Tiny fine dining portions, almost fine dining prices, definitely not fine dining taste.
This place never disappoints, always solid food and service. It is a hidden gem.
Service was very nice... this is a very quiet place as its volume is dependent on hotel traffic.
When we arrived there was no one else in the restaurant so apparently there was only one waitress. Once we got our food we never saw her again. We needed items but by the time she got them back to our table our food was cold so it wasn’t worth it. Pricey meal for that kind of service.
Visited just for dessert and after dinner cocktails. Nice place, very friendly staff. Worth visiting. Will definitely return.
The Valentine's special was very good. Lamb meatballs appetizer, followed by sirloin steak , lobster and vegetable medley. We followed it up with a slice of cheesecake which was a little dry. It came to just under $150 which included the cocktails. The maitre d made up for the waitress lack of service. We weren't rushed and we had a very pleasant evening.
The service was great but the food was mediocre. We had a metal brush piece in our Son's dish. The restaurant made it right by covering our meal and the server and Managers were very attentive. The quality of the food I would put at the level of a Average franchise restaurant (chilis, applebees, etc...)
This is my third time eating here and the food and service are always great!
Three out of four of us took our steak entrees home to the dogs.
Most disappointing New Years Eve dinner.
The service was quick. The food was very tasty. Even the chocolate cake was a good one not too big not too small.
For a hotel restaurant, this one is quite good. I enjoyed the grouper and it was prepared perfectly.
Excellent choice for breakfast. Food is fresh & plentiful and staff are on top of things.
So glad you asked it was boring uneventful not very good and dissatisfied
The breakfast buffet was great! Thank you!
I took my wife to this restaurant for her birthday breakfast, our server was very patient and professional, my special request for chocolate covered strawberries became the biggest surprise as it was complimentary along with a fruit basket of red roses, the food was great , pricing was great ,I'll definitely go back and recommend this restaurant to whoever is looking for a place of quiet dining.
The food quality was average, small portion sizes and prices were high. Service was nothing out of the ordinary. I ordered an appetizer. It was never brought out and the waiter did not mention it nor was it included on the bill. The food, cost and service experience does not motivate me to return.
This restaurant is set in the Renaissance Hotel i.e. It's the lobby bar restaurant. As such the noise level can get rather loud. You can hear the conversations of the bar patrons at your booth. The steaks (rib eye) and (churrascaro) were cooked to perfection; however, they got cold very quickly as they were served on plates rather than skillets. The side dishes (marbled and fingerling potatos) were tasty however I couldn't tell the difference between the two. They looked and tasted the same. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here. However, if you're on business and staying at the hotel and don't want to venture out, its a pretty decent meal.
Went to Bin 595 for dinner with my wife for a date, was not super thrilled. Service as OK, food was so so, cost was high :(
Although the restaurant was not full, service was very slow. I had the lobster bisque and Watermelon salad, with added salmon. The bisque was warm, but not hot. For the salad, I got some large chunks of watermelon drizzled with balsamic and bocconcini. The salmon was simply placed on the side of the plate and was flavorless. This meal took nearly 30 minutes to get to my table. The location was convenient to my upcoming meeting, but the food and service would not command a repeat visit.
-cannot recommend this restaurant..
The bartender could not prepaare the drinks on the menu as the restaurant did not get a liquor delivery that week. The food was good but average and so was the service.
Good place to eat on a date.
We were very disappointed. For an expensive restaurant, we felt like we were at a diner with the loud pop music and bright lights. We were not impressed at all.
We were there on New Years Eve. The Hostess took along time to greet us then sat us without drink or wine menus. We waited over 20 min for service which we had to flag the hostess for. Then another 20 minfor drinks. The Menu was prefix. All of thefood was fabulous. If you want great food and don't expect service this place is for you
Great value but the Tenderloin was grainy and grisly!
Food was not good and service was bad. On New Years Eve they ran a special menu and the waiter didn't know it at all. Drinks and food took forever. Tempura shrimp were not fresh and hot, seemed they were heated up frozen ones, salad dressing had to be requested for the salads, filet was severely undercooked and tough, egg plant parmasan was under cook, pasta was served with out sauce, dessert resembled frozen old items, and champagne toast was forgotten to be served.
Menu reads nicely and presentation is nice but taste and quality of cooking is lacking especially considering the price. Its fair.
I think that everything was great except for the lighting. I think there was too much light. Dimming the light a bit in the restaurant would be amazing.
It was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special.
There was a party going on so it was a bit loud. Food was very good. Pretty decor.
Amazing place to be.
Everyone who works is so happy friendly , which makes it so welcoming , I enjoy it there very much
The menu has completely changed. Almost nothing listed online was still available. Service was adequate however they brought our entrées while we were still eating our soup. Steak was cooked to order but the cut had too much gristle and too much fat. Atmosphere was quiet and suitable for good conversation. All in all not the place that used to be.
Tables are spaced apart and not crowded. Makes for good conversation.
Very small salad..
Waiter was polite prompt
Food was fast and delicious, lobster bisque was delicious. Great ambience and clean.
There was a party at the bar that made the noise level unbearable. The menu was decent and priced ok. Service was good. However my boyfriend ordered the grouper and felt it wasn't fresh. I ordered the shrimp and lobster salad, but our server never came back and I needed more dressing as the salad was bland.
The bread was the worst I've ever eaten, very hard and dry. The butter was rock solid, but the spinach dip was ok. The entrée was ok also, nothing to write home about. Everything was just ok. For the price it should have been better quality food. I did like the decor but the lights were too bright, no biggie though. My wife and I were the only people in the restaurant so wait time wasn't a factor for anything.
Located inside Renaissance Hotel, it was a surprising 4 star! It can get loud if there is a large group at the bar but once the bar is less crowded, can be a romantic spot. Service was fantastic but I think due to lack of patrons at the time, waitstaff was at a loss for what to do. Must have asked me 8-9 times if I needed anything! I respect the service though and their recommendations were perfect. If all hotel restaurants were this good, I wouldn't need this app 😊
Outstanding staff. Need to time the delivery of food a little better. Entree came out when I was only 3 bites in to my salad. Great tasting food.
The noise level was due to a large group which made it almost impossible to carry on a conversation in a booth.
Overpriced, had to find our waiter to get our check.
