Our dining room is versatile and able to accommodate groups of varying sizes. The a la carte dinner menu is available for groups of up to 16 people. Prix Fixe menu packages are also available for groups of 16-30.
The semi-private dining space is divided into 3 sections. Rows of sheer curtains can be drawn to provide a more intimate dining space for groups.

Very nice place and the hospitality was terrific and food was great.
Wonderful meal with out of town guests!
We loved the short rib and butternut squash risotto special.
The filet and cioppino were excellent. The pastas were good but the sizes were really inconsistent. The service was a bit scarce (they seemed understaffed).
The bill has a 4% charge for the "minimum wage increase" which is insulting and manipulative. This is a way for the owner to pressure diners into voting against issues that improve the lives of their employees (and pad their pockets). They don't itemize the cost of lettuce, delivery, heating costs, etc. Why itemize the service (and just part of the service)? You don't see other types of retailers doing this. It's crap.
We went to Bin on the Lake because it was my birthday and also we had our wedding dinner there. Mentioned both to our waitress; she seemed receptive, said that I would have something special for my birthday ( not necessary, but nice when you have singled them out as a special place). Did not come through with anything to make us feel like it was our special night. Dinner was very good; wine was very good; evening was expensive, as we had expected. Just did not feel the magic that would have been very easy to provide. Disappointed; would probably go elsewhere to another very nice, expensive restaurant to try next time.
We have been to the Bin on numerous occasions including wedding night, first and second anniversary, etc. We tend to come near sunset time so we can get a fantastic view of the Olympics over the lake and surrounding hills. What a jewel, and the food is amazing. A fitting treat for my wife's birthday.
They sat us in the bar area even though I expressly asked for a nice table in my reservation request to celebrate a 40th birthday. The service was slow and they were out of the scallops! The food we got was good, but I was disappointed for the price point. My husband loved the oxtail ragu though the menu said it was served with parpadelle but it came with gnocchi. My black cod was good but fishy, even though I asked the sever if it was fishy and she told me it wasn’t. I’ve been here before and loved it. Perhaps it was an off night.
The service was fine and the dinner was very good. My only issue is we had a reservation and had to wait for 25 minutes before our table was ready. Other than that, it was a nice Thanksgiving dinner.
Thanksgiving dinner was a real treat: a 5 course prix fixe meal with fresh takes on lots of classics. Terrific flavor and presentation.
My brother and I made reservations for Thanksgiving dinner based on Open Table Reviews. The appetizer was tasty but a tiny portion, the size of a silver dollar. The crab bisque had to be sent back because it was served cold. Salads were OK. The main course consisted of four round pieces of Turkey that appeared to come from a turkey roll, not cut from a roasted turkey, accompanied by a scoop of dressing that was very chewy. The turkey was tough and tasteless and was served with a small amount of gravy dripped on the plate. Never got the promised fried green apple. We ordered vanilla ice cream to add to the dessert. It arrived melted, like soft ice cream. We had added coffee and ice tea. The total bill including a mandatory tip was $192.00.
Update as of January 5, 2019. We contacted the chef who apologized and sent a full refund for our meal. He also invited us back and on my brother's birthday, gave us a gourmet birthday dinner. Very impressed that the chef took my review seriously and went out of his way to insure we would return to Bin On The Lake at the Woodmark Hotel.
The mussels are incredible
One of the best locations anywhere...wonderful ambiance, Service by Nicole was awesome, food was excellent and overall experience was incredible...
Servier forgot to order one of the dishes and never checked in during the meal
Food portions were too small and overpriced
Desert was dry and tasteless
Used to be my favorite spot to go for a nice meal. Through the years the quality has been declining. Very disappointed. Not worth the money anymore.
As usual, the food was terrific, the service was attentive and the sunset view was beautiful!
Sarah is a wonderful waitress, very professional and caring person. My wife and I always enjoy our time at the Bin.
Great lake view and friendly server. The food was average though.
Lovely location on the lake. Wonderful fresh seafood. Heaters on the deck to take off the chill. Great experience!
We had another memorable meal on our anniversary. The chef accommodated my celiac easily and the food was delicious. Watching the lake was dreamy - we would have even outside but for the smoke from forest fires.
