Welcome to Bill's Bar & Burger Downtown in New York City! This is a tourist spot. The burger and fries were decent, although my friend’s fries were delivered cold. The service was terrible. Our waiter was not friendly and was missing most of the time. He never came to check on us and I had to flag down another waiter for a missing drink. The restaurant was busy though, but likely from tourists visiting the 9/11 Memorial and World Financial Center. I wouldn’t come here again.
