Bisetti's Ristorante Ratings and Reviews
This was the fourth year that I have treated my family to supper at Bisetti's the day we attend a holiday concert. While the food and ambience were exceptional as always, we did have an issue with our server. We did speak to the manager about the issue and she was quick to attempt to rectify the situation with a gift certificate. Overall, it was a good experience although not as good as in years past.
We were seated right on time. Our waiter presented the cocktail menu which contained a variety of interesting drinks. Service was quite good but my wife's meal was a big disappointment. The pasta was gummy and the seafood tasted old. My veal marsala was not only authentic but tasted exceptional. It is rare to get truly tender veal but Bissetti's accomplished that. Had my wife's meal even come close to measuring up, this would have been a five star review.
Bisetti's used to have a location closer to me, in Highlands Ranch, which I used to frequent because it was so good. I remember hearing that they were originally from Ft. Collins, so while up there we decided to visit. Just as awesome as I remember! The Calamari is some of the best I've had, and their Eggplant Parm is also to die for.
Great food, nice service, pretty restaurant. I wish they were still in Highlands Ranch, though!!
The food and service was amazing when we were there this past weekend! We have a picky 4 year old and I loved the option of the "toddler plate" off the kid's menu! It was full of things she likes and was so reasonably priced. Not an option I had seen at a restaurant before so I was really grateful! We all loved the bread and garlic butter and the special that nigh - spinach and artichoke ravioli with creamy tomato sauce and chicken was amazing!
We hadn’t been here for years and wanted to see if it had improved. It had not. It was OK at best. Food wasn’t the worst nor the best, boring but edible. Busy place but the service was better than the meal. The place is always crowded and so lots of folks must like what they do, but it’s not for us.
Outstanding food and service. Great location. I’ve visited Ft. Collins twice and dined here both times. This is a must dine experience if you love Italian food. Great wine menu and you can order quality wines by the glass at reasonable prices. Good selections on a variety of dishes and preparations. Appetizer menu is excellent with multiple options. Dessert menu has several cheesecake options. They will bring a dessert with a candle for birthday celebrations. I highly recommend Bisetti’s
We enjoyed an early dinner prior to a concert at Lincoln Center. The food was excellent. I had the Harvest Squash ravioli and my husband had chicken parmigiana. I also had a Caesar salad. We each enjoyed a discounted happy hour beer/wine. Our server was not super friendly but the service was very good. We did not have to wait long for beverages, my salad, or our entrees. I would recommend this restaurant for a dependably good Italian meal.
This was an amazing dinner for my wife and I's first anniversary. When we got there our waiter was noticeably busy (almost overwhelmed looking) which had my wife and I worried but boy did he not let that effect him. Our waiter was extremely fast, personable, and accommodating. We normally go to another local Italian restaurant in town but we have been converted, the food and service was incredible! My wife and I each had Chicken Parmesan and shared a Tiramisu for dessert. Our waiter made it very special meal for our anniversary and we will be back very soon!
We've been to Bisseti's many times over the years and it never disappoints. I highly recommend their veal(or chicken) Marsala. This is by far the best Marsala I've ever had. We requested a quiet booth in a corner for our reservation and they provided exactly that. Decent wine list. My only con is that it's a bit cozy in the seating arrangement, but it's quiet enough that no one has to yell to have a conversation, so you aren't bothered by the neighboring tables. Ii still miss the old ambiance of the wine bottles on the walls.
Another wonderful meal at Bisetti's. We were seated in the "cubby" per our request -- very quiet and intimate setting for a meal for two. Our server, Max, was attentive and knowledgeable. The wine was delicious and a good value. The honored a coupon without any hassles. The food was delicious as always - the Peach and Burrata app was especially delicious.
We were in Fort Collins for an overnight trip and this was one of the best Italian meals I have ever had! Service was friendly, and SUPER fast. Great drink specials, food was outstanding and a great price. We will definitely be returning when we are back in the area.
The ambiance was excellent and we were able to stay as long as we wanted. The young waiter was helpful and had a good sense of humor. He asked if our visit was for a special occasion (48th wedding anniversary). The food was well prepared, and portions not overwhelming. The price of the meals was reasonable.
