Big bowl is an excellent place for Asian that cuisine. Lots of choices for vegetarian people. Food is excellent and we love to dine there. 👌👍

We made a 6:30 reservation. I checked in at the front desk with one of the 3 hostesses. They said it would be just a couple minutes to get a table ready. A half hour went by, so I went back up to the host stand (I was standing 10 feet away from it the whole time, and the hostesses kept looking at me) and asked what the issue was with the table. The hostess then asked "oh, did you check in with us here?" I was livid. Yes. I had checked in. And was standing there the whole time. They were extremely rude and didn't even apologize. I normally really enjoy going to Big Bowl, but this ruined it for me.

We had the nicest waiter. Was very attentive and made sure we were satisfied with all of our choices. At the end he brought over a dessert for my birthday.

Food has been better, even the gingerale was a bit flat, but we still love this place. And will return, maybe just an off day, it happens.

I go to Big Bowl at least once a month. Food is consistently good and service very friendly and accomodating. It will always be on my "Go To" comfort food places.

Restaurant was very busy with over an hour wait for 2 people, but our party of 6 was seated for our OpenTable reservation within 5 minutes of the reservation time. And the meal was great!

The food was good, as always. The place was really busy, but we were able to find a spot at the bar while we waited for our table. The half priced bottle of wine was nice.

Good food and service. The place was full on a Sat night. Consistently one of my favorite restaurants. Potstickers and stir fry bar are my standard choices and once again the Big Bowl came through. Cost is a touch high but worth it.

Been here multiple times. Never even have to look at the menu. Friday was a bad night. Server was ok, but apps and meals came out at the same time, and most of the food was lukewarm. We always ordered pot stickers, which came out on a tray with a few sauces, now they come swimming in soy sauce type liquid. Orange chicken always had a lot of orange peel, which is why I loved their orange chicken in the past, this time, not one. Chicken was hard and thinner...and jasmine rice was cold. Will go again to see if this was just a bad night OR if things all around have changed.

We made a reservation for 5:45 but didn’t get seated until after 6. Our entrees came before our appetizer. We ordered dumplings which looked more like boiled pot stickers. My husband had the pad Thai and I had the stir fry bar. The entrees were tasty. The dumplings were too but they were cold. The waitress didn’t charge us for them. She was less attentive then I would have liked. We would eat there again and hope for better service.

Not a fan of the Big Bowl. Food all tastes the same and is not far off from a being a fast food place. I do like the Peanut Noodles and Spicy Green Bean apps, but other than that the food is subpar.

everything was good I just wish you start having separate fryer for vegetarian food because lots of my friends stop coming because of that we all like fry and crispy tofu and things like that since you don't have separte fryer so the tofu is raw . so thats the only problem. if you offer more vegitarian dishes you would gain so much more traffic from Indian community. I know lots of my friends stop going to big bowl... If you could bring coconut ice-cream back that will be also nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed my business lunch at this location. I met up with a prospective client there, and the food and service were both excellent. There was a small issue with his order but aside from that all went well. This is my go-to spot for business lunches in the Schaumburg area, and will remain so.
