I have been coming to the Biltmore Brunch for years because of the fantastic food quality and service. This most recent visit I'm sorry to say was disappointing. I know this is subjective, but the overall quality of the food and the presentation has gone down noticeably since my last visit. Thankfully, the service is beautiful.
As an example, I love the king crab legs. Biltmore used to serve very large, long crab legs on silver platters. Now, I was stunned to see one small silver container the size you mix a green salad in with small, half length crab legs. The visual effect was that the chef was trying to economize on the presentation and the amount of crab legs customers could choose from. I returned to the crab legs for a second helping, and the bowl was sitting on the table empty for some time. This NEVER happened to me in the past visits.
Another example were the numerous hot dishes. Previously, as I recall, hot dishes were presented in steam pans covered by a heavy lid. Now, the hot dishes are placed in some kind of electric looking holding pan which was difficult to open due to it's lid and placement on the table. In addition, this setup did not keep the food hot and I ate most everything at a barely warm temperature. Not a good plan as I like my food served hot.
The exceptions were the breakfast items and desserts. They were served hot and delicious. By the way, most of the food now is served indoors which is not as inviting as when it surrounded the outside perimeter of the fountain area. For the high price of this meal, I wish the chef could return to the better presentation and food quality levels that made this brunch so special. Bring back the big crab legs on platters!!!
Wow! Just wow! A brunch like none other anywhere, ever! You must experience this at least once in your lifetime! I love seafood and the seafood selections are amazing, including raw bar, caviar, you name it! And leave plenty of room for the incredible desserts!!!
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special with a warm welcome. The buffet was extensive and of excellent quality and the champagne, cocktails and wines were generously offered. All together a fun and memorable occasion. Highly recommended.

The ambiance was beautiful but the food was not anything out of this world with the exception of like one or two items. Don’t think I’d be coming back again, not worth the expense unless you just want to pay for the beautiful ambiance and music.
I've had Sunday brunch at the Biltmore numerous times and enjoyed it. This time was disappointing. Perhaps our reservation (at 1:30PM) was too late, and the staff was ready to call it a day. This is no excuse. At $90 per person, the quality should be equally high throughout the entire brunch period. Service was slow in getting to our table. There were multiple empty tables around us, so it was not super busy. Several hot dishes on the buffet (especially french toast and eggs benedict) had clearly been sitting out for too long and were cold and getting stale. While I'd still recommend it because of the scenery and historical aspects of the Biltmore Hotel, I don't know if I'll be willing to spend my money again and risk getting the same experience.

De los mejores lugares en Miami para el Brunch del Domingo. Sugiero aparten con mucho tiempo de anticipación porque siempre está llena la terraza. El buffet muy generoso, con muchísima variedad, desde platillos para desayunar como para una buena comida. Ricos postres. Sugiero reservar en la parte de la terraza.
The brunch is in several rooms starting with seafood, caviar station, entrees and pasta. Next room has desserts and I just realized I missed the whole breakfast room. Bloody Mary’s and add your own crab leg and shrimp. Staff is quite accommodating and are nice to chat with.
This is boozy brunch at its finest! Unlimited caviar, champagne, seafood, sweets... the list never ends and the setting is divine. It's not cheap, but totally worth it for a special occasion.
Ironically, the best part of this brunch is not the breakfast food. Try all the other stations before eating the normal breakfast fare. The pork is outstanding as are the desserts. There is something for everybody. Very good for special occassions.

It was outstanding in all aspects. We hd a great time.
Extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. We went to brunch on Christmas Eve, maybe they were cleaning out the kitchen, but for $90 a person the food should be fresh. I complained to the manager and the only gave us $20 off a bill which totaled $250. I thought this was unfair and felt like we paid for food we didn't eat. I WILL NOT GO BACK!!
Biltmore is Biltmore , what else ? Food is great (and I'm French) all you can eat caviar , seafood , sushis , pastas , meats, cheeses, desserts ... Best Sunday brunch of Miami and the ambiance is exceptional :the fountain , the vegetation, the live music ... we only had problems with the champagne (first time in 20 years ) , lot of bottles were corked and seemed like they low grade the bottomless champagne (it used to be Nicolas feuillatte or similar). Anyway they changed our drinks , service was little bit low but ok . I Will come back because it's still a good place !

The breakfast food was cold.
It was spread out so you did get a view of everything. I am from Las Vegas and the food there and the hotels there are so good you can not compare any of these places to any of them .and a lot lower price and hot food
