As always we had a fantastic time at Sunday brunch. We were celebrating our 18 year wedding anniversary. Everybody mentioned it, they were super sweet. The champagne flowed the Bloody Marys and the mango vodka drinks. The seafood bar and sushi were very good. The Carving table awesome and the desserts amazing!

You can only get your monies worth if you absolutely love seafood and caviar- otherwise options are limited and not worth the money. For 4 people our bill was almost $500 and we certainly didn't get the value out of it.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Outstanding! Food as always was very good : fresh and delicious . The big problem is the waiter services in the brunch. We did recently, on last February, our daughter weeding and the services were outstanding,perfects . We know the quality of Biltmore Hotel, because this we chose there for the wedding . We had the best time of our life , our Princess was so happy : everyone was very happy with all the services , food was delicious and the weeding went perfect . We also did the brunch that time and was really good : food and service very good . But now , on the last couple of times that we went to the brunch the service was really not good at all . The waiters keep talking each other, laughing and hidden from the customers and just forget to pay attention the tables . This last Sunday we had to stand up and call them 3 times : some times even to ask only for water . The used plates remained on the table , the waiters just forgotten to clean the table . We had to put the plates aside for 2 times . After while , to have a glass of champagne was almost impossible , we had to keep calling the waiters all time . This last Sunday , the service was the badly one at all . Because this I decide to write a review , hoping someone will read and take actions . This kind of service is not compatible with The Biltmore Hotel . We used to tell friends how wonderful was the quality of the brunch and the best service in town at all . We had been coming to the brunch at least for the last 6 - 8 years . Sometimes with groups of our family and we always had good times , good memories . It is really a shame to ruin a very good quality food and an amazing ambience with a very bad service . No wonder why the place was not full at all . Usually the brunch was very packed . We were surprised with a lot of empathy tables . For sure We will take a long time until we decide to go back there . We were really upset with the bad service .

For the price, it really is not worth it. The breakfast foods were just okay and had little variety, lunch foods were subpar, and everything was cold. The only good part was dessert. The service was awful. Our server did not want to bring us our beverages and insisted we had to go get them at the bar, which was located a very long walk away, (you had to go outside, cross the courtyard, and enter the opposite side). When I went to the bar to get a mimosa the bartender said “I don’t have orange juice, your server should be refilling your mimosas”. There is an 18% gratuity included, which the waiters did not earn. We were seated very far away from the food and had to open various doors with our hands full each time we went to get food. Sunday brunch at 94 Aero Squadron is much better quality, excellent service, and half the price.

TOTAL LET DOWN!

First off, we were sat outside and we were sweating after a few minutes of being there. I did accept the seating without complaining so that’s on me. What’s not acceptable is that the food that needed to be hot or warm at a minimum was cold and the food that needed to be cold was warm. The ceviche was warm and tasted of old fish. I wasn’t able to eat more than one bite of the shrimp cocktail, I actually spit out the piece I bit in fear of getting sick. I didn’t want to get intoxicated eating bad shellfish. Leg of lamb and NY strip were alright, but nothing to write home about. On a positive note, the service couldn’t have been better and desserts were good. It was just my wife and me the bill with gratuity included was $230+. The only extra thing we ordered was one bottle of water. This was my first and last time there. I always heard that the Biltmore brunch was the best in Miami, maybe many years ago.

My wife and I visited as part of our anniversary trip to Miami and the Keys.

The hotel itself is very grand and very impressive. Situated in the Coral Gables neighbourhood it’s about 15 minutes by cab outside of Downtown, and a nice escape from the hustle and bussle of Miami Beach, or Downtown.

The brunch itself is amazing. Ok, it was $90 a head, but it’s bottomless drinks including champagne and top-notch food - and considering you can sit there from 10 until 4 if you can stomach it (as we did!) we didn’t think it was bad value at all.

The food ranges from pancakes and syrup through to caviar and oysters, not forgetting the full carvery including rib of beef, lamb and pork. All beautifully presented using good quality produce.

The service was wonderful too. We had about 4 servers tending to 4 or 5 tables so were well looked after - and unlike some venues they’re happy to top up the glass too..... as soon they see you take a mouthful!

