Wir haben dort den Super Bowl geguckt und waren über 4 Stunden da. Wie mussten nie lange auf etwas warten und der Kellner war sehr aufmerksam. Essen war auch lecker und die Preise waren auch in Ordnung.

We had to go to a concert and they were quick to attend to us in time to make it to the show. Good cocktails. Nice atmosphere for families friends or couples looking for something more casual.

Great food and value. Very tasty, well portioned. Service was lacking. Waited 20 minutes to have order taken then 30 min for food to arrive and it was the entrees. Our appetizer didnt come, and when told to server there was no apology. As i began to say its fine we don't want it now just make sure it is taken off the bill, he walked off to find out what had happened. Upon view of our entrees, 1 was incorrect so had to be sent back & replaced. Were not checked on very often. Don't think I would go back to this location unless I had time to spare to wait to be served.

This place came highly recommended and I am glad we stopped by to eat. The patty melt was delicious and so were the boneless wings. Must give this place a try!

We had read great reviews about the burgers and decided to give it a try whilst we were in NY.
The burgers were too well cooked and a bit dry and tasteless. Service was good. The restaurant was cold throughout.

New Year’s Eve pre-party dinner. Went at 7:30 and had a fantastic meal. Service was a bit slow though. I think they may have been short staffed though.

I was looking for a good lunch spot away from touristy midtown for our family vacation, and Bills Downtown was amazing! The burgers are outrageous, the beers are delicious (get a flight), and the kids had a blast! Def get a reservation if possible, as it was quite crowded for lunch. Also, Bills is walking distance from Battery Park and WTC if you're looking to augment your dining with sightseeing.

This was a holiday luncheon for our team. The ambiance was perfect. Our server Vincent was so enthusiastic that it became contagious. That is the type of person I want taking care my team. The food was great for burgers, fries and shakes. Will definitely come back.

I was disappointed with the quality of our food and the service was exceptionally slow. It wasn’t crowded but it took our server so long to get to us.

Our waiter was great - good beer reccomendations and overall positive and friendly.
The host was very accommodating when assigning us our table - I was on crutches, and needed as comfortable a seat as possible (hip surgery day before) - the booths are super comfortable.
We called in advance, and asked about access for person with crutches and restroom access (no stairs to climb) - and the girl who advised us, too, was very helpful and friendly, and actually remembered me, when we arrived.
Apart from very friendly staff, the food is good - I love the grilled shrimp burger - it is epic - seriously.
Thanks
Chris

The drinks are good, burgers are good, most of the menu is spicy, milk shakes could replace a meal. The seating is comfortable, staff is friendly and accommodating. All appetizers are brought out together and all meals are brought out together... which unfortunately means some people will get cold food in this place.

We choose the restaurant because we have had a good experience in both of our previous visits and because we wanted a breakfast -serving restaurant near the 9-11 Memorial. But this experience was vastly different (worse) than our previous visits.

The hostess and servers had lousy attitudes and acted like we were imposing on them to walk into the restaurant. To summarize our dining experience:
- It took nearly 20 minutes to get any service
- They got the orders wrong
- They finally served us coffee (bad coffee) after I got up from my table and asked for it
- They never refilled our bad coffee, so I got up, again, got the coffee pot, and served our table myself

Like I said, our previous good experiences were the reason we went back, but this experience overshadows those . Unlikely we will return.

Is a good burger and pints bar in the financial district. We stopped in after a long shopping day, too tired to venture far, and it’s just a block or so from the W Hotel.
They have a cool selection of NE region breweries, and allow you to make your own flights, not just pre-selected menu ones. The server could have been a bit more up on his beer knowledge, but I could have been asking about new releases, I have no clue.
The food was standard bar/pub fare but reasonably priced and quite tasty. The menu is rather large so prepare to do some reading and the last minute decision making.
The restaurant is sprawling so would be good for parties and groups, there were several while we were there. And it could easily get quite loud with the concrete and exposed vent works, but was manageable the evening of our visit.
Would be an excellent work happy hour spot, or a place to catch games with buddies if you’re in the area.

We absolutely love Bill's- it is our favorite spot by far! You have to try the pancakes, shakes and custom burgers! Wow! We can't get enough of this place!
The servers (Juan and Vincent are our standout favorites) are friendly, fast and very pleasant. Vincent even set us up with the Landry Select club that has given us 75 dollars in bonus savings on this trip alone!
As a true bonus, the morning manager has got to be the most pleasant man, who makes our mornings delightful to start each morning we have been here! It doesn't get any better than Bill's Downtown for a perfect morning breakfast with friendly people and delicious food! Thanks Bill's!!!

My husband and I live right across the street in battery Park city and decided to go to bills for dinner. We quickly put in an open table reservation and within 15 or 20 minutes we're on our way. When we arrived we were told there were only the high chairs in the bar seating area which was kind of a disappointment but not horrible so we were seated. Our waiter came introduced himself and took our drink order as well as our food order. Drinks were brought but it was taking a while for food to come out and I had mentioned to my husband that I noticed that when we were placing our order it wasn't written down. We ordered boneless wings with barbecue sauce and when they were brought out they had buffalo wing sauce. Buffalo wing sauce typically gives me reflux so I preferred to barbecue but our waiter was nowhere to be found so we settled and just had them since it wasn't a major deal. When our burgers arrived the server, who was not our waiter serve the food and I noticed it was not On a pretzel bun like requested and I said "I ordered mine with a pretzel bun" and and was immediately told that it was a pretzel bun even though it was identical to my husband's order. We flag down the same guy again and said this is in a pretzel bun please switch it out. Our waiter checked in and we had asked for refills which took a very long time and an equal length of time to get the check delivered. For what we spent it really the frustration of getting almost everything wrong in the order. Typically the service is a bit slow at this place but this was the absolute worst for the slow service and incorrect items. I'm not one to usually complain but two errors and then to be told I was incorrect when I was correct it was a little annoying so I thought I should share that information to other potential diners
