Impresses me every time we go. It doesn't matter what I order (although that is mainly fish), the food is better than average and the service is great. It is expensive, but very worth it.
Great ahi tuna ,jambalaya,,fried calamari. Everything fresh and delicious. Great service and value
Really great food….prepared correctly. Outstanding service! Grilled Artichoke and grilled shrimp was awesome! Jambalaya, too! Plentiful portions, too.
The waiter who greeted us and provided water, drinks, and bread was a touch inexperienced but he was trying. The Scallops were perfectly seasoned and cooked. We'll be back! Bill Conner, Gold Bar, WA
The menu selection is perfect and the food is well prepared and tastes great! The wait staff is attentive but not hovering. We want to particularly thank Fausto who has been our waiter the last 2 times we have been there. He does an excellent job and is professional and friendly.
Fantastic to go out amid Covid and feel safe! Waiter was great --very efficient and attentive. No problems and a great experience and the food was great! I love scallops and that was the special.
The food was adequate, can’t say it was outstanding.
Our server was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was OK, the food is acceptable with consideration of the price of the meal.
I was impressed. Ordered a Cobb salad which came with salmon, prawns, scallops and the normal condiments. Everything was fresh and delicious. Very much enjoyed. The scallops could have been cooked a bit longer for me, but still tasted good.
Always excellent at Big Fish Grill. Server was outstanding.
I had high expectations given the amazing seafood options on the menu, since we were in the Seattle area. Not good. My salmon was bland and not well prepared - I could only tolerate about half. Rice and vegetables incredibly basic. My daughter described her steak as “chewy.” Service OK. Prices aligned with my expectations for good seafood - overpriced for the barely edible dinner. Ate reluctantly at a chain the night prior when meeting family and frankly had a better meal at the standard all American chain restaurant.
nice place. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. We sat at a window table and the waiter was there immediately. The food was delicious and the waiter kept an eye on us, stopping by to be sure we didn't need anything. His name is Fausto. Ask for him when you go.
It is definitely a go-back-to place.
The big fish grill is always my best seafood restaurant.
Very good local Woodinville restaurant featuring nice menu choices. This time through I went with the Chicken Picatta, which was excellent.
The service was excellent and the food well above average. We will definitely be back.
The food was very good! We had the Dynamite Shrimp appetizer that was very tasty and the portion was generous. Our entries were also delicious! Our waiter, Fausto, had perfect timing as far as bringing our drinks and food.
The food was really bad. All of our salmon was over cooked which
First time visiting. Service was quick and good. Noise level was great (low/moderate) salmon was a bit done for our liking, clams were so so, but will go back. Appreciate traditional sit down service restaurants so worth another shot.
Just absolutely perfect. Everything. Food was delicious, service was amazing.
Excellent food. Service was very efficient. Would definitely dine here again soon.
Our server was great. My food was good, but my partner's $19 salad was a little small. He left hungry and we had to get him a snack later.
Great convenient place to grab a good quality meal before a movie or evening out.
Second time eating out since the pandemic began. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. We will be back.
Our was amazing and incredibly attentive, particularly since we were dining outside. The food from start to finish was awesome and our experience was wonderful!
Fish was very dry due to being overcooked. Waiter seemed put off when I asked to have it redone. We could hear the chef telling him there was nothing wrong with the fish. Came back half cooked, I guess to prove his point. Brussell sprouts on the other hand were undercooked making them hard. My husband had a salad which he said was good. For $70.00 I wasn't impressed.
Service was great. My Gibson was excellent. The three Rib Eyes we had were way below the standard I am used to at your restaurant. They were cooked correctly but the meat was sub par. I am impatiently waiting for oysters to get back on the menu.
Good food. Seafood pesto fettuccine especially tasty.
Coconut shrimp was over cooked. Jambalaya was good, appetizer (spinach artichoke dip was excellent. Service was goo, food could have been better.
Had the Wild Salmon Oscar and DH had the Jambalaya - both were excellent! Also wonderful service from our server Fausto. Would have liked to have a bit more spacing between other occupied tables, but there are plexiglass dividers between the booths. Thank you!
Visiting from Colorado. Reviewed the information provided on Yelp, and on their website. Seemed like a fun local seafood restaurant to enjoy after visiting some of the wineries.
The first comment was about the interiors. Definitely dated, remodeled but not updated. The ambiance was not fun and lively, but older. The service was good, but the food was not exceptionally great. Just good. Which served its purpose, but not special, like we were hoping for.
Well priced, good food. Not special, unless you are comparing it to chain restaurants.
Sorry, but true.
I would go back, but not for a social, fun, fresh environment.
Delicious food--always! Attentive, friendly staff. Good value.
Service was outstanding, we enjoyed some great happy hour plates and will definitely be back soon!
Good food great service.
My friend and I try to meet at Big Fish once a month to enjoy conversation over the crab and shrimp Louie we split. (That way we have room for one of your delicious desserts. )
Great fresh seafood served in a comfortable and charming restaurant.
Always enjoy the food & comfort of eating at the Big Fish Grill. Service was perfect & the food delicious.
Potatoes served with breakfast were lukewarm. Order came up wrong. Waitress was great, but the kitchen seemed to have issues. Honestly, the breakfasts at Original Pancake House are better.
This has been a great special occasion place for us. Service & food has always been great.
We really enjoy Big Fish. It's close, has a nice atmosphere, good food choices, and the staff is always friendly. Although we find it a bit pricey, the food is good, and their sourdough bread is fabulous!
