We had such Ana amazing time! I made reservations ahead of time for my fathers surprise birthday brunch. They sat us at one of the best tables by the fountain in front of the love band. The food options are marvelous!
Mejor brunch de Miami, el lugar que para mi guarda recuerdos maravillosos de encuentros con gente muy querida y al que regreso cada vez que puedo. Excelente ambiente y comida variada y deliciosa!
Great display of Food Love Juan Areco
Unfortunately lacking the love and Care of a 90.00 meal
It’s a great buffet, but they started controlling the portion size of the caviar. It’s understandable, but disappointing. Still worth it.
I found the service to have deteriorated and the number and quality of choices to have diminished. It is no longer the #1 brunch place in the area. Still good but now way over priced.
Amazing brunch, amazing location. We had an amazing time for my Mom’s birthday. Recommend 100%
My husband and I have been going there every year for the past four. This year we brought along the rest of the family, and promised them a fabulous champagne brunch for $90. I was very disappointed when they offered only sparkling wine for the mimosas. The staff mentioned it’s been six months since they stopped including champagne with the brunch. The sparkling wines are too sweet and give me a headache. I wouldn’t mind paying a little more for the real bubbles. The food service and location are wonderful but please bring the champagne back.
We are regular visitor to this brunch because used to be very nice, but now, they have change many things in a bad way. So sad for the changes, less food, less quality and if you are the last seating you won’t be able to experience all the buffet because a lot of things are finish. Very disappointed, hope they change for the way it used to be!
Ha desmejorado la calidad de la comida y las cantidades
I could find the same food at Costco for less. Wines were very mediocre. No champagne. Just French sparkling wine. Red and white wines very poor. Noisy to the level of uncomfortable. Only the service was very attentive and helpful.
Es caro para lo que ofrecen, el restaurante al interior huele mal, y el brunch muy limitado.
El servicio es muy bueno y los meseros muy amables pero la comida nada espectacular.
Christmas brunch was great. Great service. Balloon artist was entertaining.
The Christmas Brunch at the Biltmore is a real treat. I was very impressed by the Caviar Station.
The food was very varied and of good quality.
Our waiter Kevin was very friendly and served us Champagne during the whole brunch.
We really enjoyed ourselves!
ARRIVED AND WERE SEATED INSIDE, HAD TO MOVE AS THE NOISE LEVEL WAS EXTREME, NO SOUND PROOFING, COULD NOT HEAR THE SERVER OVER THE NOISE OF THE OTHER PATRONS, SUGGESTED THAT THERE SHOULD BE HEAVY DRAPES INSTALLED IN THE DINING ROOM TO HELP WITH SOUND PROOFING AND THE GENTLEMAN IN THE SUIT LOOKED AT ME LIKE A COW LOOKING AT A NEW GATE.
WAS SEATED OUTSIDE AND IMMEDIATLEY NOTICED ALL THE GLASSES WERE DIRTY, FINGER SMUDGES AND LIDSTICK.
WENT TO GET FOOD AND ON EXITING WITH A FULL PLATE A SERVER BARGED PAST US WITHOUT EVEN AN EXCUSE ME, THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO WHERE THE GUEST HAS TO GET OUT OF THE WAY OF THE STAFF...THE MEATS WERE COLD.
THE MUSICIANS OUTSIDE NEED TO BE TOLD THAT THEY ARE THERE FOR BAKCGROUND MUSIC, TOO LOUD.
IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AS I REMEMBERED A GREAT EXPERIENCE 23 YEARS AGO.
YOU ARE COASTING ON YOUR REPUTATION AND EVEN THAT IS WEARING THIN IF NOT EVAPORATED.
THERE IS AN ATTITUDE OF ARROGANCE AMONG THE STAFF THAT NEEDS ELIMINATING.
NEED TO DO SOME SERIOS TRANING AND MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO EAT THERE THEN SELDF OR GET SOME MYSTERY SHOPPERS.
I WILL NOT BE BACK.
Very lovely brunch enjoyed by all
Our waiter was great-and good delicious.
A delay in checking in for 1pm- which seemed chaotic and initially I was worried we were spending a lot on something subpar but once finally seated..20mins later/ we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
We had an amazing time! We will definitely be back!
