The food was great as was the service. Our waiter gave us plenty of time to linger. The view was fabulous!!

I actually try to keep this place secret. But the secret has been out for a long time. So if you haven't been here you should be. Have fun. Enjoy!

When your friends are all down at restaurants along the shore waiting for service, you could be up with the locals on the way to Diamond Peak. Arrive before sunset and be dazzeled by the view of North Stateline peninsula and the sparkling water beyond. For a complete memu, go directly to the Big Water web page. And there are always a few special entrees. Do not pass up the inventive salads and unique soups. Desserts are tasty, but seem to have srunken a little since the lockdown and may not be big enough to share. The locals are also hoping the $5 tapas served at the bar comes back post-Convid 19.

Family celebration. Wonderful view of lake and trees. Nice service. Good food, although steak was somewhat average. Fine dining and we were left alone to enjoy the evening.

It would have been nice to be able to come in, sit a t the bar & have a drink before going to our table for dinner. We called to see if it were possible & we were told it was booked. Observation, when we arrived we observed some locals sitting at the bar with a drink and socializing, through our dinner they sat with the same drink & socialized, when we were done we noticed the were still there same drink taking up space and not spending much money. I wish people knew how it is restaurants are suppose to make money if they occupy space socializing with one drink for hours. Consideration people consideration!

Reserved table for anniversary dinner while in Lake Tahoe. The location like many in Lake Tahoe takes advantage of the spectacular scenery. Location is fine and everything in Incline Village is a short drive and easy to get to.

Overall, the restaurant felt stuffy and pretentious. If you were not a local or regular guest, you stuck out like a sore thumb. I requested a table next to the window (which we got) as well as stated this was a special occasion (anniversary), our discussions with wait staff were only “business” with no acknowledgement of our special day. OK...we are not special but isn’t that what a restaurant like this is supposed to do? Make guests feel special???

Our meal was OK...I had the filet ($48) and was cooked great (medium). Although very tender, served warm and for the most part, bland. My wife ordered the Salmon and she said was OK as well. The food, 1 beer and water were $132 with tip. Not a great food experience for that price. We were in an out in an hour and didn’t feel special.

One last thing, we reviewed the menu before reserving and looked forward to the trout...they changed their menu and the waiter said they don’t always update it online. Suggest you call the restaurant to verify menu.

The staff here is amazing. They found a vase for the flowers I brought and they were extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommend!

Great food, great service & an awesome view! We were celebrating our 31st anniversary at the same place we were married ALL those years ago. Nick, our server greeted us with champagne and that set the pace for all the great food and service that followed! Thank you Nick & Big Water Grille for an awesome evening! We definitely will be back before the next anniversary!!

This was a Birthday Celebration for our Daughter and everything was perfect!!

Our waiting staff was cordial and attentive to our needs. Food was superb, my filet was served at room temperature but our waitress took care of it by getting me a new one. Ambience was amazing, the 5 of us loved it.

Great atmosphere and service was prompt and the food excellent. Covid-19 precautions were enforced and I believe it to be a very safe environment for a pleasant evening with Lake Tahoe in view.

My New Zealand salmon was delicious. Hubbies fish special was delicious too. It was a lovely evening. Worth every penny. Great staff.

Very good food, fascinating view, a lot of options for people with food restrictions including gluten free and vegan, portion sizes are just right, waiters and waitresses are very nice and experienced. It is also very close and convenient after coming down from the ski resort.

We had a delicious burger and the special swordfish and both were great. We sat at a nice table and the service was very good. We have been here before and look forward to when it is fully open.

When you walk in, you notice the stunning views of the Lake. I was so impressed from the moment I walked in and took in the lay out. The design is an open concept in tri levels so that the 2nd and 3rd elevated levels have an unobstructed view. Started with the buffalo cauliflower, it was crispy and better than chicken wings. The soup de jour was roasted pepper with a balsamic enhancement garnish. The portion size was generous and more than an average bowl. Looks like creamy tomato but tasted unique and flavorful. Great option for Vegan Lovers! The Swordfish was a nice steak cut, with a light crisp texture on both sides. It was light and meaty, and cooked just perfect. This was my favorite as I ordered the sauce on the side. The chef prepared this entrée as one of the best Swordfish preparations I have ever tasted. Our server Jorden, was friendly, efficient, and made us feel welcome. Jorden delivered 5 Star service.

Beautiful view if you get there before dark. Our salads were very good....I wish there was a little more variety on the menu...but overall a good "go to" restaurant!

This is one of our favorite restaurants. Phenominal views of Lake Tahoe, owner takes great care of the fine dining experiance, employees excell in thoughtful service and the food is magnificant. Wine list is exceptional and the bar is wonderfully creative.

We enjoyed our dinner but were very disappointed in the fillet. It was overdone which changes the whole taste of a good steak for me. The salmon was delicious as was the scallop appetizer.

It was our first time here, although I have been wanting to go for years. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed. We started off with a cocktail, which was just ok. The salad was the best item we ordered, as the chef's pasta special was nothing special. The service was friendly and nice, but our reservation was at 7 pm, and our entrees did not arrive until 8:30p. We were not told the reason for the delayed dinner, but they did apologize for it taking so long. The dessert was yummy tho. I'm not sure if I will be going back, although I have heard many great things about this restaurant. Maybe we just caught them on a bad night??

This is one of our favorite restaurants in town!! We can’t dine here often enough! Jeremy’s cocktails with the fabulous food and great service make for a wonderful evening.

Although we visit Incline often, this was our first time to BWG, but it won't be our last. We absolutely loved the food, staff and views. Everyone was super friendly and very attentive, checking on us frequently, but not at all annoyingly. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly to everyone's liking.

Do not miss the cauliflower appetizer, do not miss!!
