   Food was excellent, however, the service was poor. We waited about 15 minutes to order our drinks, and we ordered our food, and we waited 60 minutes to be served. We had to ask for our bread, and the waitress did not return to ask if we needed more drinks or how we were doing.

    The setting was very pleasant and the atmosphere. The buss boys were very on time with the service. Michael is an Excellent waitress because he knows very well everything that is in the menu. Brenda, the manager was very sweet of her to stop by to make sure that everything was fine with our meals. But, we want to take the Chef back home because he knows how to cook and well present every meals that we ordered. Thanks again for having us & See you soon 😋

    Who ever heard of shrimp scampi with no garlic? Very disappointed with the meal. Four shrimp doesn’t do it for me. Very bland. Cosmo good but small. Service very good. Nice touch for dessert-served ice cream with wafer on a fancy decorated plate for Mother’s Day. Hubby had gnocchi with shrimp and scallops and said it was just fine. At least he had garlic in it. Manager did take 50% off of my meal but wasn’t worth it even at that price.

    Amazing food to end a great Mother's Day! The sausage rigatoni with broccoli rabe was excellent. My son had the crispy chicken Monotone and loved it. Our wait staff were friendly, efficient and very attentive to our needs. They all did an awesome job! Will definitely be back.

    Restaurant is convenient since its in hotel. Food is good . Some prices a bot high for portion and cut of meat. Ex .45.00 for veal marsala a bit high compared to 45.00 for filet mignon. Service was good Fabian and lewis personable. Bread was a bit hard and stale.

    My husband and I went here during our stay at Mount Airy. We chose to go here since it was right in the resort. When we entered there was a strong smell of fish, but the seat we had was great. Very intimate. Our waiter was not good and honestly made the experience not good. He took some time to get to us just to begin our order. He then almost forgot to tell us of the specials. We ordered two steaks, two sides, and the meatballs to share as an appetizer. The bread was AMAZING. The meatballs were very good as well. After our appetizer and sitting around for some time talking (20 to 30 minutes or more), our waiter came over to ask if we wanted desert! We hadn’t even received our main course! We told him, he went into the back, and immediately brought out our food. The steaks would have been great but they were sitting for a while which cause my filet to be over cooked. The peppercorn sauce was amazing though. Someone else had to finally come over after we finished and ask us if we wanted desert. We decided to skip it since the service was so slow. After another 15-20 minutes we had to ask someone else to bring us our check. The waiter kept blaming everyone else. We understand that things can get busy, but we ended up paying for a meal that was not worth the bill. An anniversary dinner that wasn’t one to remember unfortunately, but we would be interesting in trying it out again if there was a different waiter. The food is what saved the dinner overall! I would suggest trying it as I’m sure this isn’t the normal here, but know what could potentially happen!

    The birthday presentation of ice cream on a Happy Birthday chocolate scripted dish with candle was nice. The shrimp cocktail was fresh and excellent. My Filet Mignon was a bit overdone and not medium rare as I had asked for however I did not ask for it to be redone. The wait staff was polite and cordial as usual. This is our third dining experience at Bistecca and we have always been pleased. Unfortunately this time after the birthday presentation we were handed the check without being asked if we would like a dessert, coffee of an after dinner cordial. Where we were hoping to sit back, relax and enjoy a fine meal away from the noise of the casino, we felt as if we were being rushed out the door. This was indeed disappointing as our first two experiences were exceptional. Where I would always recommend Bistecca to a friend, this experience would have me consider otherwise as it is too expensive to come in for a quick meal. Sorry...

    Calamari was good until you get to the middle/bottom then it’s real salty…Salad was amazing and fresh…My entree was the shrimp and scallop gnocchi which tasted like cinnamon and it had too many different flavors…Scallops were tough and the new bacon that’s added throws the whole dish off…We had a waiter who was not attentive to us at all…Jack took over and made our experience better

    Lovely space with a nice vibe. Soft background music heavy on Sinatra and that era makes it feel like a truly “adult” space. Delicious specials and entrees all prepared expertly. The special I had with salad, butternut squash ravioli entree, gelato and white wine was a great deal. I would definitely recommend.

    My wife likes their chicken parm quite a bit. My steak had some gristle, but was cooked as I requested. By joining their VIP Club we were offered a free bottle of wine among 9 or 10 choices, a generous touch.

    My only problem is that I am allergic to black pepper and was told many of what I wanted was pre-prepared. So it became difficult to order what I really wanted. When I was aat the restaurant in August 2022 that was not the case. I had thesalmon. My friend had the salmon this time and it looked and was totally different. With the prices one would think everything would be fresh and prepared at that time

    Reserved a table for my wife and I to celebrate our 23rd. Anniversary. Overall we were very pleased with our experience. We ordered the fresh mozzarella with tomatoes as an appetizer and we both had the chicken parmasian and it was amazing. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and very attentive. There one very loud and obnoxious customer that had came in and sat in the booth behind us, so it was quiet until he showed up, but aside from this rude individual, we had a great dinner and experience. We look forward to coming back again and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone celebrating any occasion or if you're just looking for really delicious food. Thanks!

    The staff was probably one of the most excellent I have ever encountered. Especially Carter ! The food was good but the calamari was very chewy, more than what I think is normal, but the flavor was excellent. The entrees were also excellent The dessert was ricotta zepollis that were amazing. In the end I was satisfied and I would probably return if I’m in the neighborhood again.

    Overall service was fine, but not good. Food was also good, but not great. It’s the only “fine dining” place 8n the resort, so you are pretty much stuck going there if you want that. Not super impressed with anything here.

    We had a 7:45 reservation. We got there at 7:44 and waited 10 minutes for a table. They weren’t that busy. Once seated, we were served water right away, but the waiter didn’t come to the table for about 15 minutes. Drink orders were taken and another 15-20 minutes went by. Finally about 30-40 minutes into our time at the table, our actual order was taken and another 30 for the food to be served. It should have been a nice one hour meal that became a two hour meal. We didn’t leave the restaurant until 9:45. Not worth it.
