The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly. It was my husband's birthday and at the end of the dinner the server brought out a fabulous chocolate dessert with a lit candle for him. Another great booking through Open Table!

My boyfriend and I visited Biscayne to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Everything was perfect from our waiter, Michael, to the food to the ambience. The staff all worked together to make sure our experience was enjoyable from the moment we say down until we got up to leave. And Michael, thank you for the song! You have a beautiful voice!

We had scallops as the appetizer surf and turf and the lamb chops for the main course . All of them phenomenal. The service was outstanding friendly knowledgeable and always attentive . The only downfall was the crème brûlée was cold instead of warm. I know that is the establishments choice but I prefer it to be warm.

We had tickets to see Raiding the Rock Vault at the Tropicana. This was a wonderful restaurant for a pre-show meal. It was very relaxing and not rushed. There was plenty of time for a cocktail prior to dinner, appetizers, main meal, and dessert and coffee afterwards. The nice and peaceful atmosphere lent itself to conversation. Our party of five could enjoy time together in nice surroundings where we could all hear each other and all participate in a single conversation. The food was good but a bit over-priced.

One of the best steaks Ive had in Vegas during a 30 year experience of Vegas.
Excellent for Business Group setting.
Server Alex deserves thumbs up for attention to detail.

We had dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We started with oysters and had steak and prime rib for entrees. The staff was very attentive and the food was terrific. We would definitely recommend Biscayne to anyone looking for a great meal.

We were looking for a good steakhouse for our final evening in Las Vegas. Many of the others either have the typical ambiance found in any city or are located adjacent to a casino. We noticed that Biscayne was different. It is located on the second floor above the casino, and it is bright with outdoor views. It has also received good reviews on Yelp. We were not disappointed. Food was great, service was excellent, and although it is a bit pricey similar to most good steakhouses are, it was well worth it.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal and experience celebrating our 20th Anniversary at the same place we celebrated on the day we were married. The entire experience was made special by the level of service we were provided by our server Michael. Even though my wife was not feeling well Michael offered to go to the Biscayne Cafe and get her some soup to see if that would help. Michael's personal touch of serenading us after dinner while presenting our dessert was a special and unexpected delight.

After coming here once after hearing good things, it seemed like a no-brainer to come back with a friend for a night out. Unfortunately, it will probably be the last time.

The food is expensive .. as with any steak/seafood place on the strip. The silver lining used to be that locals could get 25% off. Apparently the Penn company decided that the Tropicana didn't need to continue being "The Locals Hotel" when they axed all their local benefits at the beginning of 2016.

We ordered a couple drinks, which were strong. Probably too strong, as they were difficult to finish. Good news was that you could only sip them, so they managed to last through the entire meal.

Waiter came to take our order, which we were told that the appetizer we (tried to) order, was out. He recommended the shrimp cocktail, which was a disappointment. Main course came; I opted for the Wagyu Strip, which was tougher than meat I've bought at a grocery store. My previous visit, I opted for the Dry Aged Ribeye, which would be a much better recommendation. The creamed spinach side was very watery - would not recommend it.

Ultimately, I don't think I'll be going back. Maybe it was just a bad night, but there are many other steakhouses on the strip to choose from, which can provide a consistent experience. If you go at an off-hour, you can get 1000 OT points, which translates into $10 saved at a later visit; not 25%, and probably not worth dealing with this place. Very unfortunate.

We went here on our first trip to Vegas to celebrate my boyfriend's 39th birthday. The ambiance was lovely; low lighting, quiet, great view from our table. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and offered up a few recommendations. My boyfriend ordered the USDA filet mignon and said it was tender and had a good flavor, however not worth the $50 price tag. I have always wanted to try dry aged beef and by Vegas standards their price was reasonable at $50 for a ribeye. The flavor was good but nothing to write home about. The sides are large enough to share and the size of the meat is generous. I would reccomend if you are looking for someplace to eat that's quiet as its away from the casino.

I have been to Biscayne a countless number of times. They offered great deals for locals all the way up to 50% off! I knew things were changing with The M taking over, but we were shocked that they no longer offer any discount at all to locals. The food is good, but definitely not worth the full price.

After reading so many negative reviews at most of the notable restaurants in LV, we were very pleasantly surprised to find this gem in the Tropicana hotel. The food was delicious and the service excellent, and the price was not outrageous.

I had the Filet Mignon and a side of Creamed Spinach. The Filet was as tender as can be. It did not take any effort to cut. I saved room for dessert and chose the Duel Crème Bruelee. There was a vanilla and cherry flavored which was smooth and creamy.

Having just left a Vegas show, we settled for snacks in the bar, rather than wait for a table in the dining room. (they were pretty busy-a good sign) Our bartender was knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. She kept our glasses filled, food courses timed well, and provided input on several tasty menu selections. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The seafood was very good. My wife's steak was not overcooked, but they ended up comping it, which we really didn't expect. My tuna was fantastic, as was the salad and oysters. Was a great bonus that I brought in my own drink (as we left the casino), and they were ok with that. Not cheap, but also not overly expensive by Vegas standards.

Biscayne is a good steakhouse by Vegas standards. It serves Texas Wagyu beef at a relatively reasonable price. My New York cut was very flavorful and perfectly cooked. My wife's halibut was tasty, but a little overcooked. The Biscayne house salad was excellent, if overdressed--we liked the crab and shrimp mixed with the greens. The setting lacks a sense of richness--too white; too much light (they turned up the lights shortly after we started eating). Our primary waiter was okay--too slow at times; too obviously watchful at others. His assistant was better.

We had dinner at the Biscayne prior to seeing Rich Little at the Laugh Factory. Ken, our waiter, was very knowledgeable about the menu and the wine selections. He steered (pun intended) us to the Texas Wagyu ribeye and it was extraordinary! the ambience - lighting, photography, etc,. made us feel like we were on the beach and not in the desert!