Started with a very nice cheese and charcuterie plate. The seafood risotto was excellent. But the filet was disappointing. While cooked to order, the sauce was overwhelming and almost made the steak inedible. Why order a filet if you cannot enjoy the quality of the meat? We'll probably go back eventually, but we will not order a steak again - especially one with a sauce.
Very tasty. Limited menu, but eclectic. Price is fair for the quality and quantity. I would go back. Great outdoor seating overlooking Lake Washington.
The food and the view were fantastic. Unfortunately the service was very very slow.
Ok. Food was good. View was good. Not worth traveling from Bellevue. Booked reservation on my birthday with a note it was my birthday. Was not special but good.
We came here for celebrating my husband's and my birthday. The waiter seated us by a waterfront view, and the view was breathtaking. The waiter was so kind and friendly. My family had a wonderful time, and will definitely come over again for another special occasion.
Service was wonderful - very knowledgeable waitstaff.
The local wine recommendations were spot on as were the cheese selections.
Reservation included request for window seating, and were able to choose indoor or patio table. With the nice warm weather spent dinner relaxing watching the boating traffic and sunset. Excellent drinks, wine entrees and dessert. A perfect location/view with service and food to match.
We had a beautiful dinner last Friday night with oysters, a fabulous crab salad and sea Bass. Our waiter made sure our wine was nice and cold since it was about 88 degrees and we sat on the deck. Everything was wonderful. Thank you! We'll be back.
Wish you would have ordered umbrellas for outside that tilt--was too warm to sit outside without that.
And it was very noisy at the end of the restaurant; glad when the table of 8 left~
Your new chef is wonderful!
Not as good as it used to be. 3 tables had table cloths, the rest just bare ugly brown tables. For the prices on the menu it was more like a cheap cafe. Service was very slow and restaurant had only a few tables occupied.
We both truly loved the way we were greeted & treated here. It was just the two of us, but it looked like a great place for groups as well and their view is Amazing! The server knew the hard details of the menu options and the food was delicious. Can't wait to return soon!
Beautiful sunny day in Washington. Enjoyed eating on the patio. Lots of people ate outside.
Bartender was out so service was slow
I had a wonderful Father's day dinner with my two young sons. I appreciated that they put us in a small out-cove in the restaurant and the service was great. Jaimee was a our server and she was wonderful and engaging when we had questions. The food was excellent and well priced considering the location next to the water. This might be my new favorite restaurant.
Having been here on other occasions, I was very disappointed by the service this time.
We arrived on time for our reservation and were told there was no deck seating available and were told they had no indication of this ask . The hostess was pleasant and offered deck seating if we could wait 15 minutes, which we did.
Upon being seated on the deck by the hostess, we have to wait between 5-10 minutes before any server came to our table (which was right next to the doorway between the deck and inside. When a server appeared, only one of us asked for a drink initially (an apple martini) and was given a confused look and the server finally agreed they could make it. We hadn't yet been offered water or provided with the drink / wine list (and still weren't by this server). We waited approximately 10 minutes before asking another passing server for water and the drink / wine list. After another 5-10 minutes without a server coming by (and never seeing server #1 again), we stopped server #2 in order to place a drink order. Immediately after server #2 was walking away, server #1 finally appeared with the initial drink ordered (15-20 minutes after ordering and 20-30 minutes after being seated). We had to have server #2 cancel the replacement first person drink order. After another 5-10 minutes the other 3 in the party (25-35 minutes after seating) had drinks arrive.
The service , both coverage and coordination was poor at best, and unacceptable at a place of this stature. (especially since I had been before and had very good service). There were at least two empty 2 person tables along the railing on the deck for 10-15 minutes while we waited for drinks, so it wasn't like the area was fully packed and overly busy.
Food and service were sub-par, I expected more. Everything was not bad but nothing was good either.
Would I recommend Bin to a friend? Yes, but only a friend with LOTS of money. Whew, is that place expensive!
We had a wonderfully relaxed evening. The staff was very nice and adjusted to our schedule. We would recommend this for sunset viewing.
Food was excellent, but service was erratic and slow.
We sat on deck and I do not think restaurant was prepared with servers for that area, although there were 5-6 tables full of dinner guests. Menu somewhat limited, but was explained as transitioning to summer menu. Some wine selections were no longer available. Had to ask several times for salt and pepper for table.