Been going to Biltmore Brunch for the past 10-15 years. Where the attention to quality and service was evident before, now its simply become a tourist trap. Food is subpar, selection is limited, and the cleanliness is questionable.
For the price, there are much better brunch options available. The only thing saving this is the spectacular setting of the Biltmore and the wonderful weather we had. Otherwise, its your run of the mill hotel brunch.
We shared an early Christmas brunch with my family. The food was excellent and the so was the service. Worth the price!
I do believe that the Biltmore has significantly upgraded the quality of their brunch. What was already very good; was excellent when we dined!
As a born and raised Miamian who came back after leaving for 10 years , I finally found myself at the brunch. It was not worth it with my priority being food quality. Biltmore is running on the fumes of its once famous name..
Definitely not worth the price! I went a year ago, and the food and service was excellent. Now it's horrible! The staff member attending the carvery was rude and argumentative. The wait staff stopped service BEFORE the end of brunch and disappeared. I noticed because I had to get my own water and fresh silverware, and so did another table. When they finally re-appeared 30 minutes later, they focused on rolling the tables away when customers were still eating. I was disgusted when they had the nerve to give me a bill that already had 18% gratuity for them. THAT'S WHY SERVICE WAS SO BAD! I thought about disputing it, but then I simply decided to NEVER COME BACK. Food was OK, and ambiance was nice until the waiters disappeared, but definitely not worth the $250 bill for two people, especially under these circumstances. There are SO many better places to spend that kind of money for a MUCH better experience.
Not worth the $90 per person. Did not meet my expectations in terms of food offering. My husband even got sick.
Considero que la diversidad y calidad de la comida principal ha disminuido un poco
Very good Brunch , a Lot of goof food , drinks
We like it
Rich, diverse and very tasty options, mimosas & peach Bellini’s sweet and delicious! Had an amazing time!
Food was ok, but nothing was hot. We had to ask for refills. Didn't like that we had to walk across lots of people to get our food back and forth.
Best Brunch in Miami. Well worth the extra expense
Great experience, very good food, beautiful hotel
Great experience. Will definitely come again. Service was a little slow but the ambience made up for that!
The Biltmore brunch has gone down hill. Very disappointed with food quality. Service was good at least. For what it is now, it is majorly overpriced. Previously frozen slimy seafood bar is terrible. All breakfast items were stale under heat lamps. It is no longer a luxurious high end/top shelf culinary experience. At $90/person, it is not worth it at all.
Amazing service!!!! Great place to spend a few hours and eat and drink.
OK, if you have to do it once, you have to. The setting was pretty and the people-watching good, but the food was wilted and the price too high in our opinion. Tea might be an alternative to explore.
Best Sunday brunch in MIAMI! Great assortment of food, outstanding service in a beautiful atmosphere
This was not our first experience having Brunch at the Biltmore. The host desk seemed understaffed as we waited quite a while in line just to check in for our reservation, and then had to wait again for a while after that to be seated. Sadly champagne was no longer offered...only Prosecco or Sparkling Wine. The servers were great, and the food was pretty good. (Not as good as our last experience). We came to celebrate 2 birthdays and we live in Miami Beach so it was quite a trek for an average experience. Next time we will select a brunch location with better options.
Another great brunch at the Biltmore. Hard to decide between the Setai's Jaya and the Biltmore on who has the best Sunday brunch. Fortunately, you can decide based on which restaurant is closer.
I was not impressed with the food or service. There are two different areas to get food and they are very spaced out. It was confusing on where to get seated as we were in the buffet before seeing the front desk. There was no live entertainment. A guitarist was there briefly and so faint it was non existent. Our table was rocky and the waiter fixed it with something as opposed to offering another seat. My champagne glass was filthy and I requested a water to go and was advised they can’t do that for brunch which is absolutely absurd for a free drink of water. My expectations were high for the Biltmore and I was very disappointed to say the least.
I went to celebrate my birthday. Even when I specified that it was the occasion, nobody had a detail or message for us (why did you ask for the occasion if it is not going to be relevant for you?). We were, 3 adults and a 4-years old child and the bill came as the 4 people were adults (eventhough, 2 of us didn't drink more than water and the child eats as a child).
