Delicious food, friendly attentive staff, great quite atmosphere

The service was great. I loved the decor. Food was tasty. Pricey. Not some place I could frequent. But it was mother's Day and I was on vacation. I overall enjoyed the experience

Loved it. Will definitely be back. Was our second time dining here and it is worth it.

The menu was varied and had a great selection. I had the Lamb Chops that were great.

Service was horrible. Took 10 minutes to be treated. Server said "what can I get you?" And "are you ready yet?"
Half of my filet was rare-ordered medium. Server didn't actually check on us once during meal. I had to glad down the guy that filled out waters to get it fixed.
The pieces I had already cut were so dry I couldn't eat them or half of the steak that had been recooked. I expect this at Texas Roadhouse. Not an upscale restaurant that I'm paying $50 per steak for.

We are sorry to report that we were not please with the food at the restaurant. The Braised Ribs were extremely dry, the ceasar salad dressing lacked flavor , and the prime rib was too well done for ordering it rare. The positive part of the meals is that the bass was excellent. This was not my first visit to the restaurant; however, it may be my last.

Visiting Las Vegas

The food was great but the service is not that good.We booked for our anniversary and the server didn't acknowledged it.It would be nice if they put a happy anniversary greetings on our desert or even give us complimentary dessert.Maybe it's because we used travel Zoo voucher?

Recommended by the restaurant across the way, the Biscayne had the fabulous tasting Rockefeller Oysters! The meats were tender melt in your mouth perfectly cooked. I shared a prime rib cooked medium with just the right amount of fat as well as the sea bass....OMG the Sea Bass was awesome, slightly salted crust with beautiful flakes of fish.

It was an awesome meal.

The $49 NY strips were terrible. We ordered med-rare and came out cold and so rare that they could not be eaten. We spoke with the dining room manager who tried to convince us that they were cooked properly. Unbelievable!!! We had a show to make so I told him to just take it off our bill. He did that. Still can't believe he argued with me about the temperature of the steaks. Additionally, these were the strangest looking NY strips I have ever seen. Would never go back!! Only went there since we had a Travelzoo which gave us $137 in food for $79. This venue is way overpriced and will be closed within 6 months. Fact. Don't go there, PLEASE!!!!

The steaks were not impressive, and the price for the experience was too high. We anticipated a better experience based on reviews we read, but were disappointed to be sure.

have been here more than a dozen times and it's worth going. i feel the prices for their steaks are a bit high

From start to finish our meal was beyond excellent. Our waiter, Roland, was fun, humorous and accommodating. Every thing we ordered was delicious and well presented and cooked to perfection. One of the best steakhouses in Vegas. If you are at the Tropicana, eat there, you will not be disappointed.

Superb dining in pleasant location! Easy to get to, off the 2nd floor walkway between the Club Tower and the rest of the Tropicana. My husband ordered a filet that was cooked perfectly medium rare; One of our group had the Sea Bass and it was delicious; my other friend and I had the lamb chops - Yum! Service was good and setting was unexpectedly upscale but not in a "put-off" way. Our friends went there again on two other nights and had Happy Hour drinks there nightly! I recommend it and will go there again next time we're in Vegas.

The service was a tad slow but the 10Ooz filet was worth the wait...

We were a party of six out for a nice steak dinner and Biscayne was our choice. Everything was great! The cocktails, appetizers, sides, steak and crab were all great. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a great meal.

Service was excellent. Ambience was nice and quiet. Lobster Bisque was just average. Salmon was very good. As was the crab cake. Sorbet desert was excellent.

My wife and I were very surprised. It was not what we expected. Our server (Michael)was very helpful and accommodating. I have eaten at some fine steak house I would put this up in my top five.
The steaks were great and fairly priced. the sides were excellent and also fairly priced. I liked the fact that we could have a conversion and hear each other. I would definitely recommend having dinner there, and I will most assuredly go back to the Biscayne the next time we are in Vegas..

A very good, not great, steak restaurant at Tropicana. While not in the top tier of Vegas dining, the offerings are very good, especially if you can pick up be of the frequent Travelzoo or Groupon discounts.

The food was outstanding, convenient for a stay at the Tropicana. The Seabass is highly recommended.

Food was amazing and the service was great. Very quite restaurant and was great for a relaxing calm dinner. We ordered steaks with mashed potatoes and mushrooms as our sides.... seriously the best meal we had in Vegas.

We had a lovely time at this restaurant which was NOT blasting loud music at us. Very clean and with excellent service. We had Miriam and she was very accommodating and efficient and friendly. Food was delicious, with some interesting twists and there was a fine selection. Good size portions. Temperature of the room was just right for me, a little cooler than warm. Would definitely return and recommend.

My husband & I have stayed @ the Tropicana several times in the last few years & we've brought many friends & family to Biscayne for dinner. We have yet to taste anything that hasn't surpassed everyone's expectations - it's simply the most delectable, divinely delicious food on the Las Vegas strip! My all time favorite are the eggplant lamb tacos appetizers. The meat dishes are always cooked to perfection no matter how you well done or rare you prefer it. The restaurant is not overrun by throngs of people I think because it is a hidden gem. I've been to some other top rated steak restaurants (Delmonico Steak House in Venetian, SW Steakhouse in Wynn, Hugo's Cellar in 4 Queens, Ruth's Criss) & I prefer Biscayne to all of them!

Great server and staff. Lacked ambience but food was great.