All in all a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend the Biltmore Sunday Bruch
if you’re in town.

The food is great but many of the staff serving the food were poorly trained and treating the food like they were serving at a soup kitchen. Maybe it is my fault for going here on Father's Day, but when you pay over $300 for two people and a child, you should at the very least not be treated like they are doing YOU a favor. I will never go back.

Service was not up to their usual standards at all. Had yto ask for table to be cleared, for more water etc. Waiter came over once to ask about drinks and tell us about buffet. Never saw him again until time to pay. No one asked how food was, or if we needed anything . Had to ask for coffee at end of meal.

The Biltmore’s brunch used to be something so special..yummy and although pricey.. well worth it... that however has changed. They have raised the price steadily (now 95.00 pp) and lowered the levels of service,food quality and cleanliness. The meats from the carving station were overdone and dry.. the salads were good but not great... the coffee was even burned. The glassware at our table was dirty... we repeatedly had to ask for forks after they removed our plates.Even the staff didn’t look happy being there. The desserts like chocolate chip cookies ran out.. as did other treats we had hoped to try. We are foodies...we know good from fabulous...and this brunch missed that mark. We love the Biltmore... its a destination and hopefully it’s brunch can be come that again ...

Absolutely enjoyed my time here. I went for Sunday brunch and was completely taken by Hilda, our server. She is a gem!The food selection is long and of great quality. The live music was enchanting and elevated the ambiance. Would love to return to one of the restaurants for dinner in the future.

This has always been our favorite place for Sunday brunch. We were here Memorial Day weekend with another couple and our reservation was for 11:30. This is a better time than coming later since you will see larger crowds after 12:30 and buffet lines will be longer. You really get what you pay for here. Top quality food and service is impeccable. Not your typical buffet. You will find an excellent carving station, pasta station, along with raw bar and even caviar station to name a few. Bottomless mimosas, bellinis, Bloody Mary and other beverages are also included. The only complaint I have is that specialty coffees are not included in price such as cappuccinos,only regular coffees so doesn't make much sense to me but it's not really a deal breaker. Highly recommend this brunch! Come hungry!

The breakfast was pathetic. All my mother wanted for mother's day was eggs benedict. The eggs benedict wasp remade and sitting on a steel tray. They were cold and the muffin so hard to eat we all gave up trying. The "lunch" side was much much better but then advertise lunch not brunch. The desserts was excellent. The brunch is overpriced but if you drink enough alcohol it is almost worth it.

This was my first brunch at the Biltmore. Unfortunately, it was pouring. Even then, my daughter and I sat in the covered terrace, and we enjoyed the courtyard. The sound of the rain on the foliage reminded me of the Caribbean I love so much. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. The music complemented the atmosphere. I will return on my next visit to Miami. You lived up to your reputation in all ways.

Had a reservation and showed up 10 mins early to find a line out the door. Approached desk and mentioned that we had a 1300, was told in a stern tone "everyone in the line is the one o'clock" ( I only wanted to avoid being told I was late by the time the line reduced) the wait was silly long... approx 45mins standing. Overheard several people mention it being mothers day... I could care less, surely they knew this and poor planning was to blame. We ended up giving two of the children snacks in the line, ruining any little appetite they had. Food was on par with the pricing level. Servers were friendly, buffet lines not too long.

Another wonderful Biltmore brunch. This is our favorite 'go to' place for special occasions and it did not disappoint. The setting, food and service were all exceptional and even the weather cooperated! DO leave room for the desserts if you can!

Visited the Bilmore for the Sunday brunch the first time back in November 2012 and I am sad to say that the brunch is now no longer what it used to be. From a calm, classy environment with – among other food items – sturgeon caviar, it was now (late March 2018) a noisy, slightly better-than-average brunch with kids running around everywhere.

I've gone to this brunch every time I have visited Miami and it is usually terrific. However the service yesterday was abysmal. We had an early reservation and the restaurant was not crowded. Our table for 2 had four different servers at various points - none of whom seemed to know who was assigned our table and one who made it clear she did not care to be assigned to our table. From drinks to silverware, there was not one request that didn't need to be made twice - most three times - to be completed. And this lack of service was only made more obnoxious by watching one of the four servers launch into 10 minute long stories/monologues/joke sessions every time he stopped at the table next to ours. It is hard to have service ruin a brunch with food so wonderful, but yesterday proved otherwise.

