The food was great but even if it wasn’t the staff was so nice you would have over looked it.

Restaurant was very busy with over an hour wait for 2 people, but our party of 6 was seated for our OpenTable reservation within 5 minutes of the reservation time. And the meal was great!

The food was good, as always. The place was really busy, but we were able to find a spot at the bar while we waited for our table. The half priced bottle of wine was nice.

Good food and service. The place was full on a Sat night. Consistently one of my favorite restaurants. Potstickers and stir fry bar are my standard choices and once again the Big Bowl came through. Cost is a touch high but worth it.

Been here multiple times. Never even have to look at the menu. Friday was a bad night. Server was ok, but apps and meals came out at the same time, and most of the food was lukewarm. We always ordered pot stickers, which came out on a tray with a few sauces, now they come swimming in soy sauce type liquid. Orange chicken always had a lot of orange peel, which is why I loved their orange chicken in the past, this time, not one. Chicken was hard and thinner...and jasmine rice was cold. Will go again to see if this was just a bad night OR if things all around have changed.

We made a reservation for 5:45 but didn’t get seated until after 6. Our entrees came before our appetizer. We ordered dumplings which looked more like boiled pot stickers. My husband had the pad Thai and I had the stir fry bar. The entrees were tasty. The dumplings were too but they were cold. The waitress didn’t charge us for them. She was less attentive then I would have liked. We would eat there again and hope for better service.

My wife loves your salmon and brown rice entree. My Thai vegetarian with Tofu was too spicy.

Not a fan of the Big Bowl. Food all tastes the same and is not far off from a being a fast food place. I do like the Peanut Noodles and Spicy Green Bean apps, but other than that the food is subpar.

Food was bland. Table was right next to a server station so we were constantly bumped into. Waiter did not check to see if we liked everything (we did not).

everything was good I just wish you start having separate fryer for vegetarian food because lots of my friends stop coming because of that we all like fry and crispy tofu and things like that since you don't have separte fryer so the tofu is raw . so thats the only problem. if you offer more vegitarian dishes you would gain so much more traffic from Indian community. I know lots of my friends stop going to big bowl... If you could bring coconut ice-cream back that will be also nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed my business lunch at this location. I met up with a prospective client there, and the food and service were both excellent. There was a small issue with his order but aside from that all went well. This is my go-to spot for business lunches in the Schaumburg area, and will remain so.

I've never been to a Big Bowl before, and while I thought that the food was good, I also need to keep in mind that since I did the stir fry bar, that I basically made my own food and they just added the sauce and meat of my choice. So good job to me. Frankly, Flattop is better for this experience, but for whatever reason most of those are gone now. What made this dinner good was the waiter, Jorge. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I would tell someone to go there just for the level of service at a place where frankly, the wait staff are not making a ton in tips. Good job hiring quality people Big Bowl.

Changed the menu - again - I frequent many other restaurants yet this one seems to change way too often - I visit every 3 months - note: I'm not referring to seasonal dishes. Overall good. But not exceptional

The Bangkok shrimp and scallop was good but too sweet. The potstickers shouldn't be drenched in the sauce. Sauce should be on the side. The alcoholic drink I had was almost entirely just ice.
