Bill's Bar & Burger - Westin

A great find for us considering many restaurants were closed on. a Sunday night in January. Place was not crowded and following all Covid safety measures. R felt comfortable eating indoors. Service was great considering the bar tender was doing all the jobs! Food was awesome. Awesome sliders, great wings and tasty salads. Milkshakes beyond amazing! Thank you Bills for being open during the pandemic and service the needs of visitors! We will be back!

The food was really good. Our party of 9 had a good time. However, our waiter, George, was awful. He made the party feel uncomfortable during the entire visit then refused to split the check for us as we had asked before we ordered. Unfortunately the whole experience overshadowed by his actions and really left us all disappointed. Again, the food was good, price was decent. Server was terrible. Would recommend to others as long as George was absent from the experience.

Mostly good. We arrived at 6:45 and server didn’t come to take our drink order until 7:02 and wouldn’t honor happy hour. That’s kinda bush league...don’t you think?

very good burgers and the service was also good. It was just a bit loud. I had a meeting with a client and I found it hard to hear. Maye because these sat us in the bar area, The next time I would ask not to sit in that area. I think it would be good for the greeter to address the problem and ask if you would prefer a quieter area.

First time there and wasn’t overly impressed. Everything was adequate but nothing was exceptional. With so many other better restaurant in the area I see no reason to go back. The real ‘huh?’ moment was when we were told they cook all the burgers the same way which, based on my meal, is medium well.

Bill's was able to accommodate a large group of us (12) for dinner before a show. The restaurant was spacious, with a single large table, with lots of booths around the edges. The staff were really friendly and kept our orders and checks straight. The food was good, from the clam chowder to the chips to the burgers (so many different kinds of burgers). The portions were generous and the prices fair. Those who ordered drinks enjoyed them. Multi-stall, gender-segregated restrooms that are wheelchair accessible. We would go back!

Overall great experience. The food was prepared correctly and delicious. The service was attentive without being overbearing.

I made a reservation for 4 people at 6pm on a Saturday. If I took the time to make a reservation, you'd think I'd get a table in the actual dining room. We didn't. We were sat in the bar area, right next to a very large party at a large high top table (or tables pushed together). So, people were standing over top of us, shouting, having a great time. Perfect for the bar area... not perfect for my elderly parents just trying to have a burger for dinner before our holiday show. Unfortunately, we didn't realize the situation until it was too late, as people were still arriving for the party table, and our waiter had already taken orders. We thought, it can't be that bad, plus we shouldn't be there too long. I mean, it's burgers. Well, we proceeded to wait like an hour for said burgers. Sitting, barely able to hold a conversation, because of the noise factor. I highly doubt I'll return for dinner before a show.

Food is pretty good. Milkshake was delicious. Service wasn’t great. Didn’t refill drinks and took forever to bring checks. A lot of people are there on their lunch breaks, wait staff abound be conscious of that. Might go back.