Seating was poor we were in a corner and had to constantly move to let one of our party stand up and get food. I was literally hemmed in by the person sitting at the next table. Service was non-existent! We never figured out who our waitress was and had to resort to just flagging someone down. The food was good but was compromised by the poor service....had to wait and wait to find someone to bring our bill and wait longer for our credit card to be returned. My husband had placed the parking voucher in with the credit card to have it stamped but it was returned unvalidated. The valet parking wanted to charge him extra and he had to show them our bill and advised that he had attempted to get it validated !
No excuse for such poor service in a historic hotel that charges 100$ per person for brunch....

We have gone to the Biltmore for brunch a number of times and have always enjoyed the food. All very fresh, very well presented and very tasty. There is something for everyone. You do have to go and find the various dishes but you won't be disappointed.

Had very high hopes for the Sunday Brunch. Upon sitting down, it took an actual server ( we had a bus boy give us water) about 8 mins to come over and explain how the buffet worked and to get some drinks from the bar. We went for our first round of food and can back to the table to find the server there with our check.......asking us if we would pay because he didn’t want us to wait for an hour to cash out later. First, I work in the restaurant industry and this is absolutely rude. Second, there is No Way it would take an hour to cash out at the end of our meal. So basically he lied because he wanted to get us to pay so he could be done with our table. He came back several times, picking up the check book to find no Credit Card in it and made some obnoxious comment each time.
We finally got tired of him interrupting our meal, we just gave him our credit card. He returned it and said “ Please sign” while handing me a pen. I told him I would sign when I was done eating. He didn’t like that, and made another rude comment about etiquette.....Not sure even what he meant by it. Finally, around 3:45 he came back to the table and said “No more food after 4:00, did you sign??”
At this point I was furious about the whole “PayNow” attitude, I was going to leave a smaller tip as I didn’t receive great service, not even good service. Then I see on the bill that they added an 18% gratuity that the server told me was “Non Negotiable”
This was a terrible experience all together and I wanted to speak to a manager. I went to the front hostess desk to find no one there. I asked One hotel employee that passed by and they said they were unsure where any of the restaurant staff was but they were probably setting up for dinner, and she said it’s hard to find someone around this time.
Angry, we just left and could not speak to a manager about the poor service.
Would NOT recommend Biltmore Brunch!!

I have been coming to the Biltmore Brunch for years because of the fantastic food quality and service. This most recent visit I'm sorry to say was disappointing. I know this is subjective, but the overall quality of the food and the presentation has gone down noticeably since my last visit. Thankfully, the service is beautiful.

As an example, I love the king crab legs. Biltmore used to serve very large, long crab legs on silver platters. Now, I was stunned to see one small silver container the size you mix a green salad in with small, half length crab legs. The visual effect was that the chef was trying to economize on the presentation and the amount of crab legs customers could choose from. I returned to the crab legs for a second helping, and the bowl was sitting on the table empty for some time. This NEVER happened to me in the past visits.

Another example were the numerous hot dishes. Previously, as I recall, hot dishes were presented in steam pans covered by a heavy lid. Now, the hot dishes are placed in some kind of electric looking holding pan which was difficult to open due to it's lid and placement on the table. In addition, this setup did not keep the food hot and I ate most everything at a barely warm temperature. Not a good plan as I like my food served hot.

The exceptions were the breakfast items and desserts. They were served hot and delicious. By the way, most of the food now is served indoors which is not as inviting as when it surrounded the outside perimeter of the fountain area. For the high price of this meal, I wish the chef could return to the better presentation and food quality levels that made this brunch so special. Bring back the big crab legs on platters!!!

Wow! Just wow! A brunch like none other anywhere, ever! You must experience this at least once in your lifetime! I love seafood and the seafood selections are amazing, including raw bar, caviar, you name it! And leave plenty of room for the incredible desserts!!!
