The owners, who are also the restaurant's chefs, believe in spreading the goodness of home-made, sustainable food. Their ideal is reflected in the way the menu is prepared and since its opening more than a decade ago the restaurant has won many accolades. The menu has a comprehensive selection of dishes, all based on the freshest seasonal produce available from the local market. Specials are changed daily, as are the 2 and 3 course set menus and vegan, gluten- and dairy-free dishes are also available by request. The drinks menu is made up of well-chosen fine wines, Scottish craft beers and aged single malt whiskies.
