitchen split the plates up already so we didn’t have to, so we received our own tasting plates. We ordered the ribeye, and they cooked it perfectly. It had great flavor. We also tried the lasagna, and we enjoyed that. Both days, we had the pistachio and ricotta cake with a side of gelato. Wow. I’d eat that everyday. It’s light, moist, and delicious. It’s not overly sweet or heavy. The vanilla gelato is so rich in flavor. I think dessert was my favorite part of the meal. A special thank you to Eric and the team for making our meals so special. We appreciate you all.

It seemed busier than usual but the service was excellent. Our food was cooked to perfection and arrived in a timely manner. Our server Victoria was very attentive and checked on us throughout to make sure everything was to our liking.

Excellent experience! Celebrating our anniversary and was treated like we were so special! Eric was our waiter and he was very attentive, knew all the answers to our questions and was overall excellent. We started out with the calamari, which also had fried zucchini and jalapeño, which was a nice surprise. My husband ordered the prime NY strip, it was a little more cooked than he would have liked but still thought it was excellent. I ordered the chicken parm and it was so good!!! Finished the meal with an anniversary strawberry gelato. Oh and the fresh bread was to die for!!! My only issue, and this isn't with the restaurant itself, its the resort rules. Only 1 alcoholic beverage at a time, 20 minutes apart. Meaning we walked in with drinks from the casino and we were not allowed to order another drink until we finished what we had. If you drink your drink quickly, you can not order another drink for 20 minutes. I never heard of such a thing.

Our waitress seemed unsure of herself. She told our friend a particular side item was available and when she delivered something different she said they don’t offer what he wanted even though she previously said they did when she took the order. Two people complained about their food and waitress gave no response and seemed unfazed. Not good at all!

Food was solid. A little on the salty side but still very delicious. The bread is absolutely to die for! Our server Jeannie was exquisite and was super sweet! Martini was good but to add blue cheese olives it was a separate charge for $5… and they were from a jar because you could see the oil floating in the drink. Overall a great experience but some minor things could be seen as opportunities.
