   It s the end of an era. We went several times to the Biltmore brunch but this time food was sub par, the bloody mary is no longer included (😳😳😳 basic in a brunch) the caviar did not have the same quality (way too salty) and the buffet had stuff sitting for hours and never refreshed. The paella, for example, was way overcooked and the rice was totally sticky as was the pasta. As I said, end of an era. The Biltmore brunch had it glorious days, but it s gone. We will never going back

   Couldn’t be better, atmosphere, food, waitress (very nice and attentive) and ofcourse the BILTMORE!!!!! what more can you ask for.

   After many years of superb five star service we were disappointed with today’s service. I had to constantly go looking for our server who gave the appearance we were just a nuisance. Dirty dishes piled up and the whole experience was so different from what we have been used to at the Biltmore over the years. This is the first time our experience has been anything other than exceptional.

   Cada vez que visitamos Miami vamos al Brunch. Esta vez no solo bajo la calidad de algunos alimentos, sino que la atención fue pobre; todo el tiempo girando la cabeza para hacer contacto visual con el camarero, a fin de que nos atienda. No nos renovaban las bebidas, no nos levantaban los platos ya usados… jamás había sido así el servicio. La gran sorpresa fue la cuenta, 2 adultos y una niña: 400 dólares. Aparentemente hay un impuesto extra, además de que imponen el 20% de propina. No regresaré al brunch por un largo tiempo.

    On the positive side, the food was really REALLY good. We both enjoyed it very much. The service was amazing, since the moment we stepped into the valet parking service all the way till ve left, the service was phenomenal. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I didn't like that the outside chairs are plastic chairs, very cheap looking. I understand is outside seating but there are better options. I also didn't like the layout with the separation for breakfast and lunch items on opposite sides. It was raining when I went so it was a bit annoying having to go the long way with my hands full. Another thing that i think could be improved is the overall ambiance. I ate inside because of the rain, and because the music was so low, all I could hear was the clinking of the cutlery of everyone else. I felt like I was at a diner instead of a high end brunch. Overall I think they have the right idea, but it's not all the way there. If they can find a better balance between food quality and vibe, this could be really great!
