Overheard mall noise as people running and hollering outside of the restaurant entrance. Our server was great. Both the appetizer and entrees were well prepared.

Big Bowl, what has happened to your service culture? I called to make a reservation. She said they were full for the evening. I restated 4-4:30? She said “full and no reservations”. I asked about walk-ins? She said “we will not accommodate you.” I was able to book online without trouble. We arrived at 4:30 per the reservation. There were 5 tables seated. Only one “reserved” sign was on a table. My order was wrong. Server did not check back after we received food. Did not offer apps, drinks or dessert. Service charge added to bill and well as a tip line. Of course we tipped… Also, dining room was at 25% when we left at 5:45… Service was not the Big Bowl experience we are use to. It is my daughter’s favorite place. We will try again at another location. Not so happy Valentine’s guest!

I went here for a late lunch with a friend. Our server was attentive and accommodating, the ambiance was comfortable and inviting and the FOOD was AMAZING!!! We'll be back.

Food and service is great. Would love to see the lunch menu come back with smaller portions and less expensive. Would also enjoy to see the walk up stir fry bar open up again too. The restaurant is more expensive for lunch with fewer options, so it's not my "go to" choice for lunch.

We had a reservation and when we got there we could see open tables but they it would be about 5 minutes. So we waited and then went back to the hostess who seemed oblivious. We waited some more and then finally got our table. It was right by the door and very drafty. It took a while fir our server to come over and then she had to go hunt down a pen. It was obvious they were short staffed so we understanding. When we got our food it was not very hot. In the reservation I had out we were celebrating a birthday. No one mentioned anything about it at Big Bowl. The server just brought over our check. Did not ask if we wanted any after dinner drinks or dessert. This used to be my favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, not anymore. Disappointed

We've had dinner at Big Bowl about 20 times, but it's been a long time since pre-COVID. A lot has changed! They removed their famous "big bowl" build your own bowl bar, and replaced with a "chef's choice." That part if fine, but as a customer I miss picking out all my own vegetables. The new chicken is terrible! The old crispy chicken was pan fried to absolute perfection, a highlight of the meal. The new crispy chicken is nasty battered and deep fried with tons of salt. Big Bowl quality is now more aligned than the #1 Chinese strip mall restaurant in America, and has lost it's edge.

We have reservation for 5 but when we get there our table was not set up and without applogy we were told to wait. The place was more than half empty but we were told to wait until a new table set up with forks grabbed from other tables. It was not a good service and my group really frustrated and disappinted with the treatment we get. Food was good, kung pao chicken, sesame chicken, vegitable soup, egg roll were good. Our waitress was very nice and and respecful.

This is the first time that we have chosen Big Bowl in a really long time. The service was perfect, our waitress was super sweet, however neither one of us enjoyed the food. My husband used to crave Big Bowl Lettuce Wraps and Chicken Pad Thai, however he couldn't eat it. So we switched meals. I was not a fan of either meal. It seems like they started using new seasonings, or something, that made the food not taste good. I hate writing a bad review, it's very out of character for me, but we were just so disappointed. (no, we did not complain about the food, we felt it was just our own taste that must have changed)

This was a casual pre-theater dinner. The food was as good as it usually is, but wow the prices have really gone up. 3 of us shared one appetizer, no liquor, iced tea for 2, 3 entrees, 1 dessert. The bill with tax and something called a service charge was $91 !! I mean wow!

I went there yesterday with a girlfriend who was celebrating her 70th Birthday. I made reservations for the two of us through open table. I had the Ahi Tuna Bowl. There were items on it that were not listed on the description from menu. There were dried onions on it. Very disappointing. The waiter didn’t even acknowledge my friend’s Birthday even though I had put on my original reservation that she was celebrating.
