Excellent menu, good wine list and happy hour and service is always consistent. We always dine here prior to the theater and enjoy the food and ambiance.
Service was exceptional, we were the only guests when we visited which was a shame; I had the bolognese and my girlfriend had the scallops, my meal was flawless but my girlfriend found the scallops over cooked but otherwise delicious.
As always, excellent food, service and ambiance. Love this place.
Bin 18 is always consistent. Good and service are excellent. Joel has been our server on several prior occasions and treats the 4 of us senior citizens like family. Love him and the restaurant.
This was our 5th time dining at Bin NO 18 and we were not disappointed! The food, service and atmosphere was excellent as always. We'll be back for sure!
Great food, great service, highly recommend!!
Small menu but everthing was good. Excellent service
What a nice place. Both the food and service were fantastic. I'll be back.
Only complaint was lipstick marks in wine glasses. A definite no no
This turned out to be a really enjoyable dinner. The restaurant was down the street from our hotel and well worth the walk. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. We found the service to be friendly and well timed.
Excellent food, good service - Server Joel is a gem, always on his toes!
The poor server was all alone and the place was packed. Granted there was quite a wait but I must say, the portions were huge and the food was exceptional!!! Kudos to the chef!!!! The bin salad was a meal in itself!!! The crispy 1/2 chicken - "to die for"!!! Excellent!!!
Another great meal, always great service. Half price wine on tuesdays is a nice touch!
A good choice for a pre-show dinner at the Arsht. Service can be slow on weekends. Tapas are great.
The food is original and brilliant. Excellent preparation at a reasonable price. If I went 100 times, I would order the sangria soaked warm fig brulee with walnuts, organic greens, and carmelized onions every time. Only $9. The small plates are very generous- the eggplant bruschetta for $7 was fabulous. The wine is very reasonable- $5 for Malbec at happy hour. The service is genuine and friendly.
Our waitress, Andre (Andreina) made our experience. I had brought a group of colleagues who weren't necessarily "gourmets" and were somewhat uncomfortable with the small plate sharing concept. Andre helped them all find something they were comfortable with. I took her recommendations as well and had a fantastic octopus salad and a baked Brie with a superb honey. Happy hour wines were half price and the selection of wines by the glass was excellent. I can't wait to go back with some foodies and explore more of the menu.
AWESOME neighborhood jewel!! Delicious food and great wine/beer options. Perfect service and food! Try the Baked Brie!!
Good food. Very basic decor. Good access to Arsht theatre. Good service, but only one waiter for everyone. Hope they do well and invest a little in the room.
Bin 18 is a delicious choice. The selection can accommodate different appetites. The food is fresh and delicious.
Bin 18, where I have dined many times, reported I didn't honor my reservation; I did. Service was slow & haphazard. Despite arriving at 6 and telling the server we were going to the theater at 8, the food came out so late we couldn't finish our meal. I won't be back.
Great food and moderate to above moderate prices but paper napkins? Overall, it was good and it was close to the performing arts center. It looked a little thrown together with not enough attention to detail. There were crumbs on my chair which I had to whip off before I sat down and the napkin thing didn't make any sense. Also, There was one unisex bathroom which made it uncomfortable.
An unbeatable combination---great food, great service and great prices. What a find!
OK. We arrived at 5 PM, the time we booked on Open Table, but were told that they were not open until 5:15. No big deal, but still. The food itself was great. The dishes were tasty and thoughtfully presented. Prices were very nice, but our waiter was not very skilled. The service did not measure up to the quality of the food. He had difficulty initially taking our order (blithely forgot to take my wife's order), and at the end of the meal he got the dessert wrong, that is, we ordered it after his suggestion, but never got it. We ate outside, on Biscayne Blvd., which was also a mistake. The table was not really clean, it felt sticky. The wall near the entrance and the entrance door were filthy, greasy smear marks, dried drink spatters and all. THe floor was neither swept nor washed. There were flies which tried to be busy with our food. Now I am not a deliberately fussy person, but it seems that an establishment with such a nice menu and such a skilled kitchen deserve a little more TLC and pride out front, because these problems ruin the whole experience. You would think we were eating at a dirty roadside wagon. Someone should take an honest look at how your waitstaff performs. What a disappointment! P.S. I have photos of the dirt because I couldn't believe that the staff didn't notice this.
GREAT service , delicious egplant caponata and scallops!!!!!! Wow!!! Definitely coming again!!!!!
We were going to be quite late for our reservation, close to closing time. We called and they waited for us. Not only waited for us, but treated us very well. The service and servers were excellent.
The food is amazing!!
This was our 3rd time dining at Bin NO 18. We went for a nice dinner before a show at the Arsht Center. As usual, the food was delicious, the staff was warm, friendly and helpful and the prices were very reasonable. Happy hour with half-price wine by the glass was an added bonus. We will be back for sure!
Very good food and service in a nice and simple environment.
I have been to this restaurant many times but this visit might make me never go back again. Three of us ordered appetizers that did not need to be cooked. It took over 40 minutes to find out what was going on with our order. When they items were finally ready, we had to leave because we had tickets to the theatre. This led to a lot more confusion and the staff not understanding packing the items to go or that we should be comped something, being it took so long and then we had to leave with our food. This almost led to an argument but we were finally comped our glasses of wine. The staff was not very with it or apologetic about the terrible service.
Innovative menu but delicious. I had octopus. Very tender, mixed with zucchini and chorizo. Price was a bargain. Diverse but enjoyable wine list by the glass. I'm happy to go there again
had previous good experiences here but it has deteriorated significantly. Few diners in attendance, yet long delay in food preparation. Then salads and main dishes came simultaneously. Steak was cold. Sent back to kitchen and returned with a hot chimichurri sauce on it, but underlying meat was still cold. Very disappointing.
Website is misleading. Draft beer machine did not work.
Always delicious food but service is so slow
We sat outside. Bin was amazing but the restaurant next door had its music on too loud.
Tasty food. Octopus dishes were amazing. Good choice of wines. Would definitely be a regular if I could but London is a little goo far for dinner. Many thanks. Will be returning when in Miami again.
While the salmon tartar
We tried the five choice tapas menu to share as a starter for two. The portions were extremely generous -- could have fed three easily, and perhaps even four. For the main, my husband had the Churrasco steak platter with a creamy mushroom sauce, accompanied by a spinach and chopped tomato salad. I chose the small plate of scallops with polenta. Both were delicious! We'll definitely be back.
Very good experience altogether from terrific food to gracious and attentive service
An unexpected treat very near our hotel in Key Biscayne. We enjoyed everything we ate and drank and the waiter was very informative and helpful.
Found this place because of its proximity to the concert hall where we we going. Selection of wines is incredible, but the food pairings were right on point.
