Disappointing overall, much the same as previous reviews. Kids Mac and cheese is Kraft Dinner. Glasses and dishes were not clean. Caesar salad was literally dripping in dressing. We ate it but it’s not a place we will go again. Disney can do far better than this.

This place is a true "hidden gem" in a sea of tourism. It's nice to take a step away from the craziness that IS theme park life, to walk away to a nice quiet relaxed atmosphere that also just happens to be the only brewery on property. Big fan, will be back.

This place just continues to live up to the expectations I have for it, having come here many times. For the price (and being in Disney), the food is really good. The service is never anything less than outstanding. I love the microbrewer beers and had one of the best I've ever had here this time. Of course, next time it will be something different, because the specials are different and changed out frequently, which is part of the fun. The burgers are really good, but so is the salmon, the ribs, and the fish tacos. The Asiago Crab Dip is a great starter, but so are the chicken Quesadilla. I make a stop here every time I'm in Disney, and sometimes multiple stops.

The chicken quesadillas were horrible. shredded chicken, some sauce, not much cheese. Don't waste your money on them. Crab dip was good. Salads were large and tasty. Stick with those.

Not the best meal or ambience. Too noisy and our table is 2 was in a awkward spot. Food was okay - nothing special. Had the fish tacos and my husband had a burger. I think we would have been much happier if we had a table outside where it’s a much nicer atmosphere.

Walk up was friendly and accommodating, they had read my texted message to verify my needs. Acknowledge them with me. Sat outside it was sunny and lovely the Broadwalk was Quite and peaceful. Ordered food appetizer came quickly as well as the drinks and it was just about the right time for our main course was delivered. All Food presentation was appetizing to look at and tasted just as good as it looked.

Inside seating was extremely loud, asked to be moved outside, hostess was very helpful. Food just ok, my wife got a cheeseburger that was over cooked and dry. My BLT was average. Crab dip was ok, our waitress, Fabi, was outstanding. Will not eat here again, do not recommend. Below Disney standards in my opinion.

We have been dining at the Big River Grill since the 90’s. Tonight was the worst experience we ever had. We are rewards members and could not receive rewards because the systems were not communicating (not the first time)! The nachos were the worst ever! It was like they poured a bag of broken chips on a plate. We literally had to search for beef and cheese. It was virtually a plate of dry chips!! Very dissatisfied local residents.
